Surprised by the decline in service of so many places while we all deal with the pandemic. I tried to report an issue with the vehicle I received and was told they were unable to help me.This surprises me, because if I told you that your vehicle is showing a low oil and check engine light you would most likely tell me stop driving it immediately. Instead Enterprise gave me no solutions and told me to just continue driving the vehicle.

When we got our car it wasnt reading the gas amount correctly. I assume the gage was broken so I called the car rental to report it and told them that I wanted to make sure they looked at the car just in case the next person who got the car didnt think the same thing. Didnt want to end up in the middle of the desert since the gage wasnt reading correctly.

I cant believe the experience I just had. I understand its a busy weekend they did not provide details. I was standing in line upstairs at the airport for 15 minutes then they tell me I need to go back downstairs to check in first. They cant do it upstairs and take my reservation. I was trying to do this during my lunch hour. So I go back downstairs long long line only 1 representative working check in. Decided to just go with another company. Was checked in and out under 10 minutes.

Shout out to Gage and Richard as well as the manager on duty the morning of 7/22/2021 I was given false info from a stand alone about exchanging my car after getting a flat and they sent me to the airport. Richard was quick about getting it sorted it! They gave me a new car and it was an upgrade from the prior one.

I went to rent a car today and my experience was horrible. The employee Sarah was very rude and didnt explain anything at all. Looked like she was in a hurry because the few things she told me about the contract were hard to understand because she was talking super fast. First time this happens to me when renting a car with Enterprise. I was surprise because she didnt even bother to do a walk through with me to check the car. She just took me to the car and told me that the keys where inside the car and she walked away right away. No conversation whatsoever to try to make me feel like a welcoming customer. She never explained anything about the car, mileage or if the tank was full or not. On the other hand, the employee at the exit was very nice and helpful, he was able to explained some doubts that I had about the fees. He also did a walk through of the car and noticed that there was a small crack in the windshield so he put in on the system. Unfortunately he was not the employee who helped me thru the process of renting a car. Very disappointing, next time I need a car Ill rent it somewhere else.

We have gone through 3 cars that have broken down in different states the 3rd is now having issues and all the ones near us are sold out. They told us to get over it and they might have something on wensdyay when I am 5 states away and are refusing to give a refund so we can rent with another company. This is a horrible way to treat a vet who has just undergone open heart sugery and does not need strees

DO NOT USE THEM. They confirm and when you get there they say they have no vehicles. I said I have a confirmation for an SUV and not leaving till I gwt one. 3.5 hours later after multiple run arounds and a rude Ms. LOUISE manager amd some other manager who wont give you the time of day, I was offered a 4 door sedan. This is how.they treat business customersand plus members.

If i could rate this company a 0 stars I would. If you’re reading this before you rent a vehicle, I would look the other way. They overcharged my bank account 1443 USD and every time we call, they act like they don’t see the charge, but accidentally slip up that we were charged *4* different times on the same day, and can’t even tell us why.

We were rear ended in our rental van in Las Cruces. Leah from Roadside Assistance was amazing and figured out the tow and an Uber back to El Paso Airport for further assistance. At the airport, Ariel was a dream to work with! There were no vans to be found anywhere nearby so she set us up with what she had, with a promise from her area manager, KP, that we would have the vehicle we needed in time for our drive back home. I dont know how they pulled it off, but weve never been treated so well. Thank you!

