Good value for money. Had caked on flies from a cross country drive and didn’t get them all but did do a good job at everything else. Free vacuum and towel to wipe down the inside yourself after you go through. $20 for the full service uptown wash was a good deal.

This is a cool place for a wash. Like it much better than Mr Car wash. There are monthly membership deals, or single car wash deals. Plenty of dry and vacuum bays unlike the Mr Car wash on Montana. Cancelled my membership at Mr Car wash and went with these guys. Been happy and have a cleaner car ever since!

I visited this car wash last week I payed for full service wash, my tires and rims were filthy they didnt get the bugs off my vehicle they bent my front license plate in half and the management said there was nothing he could do, I dont recommend this establishment at all.

Very unprofessional only takes advantage of people. They sold me a membership not educating their clients about it being an automatically charged every month. Signed up in June for fathers day and was charged July Aug and Sep did not use the membership in July Aug or Sep and they dont give you your money back and say its your fault for not knowing. Scumbags that just take advantage of hard working people. You guys make me sick. Thats why Mr. Car Wash is num 1 in El Paso.

Staff seemed angry to be there. Unpleasant.But to make matters worse...my car is less than a week old... straight from the factory...detailed and cleaned before purchase...and their machine still left dust marks all over. And this was the $20 clean. My tires looked half polished and my rims were still dirty. I had to go back and clean myself...and realized this would require more than a microfiber towel...Also the machine made a lot of noise hitting the clear coat...this worried me.

I like washing my car here cause of all the vacuums they have without having to wait for someone to leave. This time I did not get my wet paper towel, Which really helps. I carry my own cleaners but I like the fresh towel.

Honestly my truck was still dirty.I had to take it to another car wash..The vacuums are great though. Place does look great !

This is a relatively new car wash on Montana Avenue at Hawkins (vicinity of the airport). Three exterior car wash levels are offered with stalls around back for customers to vacuum their own interiors.Its reasonably priced, fully automated and an easy in/easy out.

Great car wash. The auto wash does a great job of getting all the junk of my paint and tires, and the hand dry at the end is the best! The free vacuums are the best too. My car always looks great after going here.

Usually really good service but today pulled in behind 1 vehicle, and had an extremely long wait. The conversation between the occupants and the girl working took really long, like 5 to 10 minutes. When it was my turn she was unable to use the machine and then left and another older employee finished the transaction. Maybe more training for employees would help with customer service.... 🤔

Whenever Im on the Eastside its desirable to wash my Subaru here. Best automated wash and most pleasant attendants.

It’s was nice when they first opened. Now it’s going downhill. Had to wait behind an employee’s car because he was flirting with another employee, then halfway through the wash the machines decide to stop working. They come back on for about a minute or two and shut off again. Paid 12 dollars and my tires didn’t even get shined.

We need the human bodies for drying and better supervision. Half of the truck was not clean upon leaving

Went to go my wash my car here for the first time, left damage to my front bumper. Went to go talk with manager pretty much denying everything, Not even apologizing for the inconvenience. He then continues to say well this couldn’t have happened here not even trying to look for camera footage to prove I didn’t have any damage to front bumper prior to going. I gave him my name and number to speak with another manager who was supposedly coming for a later shift and nothing back, now that I’m calling this place of business now their phones seem to be off. After looking at their reviews on google it seems to me they have damaged multiple cars in the past and didn’t even try to fix this situation. I will be contacting the BBB and take this to court if I have too.

Really cool experience and how clean they were. Next time I know to come with cash to give Tippz to the guys that wipe down your car. I felt bad I didnt cause it was my first time here. Tip the guys at the end of your wash that Really would be not only awesome but cool of you to do. 😊

I loved it when they first opened, however I feel they have gotten lazy. The guy you first see with the hose, literally splashes your car on one corner of your car. Leaves the rest untouched and for the machines to clean. His role could be non existent as far the cleaning goes.At the end of the tunnel, the hand dry people are usually chatting and do a poor job drying your car. I usually tip here, but lately i feel more like an annoyance to them than a client.The tunnel itself washes most of the dust from recent days.. but the car still has a water spots on windows and body, and some dust still stays on in certain spots.I have the monthly membership, I’ll see how a couple more washes go, and I’ll be considering going to mr car wash or wait for that new car wash being built by Montana to open.

