No drama, just the straight facts on the state of my SUV. Mechanics helped prioritize repairs in neutral terms (as opposed to some places that want to evoke danger if a repair is not performed.) CTS assessed the repairs and performed them in the same day. Very rapid turn around. This is my preferred auto shop.

If you own a diesel pickup, do your self a favor and bring it to CTS. Focused on the customer experience; getting it done right and on-time with NO drama. Theyve never steered me toward additional work without a justification on why. And for you Porsche fanatics, you know what Im talking about..

This used to be a great shop. Now you cant get a bulb replaced without the new estimator finding three grand worth of unrelated stuff that requires immediate attention. A couple friends have had a similar experience with this place. These people know that I am a retired mechanic and they still think they can pull this off.

CTS is where I take my Porsches. I’ve had my Air cooled and water cooled Porsches serviced here.The crew is always welcoming and the service is always great.

Brought the Porsche 993 Coupe in for an Alignment and it was set to spec in ½ the time I expected it to take.

Courtney Truck Service is amazing. I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. One time another shop told me that I need it a whole new suspension system for my previous car and that the cost would be around $3,000, I took my car to Courtney for a second opinion and they did a whole diagnostic and my car was completely fine! They are super professional and trustworthy!

Had suspension work and some engine work done and they were friendly, fast and explained the issue in a non-technical way. I highly recommend them.

CTS found the small oil leak coming from the bottom of my Porsche Boxster. A circular crack in the flange of the oil plug. So happens that several months ago they also did an oil change on my Boxster, but it wasn’t leaking oil before the change. When I brought it back in this time I mentioned the oil leakage and I thought maybe they didn’t use a new crush washer or didn’t torque the drain plug correctly. So it seems to me that they torqued the drain plug to much and cracked it and then had me pay for a new one.Let me say they do change the oil well and check the tires.

Recently had our catalytic converter stolen/cut out of our Honda Element. A new cat was installed and CTS welded a 3/4 steel rod along the length of the exhaust system so it would take any would-be thieves significantly more time & effort to steal the cat next time around (and would probably just move on to the next one). Great quality and workmanship! Also, had a wheel bearing replaced for a reasonable price as well. Mike, Katelyn and Robert were all great to work with. Very straight forward, knowledgeable and took a consultative approach on issues they found (like the wheel bearing issue) that I was not aware of as I should have been from a safety perspective. It was not about just upselling the customer, but advising what is best for me, the customer. I will not hesitate bringing any of my vehicles back to CTS again in the future!

I have taken my 1999 Porsche 911 to Courtney Truck Service for over a year now. I recently completed a large job with them on my Porsche and I have nothing but good to say about Courtney Truck Service. Their prices were fair, their communication excellent and a very complex job, for me, was completed in a timely manner. I recommend them highly.

They were quick with an inspection and cost quote, and did the needed repairs in a very timely manner at a very fair price.

This place has earned its awesome rating in my book. I dont know what to say to those who have had a bad experience because I never have. Every time I have had work done here it has been for a fair price and has been work that I havent had any problems with after they did it. I havent ever put a rating out on the web before but I will today. Today after trying very hard over weeks to get dynamic cruise control working on my van, it was determined that it would take an $1100 dollar part to fix and that it just isnt worth it for cruise. They returned the less expensive parts they tried that didnt fix the problem and charged me nothing. I didnt ask them to do that, they just insisted that it wasnt right for them to charge me when they couldnt fix the problem. I have never experienced that sort of integrity from an auto repair shop ever. The dealer wont even hook up a scanner and push a couple buttons without charging you. I will continue to recommend this shop.

Courtneys was quick, fairly priced and offered very fine customer service. They filled all my tires, did a quick run through and let me know I needed a new head lamp. After 0ver $5000k truck still not working and we are suppose to keep paying them for trying every part they can think of?????. cant fix the problem but they could change every part they feel like it. had to pick up dead truck because they could not find the problem and we still had to pay over 5000$ for a vehicle they could not fix. that is a rip off. very deceiving people i would never recommend them to any body. evil bunch of thieves. also they refuse to take my credit card and demanded cash. that is how these people treat the ones that they cant screw the way they wanted.

Favorite Porsche shop in Minneapolis Saint Paul area

Had a front brake drag on my Ford E-450 motorhome. They gladly took my call for a tow truck to drop it off for repair. Quick turn around and really great guys.

1st time dealing with Courtney was a great experience. Blown head gasket and warped head. Truck was torn down, heads refurbished and I was back on the road in just over 1 week ! Fast turnaround, quality work and did not empty my wallet ! Will go back knowing they treat their customers right. Would recommend them to anyone.

Many years ago when I first went to Courtney, I had a list of things that another mechanic said I needed done. One of the Courtney mechanics took the list, checked my car and then told me that nothing needed to be done except for one item. He showed me what that item was, where to buy it, and how to fix it myself. How many shops would do that? The crew is very patient with all my questions as well. Outstanding group and service!

I have been going to Courtney Truck Service for many years. They always take care of my vehicle problems from my 1967 Camaro, Jeep and Yukon XL Denali.Even when problems happen during the weekend, I get my vehicle to their shop, drop the keys in the lockbox and leave them a message. Recently Corneys Truck repair wrongly diagnosed my engine as having a hole in it and it being cracked.After getting a second opinion and having it fixed by the dealer it was only a vacuum hose.This is a huge misdiagnosis. Dont let the name fool you, these guys do a lot more more than trucks! I recently purchased a Porsche 911 from a private party that had no warranty. Within the first couple weeks of ownership I had misfire that turned out to be a very rare failure.CTS was able to diagnose the issue (bad lifter) and fix it. There are a couple higher profile shops in town that I wouldnt let touch my car, but I had a ton of faith in this group. I asked them to address any other areas of potential failure and Drew was able to hold my hand through it all.Thanks to them im back on the road and have all the confidence that I can drive my car like its meant to be driven.Thanks CTS!

Glad theres places like CTS!I tried to find a German car repair place closer to my house a few years back and paid the price. I took my Jetta to a place in Minneapolis as I could smell gas under the hood. They diagnosed the problem as a bad injector and replaced it at a rather large cost. A day after the repair was complete, I was driving on 494 with my kids and the smell returned. I was able to get into CTS quickly and they found the problem immediately. A small screw had backed out and gas was dripping onto the plug wires which they noted were arcing. Possible car-b-que? YEAH! The screw was tightened and I made an appointment to get a few things done the next week. Awesome work!Granted, my car isnt pretty. Its 20 years old. But after being out of work for three and a half years it gets me from point A to point B. My son has autism, and as many kids on the spectrum, has problems with regulating his body temperature and freaks out in a big way if he isnt comfortable. Now I had to take said crapbox into CTS for repairs to the A/C and they worked with me. I was able to locate parts (used of course due to my lack of budget at the time) and the repairs were completed. Happy kid / VERY happy dad! Its going back in later this week for an A/C checkup before the late-Spring heat comes so that I can keep my boy in the back seat comfortable.
