Car wash was basic as expected and the crew vacuuming at the beginning did great. My issue is the boring waiting area that used to have concessions and the fact they dont offer full interior detailing anymore. Unless the full detailing comes back I might cancel my membership

This is the second time I went here. I didnt know that they are only doing basic interior cleaning (not detailing), but thats not the main reason Im upset. The main reason is that they BROKE my car camera and didnt tell me! It looks like someone may have tried to remove it and twisted it too hard. I tried calling, but it went straight to voicemail. Take pictures of your car before you trust it with them!!

Super nice people and very fast. I had the interior full service and exterior full service. The carpet vaccuum was ok but there was still sand on the car. Interior was hit and miss. They just dont wipe down much and all the crevices had dust. The door where the window controls are was not cleaned at all in the attached picture you can see where it scratches off so it could have been cleaned. There are white spots all over tje exterior paint that rub out so im not sure if its wax that was not rubbed in or what. It was an ok price and fast service but its not much better than a gas station drive through carwash with the exception of the tires and wheels which were done better. I do about tje same cleaning and wiping down job with a swifter.

Be aware of this place! I changed my oil at this lube center, after that I noticed an Oil leak. I checked under the hood and there was an Oil leak next to the oil filter. THIS GUYS ARE A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, THEY FAIL TO INSERT THE O RING AT THE FILTER. THEY PUT AT RISK MY CAR ENGINE. pictures attached. Of course they never answered the phone call.

Does not completely clean my vehicles. Constantly misses the top of my hood and roof. The older style of Mister was better equipped. The operators places the cars extremely too close when busy, gives us no room to react if the car in front of us jumps the rollers. I love mister as a company, that’s why I continue to use them but it needs improvement

They do a good job on hand washing cars here. Prices are decent, but wait times can vary quite a bit, depending on how busy it gets here (and it can get VERY busy). There is a little lounge to wait for them to finish, or you can walk to one of a handful of nearby restaurants and eat lunch while you wait.

After vivid hit, their quality of car washing went way down in the dumps. I cancelled my four memberships. I dont like having to clean what they didnt clean right. Terrible service.

I like this car wash a lot enough that I actually bought an unlimited membership however one thing I dont like is they used to spray your car off with some solution to break down the bugs and dirt before you went in theyve now gotten too cheap to do that so even though you pay for your car wash your car isnt necessarily clean after you come out a little disappointing especially considering their best washes $20 a pop

Did a great job cleaning inside and outside my car. But of course it rained the next day and blew dirt all over my car. Which only means Ill be back.

Horrible. They never vacuum correctly. They dont even dust mats. U have to be detailed when u want something done. Like spraying the water out of the mirrors! Come on! I have the membership...I paid an extra $10 for interior... it wasnt worth it! And they didnt trim my tires! So upset with this place!!

Overall great service and a cleaned car. A little more enthusiasm for having a job in doing the job by the female with the spray bottle hanging from her jacket pocket hitting my brand new car every time she got near it. Sometimes you get the Silver other times the Gold. Keep up the good work.

The car wash broke down while I was in it. I know thats not their fault but they way they handled it was awful. I was at the end of the wash. They didnt offer to hand dry and when I asked for a refund because my car wasnt dry they told me to go to the side and I waited 10min and they never came. Im never going there again!!!

I just recently became a member but Im a little confused.if you pay for platinum exterior/UWC, wouldnt you also go to the detailer once coming out from the tunnel? And they detail your exterior??? One of the staff members told me once I go through tunnel you exit and leave. So if thats the case whats the point of platinum exterior. I can also never get through with calling the establishment,. They have a number but goes straight to voice-mail. Starting to regret my decision

Pulled up to full service lane, got car vacuumed and preped to wash. It just needed to be driven in. No customers behind me. Equipment in tunnel broke down. Express lane traffic is stopped at the gate. Now it backs up. You would think they would drive my car in first after paying $70 a month since the program started charging that amount. Nope! The employee let in the flood of express cars in first!!! No apology from Manager Jose, no offer of a discount or some sort of break to ease the pain. The kind words from Employee Matthew saved the cancellation of the $70 hit I take at the end of each month. Sharp kid...should be manager. Common sense and some consideration. Thats all it takes.