Ive rented from Enterprise here in FL and never had any issues. However I am very disappointed with the experience I had this past week at this location. I rented a mid size SUV from the Roswell location and returned it at the EL Paso airport location a few days later. Everything went well during trip overall. Had some concern over tire pressure error ( Roswell made aware of this) and after close observation I concluded it indeed was a message malfunction. I get to El Paso airport with full tank and car cleaned out ready to jump on my flight. The girl inspecting the car(Brenda) then started talking about if the Roswell location had observed the multiple dents on roof. I was confused and upset, as the overall body had been inspected in front of me but there was no thought of the roof being inspected by myself ( Im 410, why would I think to jump on top of an SUV roof to look at it?). She said they appeared to be several hail size dents and asked if I drove through rain ( I had but it was light rain for a short time definitely not hail). She did a search for records of roof damage and came up with nothing. I called the Roswell location and spoke to Nate and informed him of what was going on and he did a search as well. Records came back with limited info and no notes of roof dents and he stated the had just received car in their fleet the day I had gotten it. They both informed me of their protocol; file a claim which would be researched about any previous drivers/ notices of dents in locations prior to Roswell and that it may be submitted to my insurance, Id have to pay it and then if things turned up clean / not my fault I could be reimbursed). At this point Im upset and also nervous about missing my flight but I figured it would be best to have my own photographic evidence for the claim. I went back to the car and proceeded to climb the doorways to take multiple pictures and video of the damage. Then I realized there was no note of roof damage during the initial inspection because there where no dents! A bit dirty but smooth, smooth, smooth! I advised her of this and she continued to insist that there where multiple hail dents on front of roof. Aside from the revolution that there were no dents at all Im astounded by the aspect of her even trying to make this a thing. The car had a large sunroof and if I had indeed drove through any hail the glass would have been cracked as well, yet there was no mention of this. Aside from this Im from FL so I definitely have seen my share of downpour and hurricanes. If a car could ever so easily be dented by a simple rain shower then there is a problem.Even as I was leaving she continued to ask if I could see the hail dents....no,no I dont and Ill let my pics tell the truth. Beware of these guys trying to make up false claims so the can get paid. I will never rent from this brand again!

Easy pick up, easy drop off. We originally landed in Phoenix and we drove to Carlsbad. The car we had, a Chevy Equinox, was basically brand new. When staff are on site, they are friendly. It is a bit pricy. Having our car for 5 days cost $1200. Overall, this service is worth it,

After finding out from another rental car company that we had a reservation with they didn’t have a van, Enterprise had us in a van & leaving in less time than we messed around with the company we had the reservation with! And they take debt cards!!! Which is a huge plus since we are debt free and don’t use credit cards.

I made a reservation, and they canted to give me a car completely different than the I e reserved. The also wanted to charge me an extra hour because I arrived a few minutes early to pick up the car. They may stay open late, but only to scam and rip you off.Look elsewhere.

Last night I went to go pickup my rental at 10:00pm. Upon getting there, I was informed by the night shift employee that my reservation could not be filled. Apparently there was a covid response team that came in and cleaned them out of rentals. I dont know what time that took place.My problem is, I never got a call about my reservation. Maybe I could have looked elsewhere for a vehicle. Now we are a day behind and Im still looking for a vehicle and waiting on that phone call from the manager, that the employee said would happen. First bad experience, hopefully its the last for awhile.

I got a dodge grand caravan. Didnt notice it needed an oil change until I was on the road, I called and its been a huge hassle to get a replacement. Will change to 5 stars if I can get it replaced tomorrow but this shouldnt be an issue and their cars should be checked regularly and ready to go at time of rental.

Made a reservation for a same day pick up the website said it was accepted and gave a confirmation number, we called an Uber to get us to the airport to pick up our rental being that we are stranded in el paso due to a work vehicle being broke down, once spending $50 to get to the airport enterprise we are then informed we are out of luck and all of the cars are sold out and they do not do same day rentals. Like many of the other reviews we then call their 1-800 number and get things sorted out to have a reservation for the following day and was informed that a manager from this location would call and confirm availability and our new reservation. Still havent heard from this manager and honestly dont believe I will. I have spent two days calling this location only to find out that it is impossible to get a hold of anyone nor do I think they care. So if you can avoid booking at this location I would, save yourself the headache and Uber to a branch off of the airport campus. Honestly from this experience I am highly disappointed in enterprise and I more than likely will not rent with them ever again.

The worst location Ive ever dealt with. Ive been renting with enterprise for over a decade.We broke down in El paso and since we would be here for several days we decided to book a reservation. After a 50$ one way Uber ride to the airport, only location open, we arrive at the counter to be informed that they over sold their vehicles and wouldnt be providing us with a car. They proclaimed that the system allows same day reservations to be made without a calculation or verification that vehicles would be available. So 100$ in Uber fees and no vehicle had made me seek out every other alternative. Ill Uber or cab before enterprise/national and what ever other brand they cover gets my money.No response needed from enterprise Corporate, yall are trash

Always had a great experience renting at airports with enterprise. However, this experience was from an off airport property and the guy working kept trying to convince me to pay extra for an upgrade. It wasn’t just the one ask it was persistent. Took me longer than I would’ve liked to get my car.