My truck was so in need for a wash! Eight dollars, and within five minutes, my truck was looking good and shiny!

My hubby was looking for a carwash that would allow his truck in because of its rims. And he found it here!! No problem!! Mister carwash doesnt allow trucks that are lifted with rims.

I vacuumed up my house keys yesterday and management was very kind about it.. he actually found it! Clean facility and great customer service.Update came again, and did not have the same experience. Phaedra had one job and couldnt even produce me a receipt. Now I have been waiting here still for thirty minutes for my receipt. I dont appreciate her attitude or her arguing with me. Art youvare a terrible manager, telling a customer you are too busy to deal with an employee arguing and cussing at me... never again.

The unlimited plan is the best value. It pays for itself after 2 washes. The plan allows you to wash you your vehicle up to twice a day everyday. The free vacuums are nice with two different tips to help with every inch of your interior.

The crew was amazing and personable, its an acceptable cast wash with vacuums. My poor car needed it.

The wash was great but had the bottom of the car between the tires still dirty . That was no big deal but the rims were very dirty and the tire dressing wasnt good didnt look good . They can improve by putting someone in the front with a bucket and brush and give the tires and rims a quick wash like the old days .

Dont go when it is busy. Expensive + you still get to vacuum & clean the interior yourself. I got the Uptown deluxe wash, around $20 & had to got thru twice because of the dirt left on the car. The second time they put more spaced between my car & the one ahead, entered a code & I got the car wash I PAID for. My impression is when they are busy everyone, everyone gets the same wash no matter what you pay.

Their brushes must be dirty... my car was worse after the wash than it was before. Had black marks all over the car and scratches on my wheels. Canceled my membership and went to Mister Car Wash.

It cleaned my car so good

They still have two guys at the end that hand wipe the car. I find that makes a big difference.

DAMAGES YOUR Vehicle!! DO NOT USE!! You’ll get the run around from the manager by saying you’ll hear from the owners Blake or Edwardo after filing out a piece of paper but you’ll never hear from them again. The manager even said that damages occur often there. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau.

Brand new place! My car sure needed a wash and this place was just there. I ended up buying the monthly $32 wash, since I was going to spend $12 for one wash. I did the math and it made more sense to get that deal since its about to get windy and dirty. So I will keep my car clean all the time. Cool place to wash your car. Courteous stall! Will go back within three days.

$20 or $16 even the $10 doesnt get your car or truck clean right I know it not a hardware put there are other carcass drive thrus that do get the job done better.. this is my 3rd or 4th time.... I tried giving it a chance but nope...no more carwashes there for me....

I love this carwash. People there are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. The only problem I have is that they close too early, other than that, everything is good.

Gives a good way and they still have the people at the end that dry the car off. Other places have gotten rid of this guys but it makes s big difference.

It was busy, so attention to detail was not up to par , the tire shine was not put on left side of vehicle and the drying process of the employees doing it was adequate at best. It was my first time there so the impression is questionable. The actual ride through the car wash was enjoyable with the light show from the brushes. I did notice the wax and other liquids used was ample enough and covered the whole vehicle. Im not sure if Ill spend another 20 bucks though perhaps next time it will be the least expensive.

This is such a great car wash! I love how quick and easy it is. One thing that always happens it that it never cleans under the tail on my car but other than that 10/10. The vacuums are free and work really good. They even have different attachments for the vacuum!

We got the top notch that says, youll get everything! But our tires werent even shined. They didnt exactly dry off the truck either and hand you a wet towel I assume to clean the inside. We used the vacuum after and saw people using that same towel to try to dry their vehicle. They do not offer any sort of rain checks so we basically paid $20 for a drive through a water show. Not worth the price at all.

Recommend adding and air compressor and hoses at each vacuum station to blow water out of the cracks.