Came here to get my inspection sticker very polite and friendly, they have complimentary popcorn and coffee which it’s really nice when your coming with kids they have ac and it’s very clean. And most importantly free WiFi

Its not the same service as before, still had to come home and clean my windows and apply armor all to my tires and rubber on my bumpers. Mats were still dirty even after paying $69.99

I know I am on a monthly unlimited which is great, but the only downfall is the excess water drops left over in my mirrors and rear windshield that your employees refuse to help me out with because of my plan. What a croc of you know what!!!! Time to rethink and probably move on!!!

Manager attended very rude with me. I have Unlimited Member subscription, and I paid 10 more dollars for interior wash, and the manager didnt let me to proceed with me driving my own vehicle, if I want to drive my vehicle to the exterior car wash tunnel, I had to go to Exterior-only, and I had to do this, finally, I didnt receive hand waxing and fresh scent for my vehicle. Ill definitely not returning to this Mister Car Wash sucursal. Next time, Ill go to the Mister Car Wash Cielo Vista sucursal, where they attended me way more better than this really worst Montwood sucursal.

Im just really upset with the quality of service that we were given. My car was half detailed... dash and vents still had dust on them, half vacuumed floors and seats. Tires half done and rims. Its like they really didnt give a heck. Will never ever use them again.Well, the manager reached out to me on here. However, when I attempted to contact them they never returned my call. I just will never patronize their establishment again. Be careful!!!!!!!

Really really bad work done. I paid 30 plus dollars for inside and outside wash and not only is my car still dirty, but they broke the emblem on my nissan versa. When i confronted them they said it was already like that so i asked why i wasnt informed. They had no excuse. they simply tossed in the car like they didnt care. frustrated with this place. Will not be coming back ever. Dont risk your car here!!!

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR WASH!!!!!! Tried the George dieter location a while ago and it was horrible!! Came here to give them a 2nd chance at a different location. SAME OUTCOME!!!$20 car wash and still left car exterior dirty. And no free vacuums. Last time visiting here. DaddyOs is way better and cheaper!!!

I, usually, go to the Montana Ave location next to Big Lots. However, it seems that my car, a Ford Focus, isnt the right size to trigger the drying roller to dry the back of my car. The back of my car is NEVER dried, so I have to get out of my car and dry it myself. To not dry my car means that it dries with water spots and looks dirty.ALSO, DO NOT send the cars in so close together. It is angst inducing.

Quick and easy. I subscribed for the unlimited wash. Definitely worth the money.

Paid good money. Gave tip. Then went to get something for dinner. Noticed Dust all over interior. Back seat . On door panels, not good.

. We’ve been going here for a while now to get oil changes and inspections for our vehicles. There had always been wonderful customer service. Men at lube department were always friendly, helpful and professional. Today was the worst experience we have had there. Manager THOMAS at lube department was very rude and unprofessional. We had dropped off vehicle at noon to get oil change and inspection they told my husband that it would be about an hour because they didn’t have any cars. My husband told him if he can call him when it was ready because we were running errands and we can pick up whenever it was ready. 4:00 came around and no phone call. I tried calling 4 times it would direct me to voicemail. When We got there to pick up , it was ready. My truck was just there parked. My husband asked why he didn’t get a phone call. Thomas then said that wasn’t his responsibility and they only do calls if customer requests a call, which we did!!!! I then asked to speak to manager. He said he was the manager 🤦🏽‍♀️ I then said so who’s responsibility is it then to make sure this business is running efficiently. NO COMMENT!!!! I would think that was the “MANAGER’S” rt??? So sad to see this place go down hill!!!!! I’ve see other comments and I feel bad for owner. They really need some management training as well as customer service training.

I have asked for no wheel shine for at least two years. They cant seem to stop the shine being put on. Probably going to cancel this service. So sad because this car wash was very convenient.

I have three vehicles and bring them all to the Montwood location for oil changes. The service is great and i love the fact that the new system they have reports all services to CarFax. With their new system they are also able to see what services have been done and reported to CarFax, so that i am always in compliance with warranty and all of their products meet or exceed manufacture specifications. Fast service and techs are very vocal. I stand outside and watch them service my vehicles all the time. I hear and see them check all because the top and bottom technicians are always in communication. Very knowledgeable experienced crew and great management. Keep up the great work.

They missed a bunch cracker crumbs in a cup holder, everything else was ok

Came in for an oil change about aonth and a half ago. However after a month and a half later my oil change light is still on and my oil is black I asked them to check in to it and they refused. Place cant be trusted go elsewhere

They have a better way of drying the hood and windshield, but the sides and rear of my vehicle are left wet. I miss the hand dry system. Lately my vehicle doesnt seem to get cleaned very good. I am considering dropping my monthly subscription with these guys. It may be convenient but, I dont like the lack of quality.