My wife rented a car from Enterprise at CJS airport. Never again! They pulled a bait & switch on the car giving her a car that she didn’t reserve or want. Then paid with our AMEX card which covers insurance but was forced to buy their insurance at an additional $83 US even though we had the insurance certificate from AMEX. The rental agent was rude. The regional manager was notified thru Enterprises escalation department 2 days ago but has yet to call us back. Enterprise says that they have 7-10 business days to respond. That’s not how you keep customers or how you do business. Never will we rent from Enterprise. There are other companies out there who are willing to get our business. Should have rented somewhere else. They take advantage of customers and their customer service blows.

My flight was delayed so I tried calling multiple times to inform the El Paso Airport Enterprise but they would not answer the phone. I left a message and asked for a call back, no one called. When I arrived the next morning I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I explained the phone calls and the girl said they were busy and the cancellation was “policy”. She, with much attitude, re-booked my vehicle. The car was fine, no issues there. I paid for unlimited mileage but was still charged for excess mileage and that was ultimately refunded after calling the 800 number (because El Paso still wouldn’t answer their phone). I lost an item on my trip and tried calling to see if they’d found it but, of course, they didn’t answer in El Paso and have never returned my call. Bad experience.

I am a platinum member with Enterprise and Im entitled to like four free upgrades per year which I was going to use one tonight and they gave me the smallest little roller skate with four wheels and wouldnt even acknowledge my status with Enterprise. And yes I am very angry that I got the tiniest subcompact car I figured as least as a platinum member I would at least have a little bit of an upgrade without having to pay 25 extra dollars a day. The agent wasnt even willing to try anything to get me an upgrade so if I have anyway with my company well be switching to a different car rental

Made reservations to pick up my mid-size SUV at Midway Airport in Chicago, the only issue was when I went to pick it up I was informed/saw that I had made reservations for March 6 not February 6. I was concerned there would be no cars available at this time in the evening (@1800) The representative at the desk (Aubrey) not only was able to work some magic and get me into another AWD Mid-Size SUV but was able to keep me at the same cost I had for March vice writing a new contract and charging for a day of contract. She started out the great service and the representative who took me to the car to the person checking me out all did a great job. On Check-in (09March/@1200) once again great service and when I left my reading glasses in the car, the representative chased me down and gave them back before I got on the elevator. This trip was one of the best experiences I have had with Enterprise.

I reserved a car for a three day trip out of town. I got to the office as the employees were locking the door and leaving. I was 1 minute late at closing time.Obviously they were in a hurry to get off on a Saturday afternoon. “We’re closed” is what two of the employees kept repeating to me. They told me do go to the airport 10 miles away to get a car. I had to have my GF take me to the airport. I was able to change the reservation only by way of a phone call because the online editing was unable to make the changes. I was disappointed to say the least. I got to the airport and it went flawless except for the additional airport fees. The price of the rental went up $20. I received a brand new car and completed my business trip. I took two stars away because of the two rude employees at the first office location and an additional star for the price increase at the airport and the inability to do an online edit as claimed.

Very prompt service. The only issue I had was I didn’t know the type of gas and I wasn’t able to get anyone from the Airport location to answer the calls. But fortunately I called the road side assistance and they were able to provide me with the information.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Since I cannot, I will describe my horrible experience with these incompetent workers. These workers cannot even read their own website. Every other enterprise I have went to has been able to use a debit card as its on their own payment policy. But not this one. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day was ruined.

I have rented from Enterprise for about 30 years. I have NEVER had an issue, problem, bad experience, etc., with them. Every rental Ive ever had, no matter what location in any state or airport, has gone well. The employees are always friendly, professional, and generally happy. Their cars are always clean and full of gas. They make you feel like they really appreciate you doing business with them. Ill never rent from any other rental company.