You get a good car wash here, unfortunately my rating so low is because it gets so crowded when you need it the most, to my knowledge this is the only Car Wash city in El Paso and that is an inconvenience, its a very long line and a very long wait to get the service, also the vacuums sometimes dont work and some vaccum heads get detached, they need maintenance

Newest car wash in area close to home.

They caused damage to my vehicle and treated me so disrespectfully about the situation. Had to fight just to get in contact and they twisted everything not to help pay for or at least fix the damage they caused. Just really sad cause I work hard for everything I have and to be treated like that when they even had a video to prove they caused it. Never do business with them again and I’m gonna tell my friends to do the same.

Unprofessional and unscrupulous businessmen here. Ive taken my new Tacoma here a couple of times previously, but Oct. 31, 2020 one of the washer arms pulled back the passenger side-view mirror and cracked its housing. The apparent manager took a statement and report, then said Id have to wait for the owner or owners son to take a look and approve any repair costs. Ive called and showed up several times looking for both the owner and the owners son...and theyre always conveniently never there. Patron them at your own risk.

Went here Wednesday Oct 29, 2020. During my wash I heard my car miss place on the conveyor belt on the bottom. After wash my car bumper out of place. My car 2020 there were no issues with it. Manger take statements states to me I have to wait till the owners look at the videos and report. They will decide. So hopefully they own up to the defaulty wash and fix it. Very disappointing. If this issue is handled I will definitely reconsider my review. Till then beware if you value your hard earn cars approach with caution.

I really like this place. The machines do a great job of washing the car and most important of all they have great people working hard to prepare the car for the wash and do a great job drying off the car at the end. They also have free vacuuming as well. Its really worth the money.

Hand dry makes a HUGE difference. The only reason not 5 stars is bc occasionally the vacuums break and the membership fast lane has trouble reading passes. Staff is great!!!

I believe today was there grand opening. They were offering the basic wash for free and all other levels at a discount rate. I chose to get the Uptown, their best wash, normally $20 but available for a limited time at $12. The process to select was quick and easy, you have three lanes that come down into one, however the system knows who is next. The wash was great, the only slight frustration was that my wash was supposed to get the wheel hubs. My hubs were still dirty but everything else was clean. After the dryers, there are employees with clean rags to wipe down any remaining wet spots and readjust your mirrors. Plenty of vacuum bays. Overall great experience. Will definitely return.

Probably one of the best car washes in town. Prices are fair and the attendants wipe your car down after the wash; they even give you a moist cloth to wipe the interior of the car. Highly recommended.

Service was decent but the machine brushes took off my license plate. I went back to retrieve it but they couldnt fine it.

To start the young girl at the front its really friendly and gives good customer service. The machine at the car wash I think it works better than other places. However it will be nice if they can take a little bit more time to dry it better, I hate to get home and see my car full of water spots.

We took the truck through for the first time today and everyone was so friendly! We had a whole bunch of bugs on the windshield and they power washed them all off before hand. And the vacuums were the BEST vacuums I’ve ever used at a car wash before. Definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been here numerous times, and everyone has been very helpful and nice. However one of the females working Saturday morning at the entrance was a bit rude. I’m not sure if she was frustrated cause of the heat, or just having a bad day. I took two different vehicles to get washed same day, and she helped me both times, and the second time she still had her attitude. I will still go back , my past experiences have been a good one.

Asked and paid for tire shine but it was very spotty. Vacuums were very good. Back bottom was not cleaned right.

Pass this wash on a daily. Decided to give it a shot, attendent was polite but wash was trash. Car was not dried properly at all developed into water spots had to get home and rewash the whole car. Believe the reviews stick to mister car wash.

I really liked this car wash- I cancelled my Mister car wash membership to come here as needed, earlier this week I came for a wash and halfway through my mirror got torn off. I realized it when I got home and called asking if they do anything to replace them, 2 different phone calls back from people essentially saying we’ve taken note, someone at the next management level will be contacting you. It’s now been 3 days and haven’t heard back, even if they don’t pay to fix it I would have appreciated an answer rather than just essentially “let it be someone else’s problem” and never getting resolved.Over all though, the car wash is nice and the vacuum service is handy.