Great service fairly quick the only thing is that I do not like the fact that one has to dry it off. The car wash does most of it but it leaves the rear trickling. Other than this love it.

My vehicle was the third in line to get an oil change and the salesman said it was going to be about 45 minutes so I decided to go across the the street to get a bite to eat. I took about an hour before going to pick up my car just to find out they hadnt even started on it. But yet there were other vehicles in the dock area. I asked them why wasnt my car serviced and nobody knew anything. Not going back.

I dont recommend this location because it has no designated space to finish drying your vehicle, and the vacuums are for the use of the staff. I only come here when is necessary.

This place has really gone downhill as of late. Rotating towel drying machine? Great idea, if it worked!!! Bring back the personnel that dried vehicles upon exiting the establishment. Seriously considering not renewing monthly membership and taking my business elsewhere!

Great customer service and they did a wonderful job on my car.

Spent $16 for the next to the best wash at the new Zaragoza location. The back of the truck wasnt even touched. Still as dirty as when i drove in. This place hasnt even been open a week. I cant be the only one this has happened to. Stayed on hold for about 10 minutes and finally spoke with someone out of town. We will see if i get a return call. If i do, and they resolve, the issue i will happily put up a better review.

Apparently Management has implemented a new policy due to COVID-19 that you are now required to wait with your vehicle for an Inspection. Can someone please explain how this helps? Wouldn’t less people hanging around be better? Doesn’t anyone think these things through? Also, no lobby with air conditioning open obviously, so customers are instructed to wait outside in the heat on a metal bench. What a waste of time because some manager somewhere wanted to be important. No thanks, we passed on this nonsense.

I went to get an oil change. The guy who helped me was condescending. I had gotten my car recently and asked what kind of oil does this car needs he right away went with the most expensive option which then I proceeded to ask if he was sure and he stated Yes, I have been doing this 30 years. I stated I had a 5 dollar coupon and he stated I do not know if we will take it. It was from the website and the guy in the cash register took it but only because I pushed it. I did not even get a promotional car wash rate which is why I initially went for, oil change and a discounted car wash. They could not figure out how to turn off the needs oil change message in the car. They get 2 stars because they said the car would be ready in an hour and it was.The price of the oil change was average to high even with the coupon, I got no wash and my change oil massage is still on, in my car but they had it ready by when they said they would.

They wont allow you to dry your car in their premises and literally kick you out after you use their tunnel. their drying system leaves they spotty. Service has declined lately.

The management change here made a tremendous difference. The crew here before did an average job at best but once the change was made all worked hard. The staff is friendlier and looking to help and make you feel welcome!! Great general manager has made his impact!!!

This place is bad. The GM Eric Espinoza is unprofessional and uneducated in regards to their new rotating towel drying system. He was not able to explain the reverse osmosis system and how that should leave your car spot free. He informedMe of some new OSHA regulations that mandated the new rotating towel drying system but was not able to inform me which regulation so I could research it. Also I have called their corporate office more than once and have yet to receive a follow up call regarding my concerns and formalComplaint even though I was informedI would be contacted in 2 days (excluding Sunday’s). I have driven my Honda Civic through this locations car wash a few times and the rotating towel drying system does not touch my car. When I called corporate the second time about this they said it sound like The system needs to be Calibrated which I would think they would Have done before they released it to the mass public. Furthermore when I go the the George dieter location the new rotating towel drying system works correctly for My car thus leading me to believe the issue is with the Montwood location setup. Also at this Montwood location they have no free vacuums, in stead they want to charge you to vacuum your car where the George dieter location has free vacuums and is not trying to take advantage of you. I could go on but I think you get the point. Poor service, management, and maintenance. I willBe driving the extra 5 minutes over to the George dieter location where they systems works correctly and the management is friendly, educated, and customer focused. Too bad because I have 3 cars registered in the unlimited washed club which we use regularly so they will be losing someBusiness.Update. Corporate has done nothing to address this issue nor responded to me personally. They pawn off customer support and complaints to district managers. Mister clean lies to its customers telling the wash is spot free. After I had my car washed and the water dried there were spots on my side view mirrors. Thus from when hand dried the service level has decreased. Also after a few times back and forth with the district manager Edgar their automatic towel drying system was finally working however on 2-9-20 I used their car wash again and the system didn’t even touch my car at all. They did hand dry it for my due to their faulty system. Also as I understand each operator of this new system needs to be trained and to either enable or disable the retract feature of the new towel drying system However training appears to. E lacking in this regard because of the issues encountered today. If the operator was trained the systemWould have worked property and dried my car. I will await further responses and investigations from the district manager Edgar in regards to training and the claimed spot free rinse which anyone that uses their car wash can tell you is not true. I wish they would remove their lie and claim about a spot free rinse.

