Was looking for a place to get my windows tinted and I’m glad I was referred by my friend to this place, not only was Ernie professional but made me feel welcomed, definitely coming back to add more details to my ride!

Horrible service. Detailing could have been better at Mr.hotshine, install on a flip down monitor took them 5 days while missing every time frame Ernie the owner kept telling me. All in all would Not recommend this place.

This place is a gem. Personal service and a great deal to boot. I brought multiple cars and got an even sweeter deal. Call Ernie and get it done.

Poor customer service and commitment/ communication with customers .I had audio installed and they Failed to meet 3 deadlines with no communication on their part, had to keep calling to get updates. At the end Ernie said i would get a full refund for the troubles, even with that the deadline wasnt met. i was promised a full refund on 3 different dates and till this day have not received a full refund

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ❌❌ I wish 0 stars was an option because that is truly what this place deserves. They have had my car for over 6 months with promises it will be done 2-3 weeks and after continuously missing deadlines because of (new problems a rising) they sent my car to a different location without my knowledge and would not tell me where it was. Absolutely unprofessional, a bad business, and a bad person. Please avoid this place at all costs especially if you are a soldier he will try to take advantage of you any way he can.

Horrible experience!!!!! Do not come here !!! My husband and I left our car with these people mid March 2019 for fixing the motor and some paint details and till this day I have no proof of the job they are doing. Ernie (the manager) is the one “working” with our car and he keeps telling us the same story every time that the car would be ready in about 2-3 weeks and this has been the lame ongoing excuse for the last 6 months. This is ridiculous to keep the car even after we stated to not continue with the “work” and to give us the refund of the payment since the car has not been started at all. My next step would be taking legal actions. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

ALERT DO ❌ NOT 🚫 COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!This has so far been the worst service I have ever received. My door panels are completely messed up after doing business with them. They also put screws into my leather seats to attempt to fix things they messed up along the way of doing there work. This was completely a huge setback for myself and my pocket. They charged me a month of my pay checks to work on the new vehicle I purchase and since then more problems keep occurring with the work they did. Not once did they take responsibility even when I went back the next day and showed them my door were completely off and my took or lost all my lock buttons and said the vehicle had came like that. . Once again I had just got the vehicle and just wanted an improve new system and tented windows.. The reason Im writing this post now after a few months is because all eight speakers went out yesterday and that was an $800 job alone with a completely new system. Im not sure if they put new ones in but I dont abuse my speakers and they all completely messed up along with my doors and my windows no longer roll up or down after doing service with them. This has been the worst service iny life! ! The gentleman that did my car sold me words thats lead me to so much trouble with my vehicle and completely messed up. Earnie was the gentlemen that helped Me get into so much inconvenience. Save yourself the time and the money in your pocket and do not come here! Trust in someone thats have problem after problems on the things that they touched on my vehicle to work on.

What more can you ask for, great service and honest people. Reasonable prices for window tint, audio and detailed car wash.

I drive from Carlsbad Nm just to have my windows tinted or have audio systems put in. The level of service is first class. My vehicle was taken in for tint immediately. They loaned me a vehicle so me and my 5yr old son could grab a bite to eat. The job was finished at the time they quoted. Highly recommended!! #PuroCarnalismo #GoDodgers

I came to Blue Diamond for a car detail, window tinting, and my car door handle to be fixed. I did get my car detailed but my car matts were stolen. I got Windows tinted but it was done incorrectly because I didnt pass my inspection. He never fixed my car door but he also kept my money. Also he attempted to steal my factory radio from my car, but they were literally to stupid to remove it. Dont come here they will rip you off!!!!

Abosolutley horrible!! A nightmare experience thus far! These people have had my boyfriend car for 9 months!!!! Just for a paint job and to have audio installed! The owner continues to say the car will be ready in 2 weeks,or in a week so on and so forth for the past nine months!!! Leaving my boyfriend without a vehicle for this long! Having to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Uber ,taxis,Lyft and busses just to get from point A to point B, having to buy a bicycle to get to work and its freezing cold outside! Still having to make payments on a vehicle he cant even drive! Causing so many problems not only with transportation and money but family problems because hes unable to pick up his daughters and the mother of his children accusing him of neglecting his children because he cant pick them up on his days!Now having to put forth even more money to hire a lawyer to get the dang car done! My boyfriend has been so patient and tried to be understanding with this man but now its beyond ridiculous!!! Absolutely the most horrific experience ever! I dont know how a person could be so cold hearted. Very disappointing. :(

These people are crooks, don’t know what they’re doing. Wiring, fuse box, and console controls were broken and no longer working after they did unauthorized work. The paint was cheap, watered down, and is flaking off shortly after job was said to be done; and, they failed to put back on the clear coat. Windows tinting job done poorly, and left with a scraped open area, a hole, in the middle of the back window. I was cheated out of more than $1900, of which $1100 was refunded to me—only to be dis-honored at their bank, and county attorney has yet to bring them to justice, as “bouncing checks” is a serious crime. Was promised 2 for one tinting for wife’s car, which we never got. Beware the punks who say they’ve found god; once an ex-con, always it seems.

THIS PLACE SUCKS went in for a system and wish I didnt over paid for shity work Earnie promised he knew what he was doing and that Id get quality work and Id be happy WIRE CLIPPINGS EVERYWHERE SCREWS VISIBLE broke all the clips to everydoor and he used wood Screws to fasten my door back on and tried hidding it NOT AN HONEST PERSON

Do not waste your time and money on this place. Terrible and costly decision ever made.

Never ever come and destroy your car in the hands of these drunk drug addict lying lazy people who dont care about your vehicle and what they break they will not replace any of the broken pieces and well ask for more money before the job is it done never trust these people dont spend your money you will be upset that you lost it because you will not gain anything worth it