I filed a formal complaint through customer service. From the get go I was not placed in the car I requested. I was informed I had to just keep calling back and “maybe” a car would be available for me. My phone calls often went unanswered or not returned. When I showed up in person to add my spouse as a driver to the reservation, I was shocked at the treatment I received. Ashley, the manager on duty, made little to no eye contact with me. Asked no questions about my experience, refused to validate anything I had dealt with, and simple stated I was a “difficult customer”. Again this came after having just met me. When I asked if this is how she was trained to manage custom conflict through enterprise training, she finally looked me in the eye and directly said “yes”. The exchange continued to be rude, disrespectful, and curt from that point forward. My spouse witnessed the exchange as did another employee who was present. I imagine there were cameras as well. Ashley’s behavior was a testament to the glaring inefficiencies that dictate customer service at this enterprise location. I have rented from enterprise for many years both on active duty in the military and for personal use. I have never experienced such a poor quality of service. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service I was informed a formal complaint was being filed and that I would be contacted within 24 hours by enterprise corporation. I was never contacted. Very disappointed overall.

Abysmal customer service. Agreed to an upgrade before I arrived, once I land they refused and said the manager had been fired because of COVID so nothing they could do. Here on military business fo 2 months and they make you check in every 30 days (drive back to airport), something they didnt disclose beforehand. Also they NEVER answer their phone. Any day of the week and any time of the day they NEVER answer. Even the new managers business card, never answered that phone once. Truly awful, never renting with Enterprise again!

The El Paso airport always does a very good job. Never had an issue and I have been renting from there for over a year. The reason for 3 stars is because I prefer the Nissan Maxima and it appears it was moved to Premium rental with a huge mark up on $$. The replacement vehicles for the gap is not the quality I was accustomed to. I am disappointed with this move.

We rented in El Paso. The staff was very friendly. It was one of the quickest counters that we have ever encountered. The cars are on site so no bus ride is required. That is a huge benefit for this airport. We received an upgrade, which is always nice. The car was in great shape. The return experience was just as smooth.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful with all of my questions, but when I got to the garage I was welcomed by all these arrogant men who thought they were a hot bag of chips who were trying to rent out all these cars. They were nice but their presence seemed a little overly confident wanting to make the company money rather than what is practical for the customer. Nonetheless, they gave me a great car to drive, but they definitely push the sports cars on you to drive that have the more expensive insurance rates per day.

I rented a vehicle for work for a long term Temporary Duty (Government Work). They made me return to Enterprise every 30 days to re-write my contract. The first time in San Antonio I had no problems. The second time, Enterprise in El Paso increased my daily rate for no apparent reason. One of the supervisors (Kevin) was very professionals and was able to adjust the rate, but couldnt return it to my original rate. The third time I had to return to do a re-write, Enterprise doubled what they had initially quoted me as a daily rate. Kevin attempted to help me but there was nothing he could do. The company has a supply and demand policy that pretty much allows them to overcharge the government the rate they feel is most appropriate (always higher - never a lower rate) because how much supply to demand is. I rented the car using a government platform that indicated the daily charge, but they changed indiscriminately not once, but twice.

Ugh!! I always rent from Enterprise, but this is the first time I left something in my car. The Lost and Found process is crazy difficult to navigate. After trying to contact them directly while I was still in the airport terminal (but through security) I found out the only way I could communicate with them was by filing a missing item report. Two days later, I received a call and email that they had found my item. When I called them, I was told it would cost 30.00 to ship to me. The item (black beanie) weighs less than 8 ounces! So, I paid the 30.00 and they immediately charged my account. A few hours later, I got a confirmation that they had cancelled my shipment and was given the choice to again ship it to me or to donate it. No explanation why they were cancelling my shipment and no mention of crediting me my 30.00! What gives, Enterprise?

Be careful and read what you are agreeing to before you sign. ive rented from here before but this last experience was terrible. the service was good and the car was great which is why i give it 2 stars. BUT enterprised at the Airport location charged me 2 extra days (which i agreed to cause it was my responsiblity) and once i returned the car and payed the extra charge they decided to keep my deposit. something that was supposed to be around $150 or so turned out to be $400 dollars. i called to speak to someone at Enterprise and they said it was all a part of the charge including my deposit. they charged me for the money i payed upfront, plus the extra charge for the 2 extra days PLUS my deposit. then the guy goes and says it could also be taxes $150 plus tax turns into $400?? hmm.. just be careful and dont you dare have an emergency and keep the rental extra because Enterprise will screw you over.

