Took my car there for an oil change as it was the nearest auto service center to me. Im not from Georgia and just happened to be the area. I thought what could go wrong with an oil change? I was wrong. A lot can go wrong. They took the car and said it will be ready in about 40 minutes. I went to the Walmart store to buy a bottle of water, returned to the service center 15 minutes later, the car was already in the bay, and after about 10 minutes a technician came out and said we dont have the tool for your Mazda but my colleague is trying something. A few minutes later the same guy said they cant do it because they dont have the tool and advised me to take my car to Jiffy Lube or another Walmart service. I took the car to a nearby Walmart service center and within a minute of accepting the car, the technician came out of the tunnel with a picture on his phone showing me that someone had stripped the drain bolt and they cant do anything on the car because of that. They told to me to return to the Walmart Service Center that caused the damage, so I did and it was a nightmare experience. Without even asking his technicians, the supervisor told me they didnt do any work on the car and started yelling at me and asked me to leave the store. Then the second technician who was trying something joined his supervisor in his yelling party. I asked to speak to someone else, and a lady named Raven came and she was more polite but she was just saying things to make me leave promising that she will check the cameras bla bla bla. I then called Walmart CS to complain and gave her the phone to speak to the representative, and then her position changed from she will investigate to we didnt cause the damage. I was stranded in Georgia because of these guys and left Atlanta area 4 hours later than planned because of these people. I ended up driving a car that was over due for oil change because of the damage they caused on a Sunday and refused to fix or even accept the responsibility of what they did. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my entire life. Stay away from this place and any Walmart service center. Its cheap for a reason.

There is NO issue in service. But they have idiotic logic.1)They dont change new tires which bought from Sams club/from same group.2)They dont change oil which bought from their own aisle.3)They dont change oil which bought from their own website.We have to go with their products available at the time even though they were not our choice. For example, we dont have a choice for the oil brand at the oil change.

Website says tires are in stock, but after order, they are delayed. Website allowed scheduling appointment for 9am Sunday, sign says open at 7, but man there says the center doesn’t open until 11. I don’t have time to deal with this silliness, took car elsewhere.

Went to get one tired filled because my low pressure light was one. I drive a sedan that needs 33psi. This guy filled it to 37psi. Didnt even check my sidewall to see what it needed. Ridiculous. Last thing I need is a blowout.

I bought 4 tires but was unable to get them put on... short staffed... Has been for quite a few weeks and then if you do get someone you have to wait anywhere from an hour and a half up... I had to take my tires to another tire shop to have them mounted.smh

The customer service here at this place is AWFUL. I had purchased tires back in October with the extended warranty. However, I needed new tires again so I went to this auto care center and they were NOT helpful at all. They didnt help me at all nor did they give me the right information. I talked to one coworker who gave me absolutely the wrong information and so when the manager came to talk to me about it, the manager told me something completely different. What I also do not understand is how they couldnt help reorder the same tires at their location. They said the only way I could use my warranty was by going online and purchasing the tires myself which didnt make sense to me. I obviously purchased the tires through Walmart and they should have my order number on file to help me. They didnt even bother trying to help me so I can get my tires fixed/purchased. All they told me was to go back to the Suwanee location where I purchased it and constantly kept telling me go to that location because they were reopened as if they just wanted to get rid of me to not help me. The only reason why I came to this location was because Suwanee auto care location was temporarily closed and also because I spoke with Walmart Customer Service and they told me I was allowed to go to any store that was open to get my warranty. I completely understand if its protocol/policy that they cant pull up my order information (which doesnt make sense), but I just dont like how incompetent they were!

Came to get an oil change and have been sitting in line for over an hour. Nobody has yet to come and see what I needed. They are just walking around like there is nothing to do. Then a lady came and they told her to get in front of me to get her services done.

Ordered tires with an understanding that the price was including installation. Only to get to your garage, and sit there before someone comes out to say they cant install the tires because of custom rims. This in turn cost ne 100.00 more dollars to get them put on. I am NOT a satisfied customer.

Good price but super slow. I watched them doing oil change through glass window and I was pretty shocked by their speed. There was only my car in the shop at the time of the service and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. They also had to do tire rotation after the oil change. I had to cancel all my afternoon schedule this day.

I had an appointment scheduled for this Saturday at 8 am, I arrived on time and waited until 9 and the only person who was there was Jacob he was very helpful but there was not much he could do since I was there for tire change, Jacob was great!. Wal-Mart has the worse serbice

For tire replacement, I ordered online, made a reservation at 1 oclock, and asked to visit 15 minutes before, so I visited around 12:45 and requested a job. However, the work did not proceed until 4 oclock, and after that, it started and the work was finished around 4:40. This is the worst car center. I will never visit again.

