If I could give this place no stars I would! The government seriously needs to do a thorough investigation of this rental place. I used their services while traveling in El Paso for work as a first responder. They thanked me by contacting me 2 weeks after I returned the car, stating that I needed to pay $560 for a large crack in the windshield that was NOT there when I returned the car. I have NEVER experienced anything like this when renting a car, and from reading other reviews I am not the first. DO NOT RENT HERE. Please spread the word as I surely will!

You dont even deserve a star. How the hell you are still in business is beyond me. Your boss must suck some good dick in order for you to still be at the airport space. I rerserved in advance online . It clearly states unlimited mileage. When we went to pick up it agent tells me its not unlimited. We show her the reservation Andy aunt shows her on her phone what there website says. The agent responds that it doesnt matter they dont have unlimited mileage. I wish I would of seen all the reviews on here before I reserved. This company is a fraud !!!!!!

My advice: get your receipt in a hard copy before you leave! Super frustrating - I have been calling asking for hem to send my e-receipt for 3 week... left several messages and have received nothing. And since they are privately owned, the corporate budget cant help me and I just have to wait for this budget site to get their act together. It is not that hard to send a single email!

If I wanted to deal with an angsty teen I would have brought my own along. Sadly I had to deal with this guy for pick up and drop off.At drop off angsty kid walks up to the car, doesnt even walk around it, and immediately claims I have chips in the windshield. Pulls out a damage waiver. If you are going to stick my company with pre-existing damage you could at least sell it with a thorough inspection.I will suggest to my folks that we go with a different rental company next time we head this way.

This was the most frustrating car rental experience. Had a reservation and when my wife got to the desk they had no cars available for 30-45 minutes. If we have a reservation shouldn’t we expect a car to be “Reserved” for us? My wife had to take their 15 passenger cargo van because that was all they had available. Let’s rent a Camry and get a bus right? If you’re considering renting here I would suggest another place first.

Dont rent a car from this location. I just returned my rental with a full tank of gas and they said that they were going to charge me another gallon of gas since the gas station I used was 3.5 miles away from their location. I advised the agent that the tank needle was past the full mark and I just gassed up before dropping it off - 9.11 dollars of gas. She said rules are rules, slapped a piece of paper on the counter and told me to write down my email address for a receipt. Last time I rent from that budget location. Stay away folks!!!

Did a bait and switch on the vehicle that was rented. Completely unrepresented their product. Taking our business elsewhere.

Wouldnt honor the SUV booked. When I showed the manager Carla my reservation page she said they didnt have the correct size SUV and Id have to pay $26 to go up to the next size SUV. Poor customer service.