The people working were kind and respectful enough. I chose an economy car because I was only going to be at the location for three days. They very insistingly tried to sway me to upgrade saying the vehicle I was getting was their only economy car on location. However, I assured them I was fine with a basic model. I looked over the cars exterior which was pretty simple looking but functional for what I needed it. However, as I would come to find later there was some issues with the car. For one the backup camera was completely useless and in need of repair. The screen was so dark you could barely see anything on it. The city I was in was also a desert so dust and dirt would get on the windshield. When I tried to spray water and wash it away I realized there was no water at all. This was a huge hazard as I was driving on the interstate and the only way to clear off the dust was to stop on the side of the road and wipe it of myself. The drivers mat was also missing but that was only a minor issue. However, the fact that the back up camera was in disrepair and the car lacking windshield wiper fluid were pretty big issues for me as it shows they had not properly inspected the car and gotten it ready for use. Just because its an economy car is no excuse, especially when the price tag for 3 days was quite high.

I made a reservation for a Cadillac XTS, when I showed up to pick up the rental, they did not have the car. They offered to substitute a BMW 3 series, that was not going to work as I need a large and comfortable car for my family to make a 20 hour road trip in. The only car they had that was big enough was a Kia Optima, nothing close to a large Cadillac. I did have much choice at that point as my family was waiting on the car to start our long trip. Needless to say the car killed my back. You think they would have at least up graded my reservation for my inconvenience, rather than have me down grade to a Kia. I did ask the agency when I returned the Kia if they actually had a Cadillac XTS in their inventory and they advised they had one. They also advised me that got a good deal on the Cadillac, well it is only a good deal if you actually get the deal.

Super friendly and Professional Service thats what you will get from these guys. My plane arrived a little bit later than schedule and despite the fact that they close at around 11 they stay a little bit longer so that I could get the only car available at the moment. I also needed to extend my rental agreement for an extra day and I was very pleased to find out that he was only less than $10 to rent it for an extra day. Doing the return process everything went smoothly and I was in and out in less than a minute. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again in my future travels.

I requested to speak to the manager at both locations. They did not honor the rate I received when I reserved online. They charged me for a small vehicle a total of $69.76 for less than a day. I returned the car on the same day because I felt it was unsafe and I spoke to the manager and he said he would drive the car and if he felt the concerns he would credit my account. The car would not respond when I pressed on the gas, it would jerk when it finally did. It also had a very bad suspension and the air conditioner was not working correctly I had it a full blast. Employees at both of these locations were condescending and unapologetic. Terrible customer service!!!!

My car was ready when I arrived, I went over what was going to be charged to my card, the rep said yes. Later on, I get an email stating they took $200.00 they wasnt suppose to. I call the 800 # and I was told since I was renting in Texas and Im a Texas resident thats why they took the extra money. ( I dont live in El Paso) I rent only with Enterprise, so I know the rules.I return to car, I ask for the Supervisor, he tells me its a COVID-19 hold. There was NO signs up stating they were taking extra money for this, so I told him that. Then he says its up to the Manager to place an extra hold, I asked him to show me on the website and he didnt because its NOT there. He act like he didnt care, there was no apology nothing. I saw the Rep that assisted me when I arrived to rent the car. I begin to tell; him the same thing I told the Supervisor. The Supervisor walks up and all the Rep kept saying was I thought I told you. Then he says the hold is off now that you returned the car. I said thats besides the point, it shouldnt have been placed on there to begin with.IF I ever go back to El Paso, I will NOT be renting for Enterprise. Ive been a rewards member since 2008, so I DO know the policy.

Enterprise Rental is good. No problems. I have one suggestion when returning the car before or after work hours it would be nice if you would indicate what you are suppose to do with the key, this would be helpful to rental car novice like me. I didnt know there was a key box, and there was no one around to ask. Finally I stopped couple and asked them and they told me that there was a key box at the Enterprise counter in the Airport. I could not find one where I dropped the car off. Im just saying you could mention this in your emails that you send out. Otherwise I am a satisfied customer.