I had to run in at the last minute to get a tire. Even though they were closing they helped me out and made sure I was satisfied. This is the third time I have been there, and every time they have greeted me with a smile and been beyond helpful to me. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Excellent Customer Service.

Needed new tires on my Jeep, a friend recommended to go check Walmart since they probably have better prices than anyone else.I went early in the morning on a Tuesday (9:30am). Only one car ahead of me.Talked to Earline about getting the new tires and she helped me choose the correct ones. Honestly she went above and beyond on her customer service. -Sweet, educated and funny lady.The mechanic told me it would be about 1 hour for them to change the tires but only took 30-40 minutes.

They get the job done, but the wait is long! I waited over 3.5 hours to have all 4 tires changed. The staff were professional and courteous, and Walmart almost always has the best pricing. I would recommend leaving your car and coming back if you can.

Rudest staff ever. These people need to learn what customer service means.As soon as I arrived, the man on duty ignored me as I said hello to him. Only when I proceeded past him seeing was not available did he rudely snap at me saying he worked there and would be with me in a minute. Throughout our entire transaction, he was kurt and short with me, showing his irritation if I took pause to answer his questions. He was downright condescending to a customer needing help. If he can’t stand working with people who Don’t know what they’re doing, then why Is he in this industry? Atrocious customer service.

I came in at around 5 to have a new tire installed. They informed me that they would take care of me, but that my car would not be ready until about 9PM. They stayed late in order to do this, which I appreciate. They called me at around 9 and told me my car was ready. However, when I went to the store, the auto care center was closed, and no one had any idea where my keys were. Also, they left the driver side window fully down, so anyone could have just gotten into my car and taken things. I went into the store and was directed to customer service, where they were at a loss as to where my keys were. Finally they called the manager and he knew where my keys were. After waiting a while (they were busy), I got my keys back. The customer service manager also did not know what the cost of my car service should be, gave me a number and asked me if it sounded right. I also told him about the window being left down, but all he said was Oh, they did? and left it at that. Credit to him though, he was extremely busy and still took care of me. It looked like he was doing his best with the influx of customers and requests. One last thing, I purchased all of my tires at this Walmart last year and had them install them. I got the warranty on them and was told that they would fix my flats for free (which they did), and if they couldnt, they would give me a discount on a new tire. I am not sure I received that discount, but at that point all I wanted to do was get out of there, so I did.

Juan is the best as he worked with me to make sure my new tires were balanced and informed me of EVERYTHING needed for the my car. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they NEVER answer their phone, the wait time is ridiculous, and they did not check the air pressure in my tires or replace the fluids that were low.

Where to begin... So once I brought my wifes car in for an oil change, and found out a month or so later that when performing the oil change, they removed the engine cover (a purely cosmetic piece, no big deal) but never replaced it. Of course by the time we realized what happened, they denied everything, said it couldnt have been them. Like a fool I still brought it back again last August. Then when I brought my SUV in for an oil change, they told me itd be 45 minutes. After 50 I came over and they said it wasnt done yet. After an 90 minutes it still was not even in the bay. I asked what was going on and they said they couldnt find my vehicle so they skipped it in the line. As I stood there, I could see it, parked right where I left it (and where they scanned it) 100 feet from the bay doors. They apologized and offered to do the oil change for free and have it done in 10 minutes. After 15 it still was not in the bay. At that time I decided to just leave and have the work done elsewhere. When I went to get my oil changed on my wifes car last week, the new place I took it told me they couldnt do the work due to the damage to her car. They took me under to look at it, and there was clear damage to the oil pan and oil filter cap. Without being prompted the mechanic told me he sees damage like this a lot on vehicles that were serviced at Walmart. I returned to this location to discuss what happened, and after initially being told there was no damage, I informed the service member that I had seen the damage for myself less than an hour ago. He then told me the damage was so severe there was no way they could have caused it at all. I went through customer service (where the representative told me that based on the requirements to be hired in the service center he would NEVER take his car there) and was told to fill out a claim. After doing so (and trying for week to get ahold of the claims department) I was told word for word the same things as the service manager had told me. When I asked why it was the damage could not have been caused by the store, she could give me no explanation. In addition, any record of her car being there in August had disappeared. In conclusion, be smarter than me. Do not ever take your car here.