People are helpful and everything is organized but the interior cleaning was done poorly. Exterior looked great.

Got the platinum wash, drive off and saw my cup holders were still dirty and the floor wasn’t clean on the driver side. Gum wrappers were on the side of the door.

Thank you Justin & Kala for making it right! They made a huge difference in changing my outlook on the sloppy work done on my SUV on this visit. My rear seats & floor mats got soaked because my rear windows were left open a bit and the rear trunk area was not vacuumed. Justin and Kala took the time to correct the errors to my satisfaction with attention to detail, sincerity and professionalism.

So I guess this dry roller is now at all Mister Car Wash locations as I went to the Montwood location today and it’s there as well. STILL NOT A FAN!!! So I used the full service: unfortunately it was no better. I guess they put all of the old window dryers and excess staff at the new location since there was only one person drying my car today. I had to ask them to touch up some spots and as always had to ask for the excess water to be wiped from the trunk area. I started down the driveway and water starts dripping from the mirrors!! Apparently no one got their mirrors wiped because there were three other cars next to me wiping down their cars. I guess it’s time to find a new car wash!!!

I go there two to three times a week when my truck needs to be cleaned, like always the service is always outstanding, very body should have there vehicles cleaned there. Mr Bates.

I love Mister Car Wash because I get to sit inside and drink some coffee and eat some popcorn while my car is getting washed inside and out plus I also get my oil changes here so all that in one visit, that is just awesome to me. I also love that I can bring my kids here because they can eat popcorn and they are really interested in watching the cars go through the machine so the kids are really entertained here and Im happy that I can take my kids with me.

I dont understand why you are charging the normal prices on these washes when you are not providing the services that come with the package due to covid 19. You are trying to keep people and staff safe I understand, but you are also not providing the service we are paying for. Fraud!!!!

Used to be really good. However they have no vacuums available for use and now they no longer hand dry. They have some drum thing and it only dries the top. Cancelled our 2 subscriptions. If they go back to hand drying will probably sign back up.

Used to love going there, but now they installed a new drying mechanism- if you have rails on your car they don’t use it to avoid damage (which is fine) but they don’t even dry off my car anymore. So you’ve lost my business :(

They use to be very good but have since added this new dryer wheel instead of people hand drying the car.... but it always leaves my truck spotty and wet and I have to get out of my vehicle and dry it completely... when I asked the workers if they would be drying it they just said no and immediately walked the other direction... so disappointed

Just got my car washed. Usually 2 worker polished the car after, now they have a machine to do it. The machine doesnt touch the grill, the hood and the back only the wind should and the roof. I still have all the water drop residue on the grill, the sides, the mirrors and back.She price, bad results.

I seriously do not know what is happening at this location. The last couple of times I have had my SUV washed here the quality of the car wash has continued to decline. This last time, I had to get my vehicle run through the wash twice and it still was not cleaned. The roof of my SUV wasn’t touched at all and the rear area wasn’t cleaned. The attendant cited that because of the racks on the roof, the roller would not scrub and due to OSHA regulations the attendants were not able to dry my vehicle by hand in fear that they might get struck by a vehicle. Duh! DONT DRY VEHICLES WHILE THEY ARE STILL GOING THROUGH THE CYCLE. I asked that my windows be dried as there were droplets on all windows and the attendant told me that they no longer dried the windows by hand. I am no longer patronizing this location, and considering not patronizing Mister Car Wash at all. A big TWO THUMBS down.

Paid for the deluxe car wash. I specifically told them that the car had sand in it,and sap on the windshield as well as the fill that builds up on the inside. I had left a sweater on the seat it was moved when I picked it up...so I looked around when I got my car it looked good...until I got home and picked up my sweater and the seat was still Sandy. Upon closer look the whole passenger side of the car hadnt been touched. I called and reached the call center in Arizona..I was told that the GM would call me..two days later I got a call.offered a fix and a free carwash. Fine but I dont get over to that side of town unless I have an appointment.I will be looking for another place to get my car washed.