Nothing great about this location. 1) I made a reservation through my enterprise plus account. My wife picked up the car and they cancelled my reservation and gave it to her. I post the opportunity to obtain points from enterprise. 2) we requested a car seat for our child and my wife was struggling with the installation and asked for assistance and the representative said they couldn’t assist due to liability reasons. Then why even offer the car seat option if you don’t have trained / qualified personnel to install the car seat safely. 3) we showed them our military ID for their military rewards discount program and the associate did not apply the discount to our bill even though he said it was not an issue.

Great desk customer service/polite people however, Lost a star because my car was dirty, and had some yellow paint on it. (it was a red car) where the previous renter evidently ran against something. granted it was the lowest priced rental but I expected better. I do understand the turn and burn of rental cars but a wash of the exterior would have gone a long way.

I will never do business with this company again. The young guy at the airport location did not even attempt to resolve my dilemma and had no interest in getting me a vehicle. I had been given a reservation number and pickup time by their 1-800 contact center and when I showed up for pick up, the guy at the Enterprise service counter sent me up to the parking garage to go talk to the supposed “manager” who did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue. He just kept saying he could not do anything and was very dismissive. Upper management really needs to take a look at the two young boys servicing this location, they need serious training in general manners, courtesy and consideration for the customer. I will never do business with this company again, and I’m making sure I let my friends, family and business partners know not to waste their time here.

I have been a customer for just a few years. The Enterprise staff is always happy to see you and makes you feel important. That is a huge plus. I returned my latest rental with a small ding on the hood. They looked at it, I explained what happened and volunteered to take care of it but they said it was no problem. I have been treated much worse for much less in the past.

Please use another rental service!!!!I rent cars once a week from Enterprise with my company corporate account, but I’m salty with the El Paso Airport location.We rented two cars at this location at the same time and returned them both at the same time and they messed up their paperwork and charged me two days more on one of the cars, then when I spoke to the manager he stated that the paperwork was screwed up and that it was nothing he could do. Really bad customer service.Horrible!

My experience with Enterprise car rental was exceptional. Not only did I receive the type of vehicle requested, it was also equipped with Sirius satellite radio and navigation at no additional cost. To top it off, once I returned the vehicle, it was $65 less than originally estimated cost. The staff at the counter and the return kiosk were pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely rent from them again.

We had reserved a 15 passenger van in July for a group who was going to learn about the conditions at the El Paso border in October. When I arrived at the desk to pick up the van, I also informed them that I would be taking it to Juarez for a day. That was when I learned that they had changed their policy (though it was not written on any documentation or contract I had received and brought with me) and I would not be able to rent the 15 passenger van. I asked if I could rent 2 vans and was told no because I had only one reservation. I asked to speak to a manager who was able to provide us with 2 vans for the same cost we would have rented the 15 passenger van. Ultimately, it worked out quite well thanks to the manager, but I was not pleased to learn about the policy change at the counter with 15 people and their baggage needing to get to our destination.

Rented 2 premium SUVs from airport location for local transportation of wedding party.Returned vehicles, and we accidentally left wedding gift & money box with just over 4 Grand.They called 10 minutes after drop off, to say we left some items behind. We returned 45 minutes later to pick up three gifts and an empty money box.Had to file police report, but manager on duty had no urgency to investigate anything. Very shady people working here, look elsewhere. Dishonest company policy, Today is 3/2/19 and all they can do is wait till Monday 3/4/19 to check video.Even if evidence is found, cash and cards will be long gone.Pass this info on, rent from other rental agencies. National is part of enterprise.Piss poor manager on duty.

I arrived to pick up the vehicle and a walk through was not done, when I went to eat later i realized there was a scrape on the front fender tried to get in contact with the location but no one answered so I called the corporate office and they put the information in the notes. When I went to drop off the car I had to fill out a claim report. Just make sure at this location you do a walk through before you take off.

The previous vehicle that I rented was a Jeep. It was terrible on gas and I complained to Enterprise. I didnt want a truck type experience. In El Paso this time they wanted to give me a low end, poor mileage car and I told the young woman that it was time for me to try another company. She went over to Alamo and picked out a Nissan Maxima. Great car, great experience. Comfortable, 38 miles per gallon with mostly highway driving at 80 miles per hour. I think for most of us, good mileage is important. It is for me.