I went there just to see what the wait time was, and when I got there I tried to get one of the guys attention and he kept walking. So I got out the car and walked up and I just had a question. The guy with the dreads made a smart comment and said she doesnt see the gate for the oil change is close. First of all thats not what I was there for but i didnt even answer him, because he wasnt worth responding to. They acted like they didnt want to help anybody so I rather just go somewhere else

After reading the reviews prior to my visit I was skeptical but when I arrived the statements made became invalid. Mike wasted no time servicing my vehicle with new tires and informed me about the different specifications for the tires.The timeframe was not super fast but not slow either,you don’t want fast work done on your vehicle that you will be using daily. Thanks Mike and the service staff at Pleasant Hill Walmart Service center,your hard work is not overlooked.

The most horrible customer service . The auto Care I called to inquire about 2 tires about two hours before closing, and let know Im on my way. After I arrived was told not able to install today.l request a manager was told I can Your number. I found some one else to help and got the manager from hell who stated she clearly indicated the Miss communication. I clearly remember how unprofessional you were not introduction, rude ,no empathy , I d never shop there again. In here eyes the customer is always wrong

I ordered 2 tires online then came here. Technician asked me wait 1 hour before work is done. After 1 and half, They told me they cant find the tire I ordered. Then give me another expensiver option but still need sometime find it in shop. Everyone working here is like forever wandering with no care of the time wasted, nobody answer phone calls. After another half hour waiting, i said just give me what you have. Finally they started work on it. So please stop waste your time and money in this place

Be warned if you call the Auto Center they will not answer the phone. I called the Auto Center on Monday morning. They never answered the phone. I put my phone on speaker and let it ring for 15mins. That is the worst customer service out of all the other Auto Centers, Sears, PepBoys, and Auto Zone!

The worst customer service ever. I was told to check in for an appointment after I purchased new tires but waited 40 minutes and still didn’t even get the thumbs up to begin the process. In fact, they allowed someone that pulled up after me to get serviced first. Do not go to Walmart for anything other than groceries. I drove off and went to my nearest tire shop and they got the job done in 45 minutes.

Surprisingly good service. Im no fan of Wal*Mart, but was pleasantly surprised by their auto service. I tried them out for new tires and will be back again next time I need some. Their price for the tires is average, but the mount, balance, and other costs are much lower than the tire chains.If you want someone to fawn over you and point out everything your car needs (but really doesnt) then this isnt the place for you. But if you want to walk in, pay for two tires and drive away with them on your car an hour later, then this is where to do it. It may be due to the generally poor morale among Wal*Mart employees, but they just did what I asked and didnt push me to upgrade or replace additional parts I knew I didnt need.

I have always had great experience brining my own oil and filter and only being charged about $12 for the labor for an oil change at WMT Auto Care Center in Ohio. Recently moved to Atlanta area, and figured that local WMT should be no different. To my surprise, as I was paying at the Auto Care Center for the full synthetic oil just picked up in store, asking the associate how much would it cost for an oil change if I bring my own oil and filter, I was told It would be cheaper just to use their full synthetic oil change package. I politely said, I like to use certain type of oil and always OEM oil filter, can you just let me know how much it would cost? Wow! the reply ... We dont do it, you have to get our package, it is not worth it, just buy the package, it will cost you more. I then said, I have changed oil for many year at WMT for labor only about only $12. Are you kidding me? The guy was rude and said This is GA, not OH. I knew arguing with this guy will do me and my car no good. I just left the store and will either call back or talk to a manager later!!!!! I just can not belive how rude and unreasonable this guy is. :-( I really like to know the hiring and trainee processes at Walmart Auto Care in GA area!!!

Very disappointing service. I got two tire replaced two weeks ago. At home I noticed a lugnut of the passenger side front wheel is not placed properly and almost coming out. Today I brought the car to fix it and placing other two tires. The service manager denied my claim that the tire was replaced two weeks ago in this store without verifying my claim. Then the auto care manager checked and found it was true claim. Then they said it will be fixed. After two hours they gave me the car and I checked the lugnut. Now, it has disappeared! Seriously Walmart?? Putting Peoples lives in risk?? Now for the last 30 minutes they are trying to put a lugnut. I have no idea what is taking so long. I feel like they are doing a permanent damage to the front passenger wheel. Lets see how long it takes and what they come with.

These people do not know how to change the oil and apart from that they left my car inside fil of oil stains, they were not sure what they were doing that happened to me because I did not wait for the Argentine or Uruguayan who works there that man if he knows the work that is doing know what type of oil you can add to your car and how much I do not like what happened to me that day
