Super quick, fixed everything that needed fixing, fair price.

Went in for an oil change on a Sunday. Arrived at 9:55 (they open at 10) and was greeted right away by Grace and she said they would get me in as soon as possible. Right at 10, the doors opened and they started working on my car. Despite some technology issues, Grace remained positive and efficient. Her and the other employees were so quick and I didn’t feel like I was pressured into things that my car didn’t need. I’ll be back!

A little more on the pricey side for oil changes but its worth it for the quality service you receive. Havent had a bad experience with them and the service is pretty fast. Friendly employees that explain the whole process to you as well. So far, Valvoline has been my go-to place!

I have no words to express how grateful I am for this location and group of individuals. I had a terrible experience in the cities (apple valley) leaving my car almost seizing up. Grace (assistant manager) talked me off of a ledge and calmed my nerves the second I pulled up. She got the manager (Judea) and he got his senior technicians to look at my car and fix the mess from a different location. They did more than they had to just to make sure I drove out of there feeling safe. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!

Waited over 45 minutes for an oil change. They put me in lane 3 Lanes 1 and 2 had 2 other vehicles come and go. The way they line them up is horse s!!t. The Grand Rapids one is much more efficient. Will never uses Duluth again don’t recommend it. Nope you won’t

Cars lined around building until manager showed up. Once in a stall it was apparent this was full of new employees there to impress their corporation and manager not the client.Lucky I said no thanks.Drive off to find far better service and communication at their competitor. I went in for oil change but left. Dodged a bullet.

Closed from 1-1:30 for shift change. Sitting 3 cars deep in line and all the employees got in their cars and left. No signs stating they close for shift change, non of the 1st shifters told the people waiting in line they were closing.

And once brought my dog who was going ballistic, and they were more than happy to print off any information I needed and walk it out to me as I kept my dog on their lawn. Very impressed. Efficient, they communicated well and offered other maintenance options but I did not feel pressured. Interesting to watch the work on the video screen. The team clearly worked as one. The customer service was exceptional. Cheerful, friendly and professional. My husband and I were on a long road trip when the oil change light came on. We googled oil change venues nearby and Valvoline had 5 stars. They deserve it. Everyone wore masks and the whole oil change took about 20 minutes. They provided (free) suggestions on routine maintenance but didn’t push anything. I would definitely use them again

Got an oil change here and a few miles down the road my engine bay is smoking and when I go to pop the hood there is a oil soaked napkin burning on top of the engine.

We had come and get our oil change fixed from another company that botched the job. They took such good care of us! Jake and Farley were amazing and helpful. That talked us through everything and made sure everything was correct. They even wrote out what was wrong from the other oil change from the other place. I highly recommend this location. Excellent all around!

I was looking for a place to get my oil changed on a Saturday. Found this place. Being a single mom with 2 small kids it was so convenient! Plus they were great and showed things as they went. I love this place. Will definitely go back next time.

I went to this Valvoline on the 5th of July. It was a Sunday and a holiday weekend. I had just hit a squirrel, that happened to bounce around and destroy my exhaust system. All of the employees that day were amazing, though I only remember the names Josh and Christian. There were about 3 other people there who were also very quick to help! These guys explained that it was my muffler, wedged it back together, and that it was safe to make the 3 hour drive home. There was nothing they could charge me for, but if I had cash I would have DEFINITELY tried to tip them. 10/10 would recommend. They put my mind at ease on a stressful day. I just knew I had a safe, but noisey, drive ahead thanks to them!

Amazing, fast, very friendly service, this is the only place I allow to change my fluids and minor fixes. Plus the manager Beau is great at his job and very efficient. They are all very informed with what they need to get done and dont push for extra services to do.

This is the place I go with all of my vehicles because I am able to track all of my details on their app. They also provide coupons when I need them that I can stack for my next visit. Even if the line is long I never have to wait more than 30 minutes to get in and I am usually out the door in that time if there is no line. They staff does a good job and are easy to work with.

The place is amazing. The people that work there are very professional, helpful, and friendly. They have always gone a step above what I have exapected.

Guy running the show told the technician to put only 3 qts of oil in my car since he claimed thats all my model can hold. The technician and I both questioned him and I didnt find out until later that it holds 4.5 quarts. I got charged for 4 quarts anyway. Next time I was in and the technician was struggling to get my air filter back in place. Same guy said it was fine and to close the hood. As soon as I got home I checked and the filter enclosure was only attached on one end and open on the other, so my filter was doing essentially nothing. I would not recommend anyone who cares about the longevity of their car get service here.

I come here for the employees. They are amazing and very friendly. They know what they are doing and care about their customers. Thank you all for the hard work you do. Its over 90 degrees out here and yall are still hard at work and making sure everything is done right. We appreciate what you all.

It was in and out and they check everthing to make sure your car is road ready before you leave but wish it top off fluids to that would be better but all good price was nice to for a lexus 469ls

Best service Ive ever received! My car is a push to start and my boyfriend accidentally forgot the keys in his pocket so once I shut my car off at Valvoline I was stuck. I had my newborn son in the car on a 75 degree day. One of their staff drove to pick up my keys. They went above and beyond their line of service,and Ill never go anywhere else again. Thank you so much! I will forever be grateful. Would have been a quick in and out if I hadnt forgot my keys. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Used to be OK, but lately Ive noticed they use an impact driver on the air filter screws, broke off a tab on mine and 2 of the 4 on my wifes car are stripped out. Not impressed. Mentioned it once and was blown off sometimes that happens in plasticOdd I never encountered that on my 2002 Silverado...

$75 for a 5 qt conventional oil change in a 2012 Equinox. Seriously? As if that werent insulting enough, the tech did not bother to replace the oil filter either and when confronted, lied about it even though I deliberately watched him never unscrew the cap. Naturally he could not produce the old filter when confronted either, so that was neat. It was my own fault for not asking the price upfront, but $75 for a $20 oil change is total highway robbery. Absolute joke of a place

Normally I don’t do this. This is an exception / valvoline made a mistake and put the wrong oil in my vehicular rear end/ I broke down in Milton pa about 15 days later. Mechanic said wrong oil and so did the receipt / I talked with the manager and he was very helpful and paid for the repairs after he verified with the mechanic everything / he has also followed up with me 3 times so far.. I will continue to have my fluid changed at this location/ people make mistakes in life - they are willing to stand behind their work.. others, well who knows!!

I bring my vehicle here every time I get an oil change and the service I receive is phenomenal! Every single one of their technicians are courteous and responsive to your needs as a customer. The service is really good and for the most part everything is excellent. I would not do the transmission flush because they do not change the filter nor do they drop the pan. The coolant flush and the oil changes are terrific

So I had an interview with this place and when I interviewed I met all qualifications for a lube tech. I went to college for a job like this at a very well known place just so I can get an entry level job as an auto technician. When I first got to this location I noticed nothing but white people working here. Nothing wrong with that I suppose...but once the interview started I felt kind of uncomfortable like the management was expecting someone else. As the interview went on I was very confident and direct with the interview even specifying my qualifications for a lube tech position. I have no gaps in my work history and like I mentioned I went to college. Being someone that’s on the other side of being privileged I’ve dealt with racism my whole life. So as soon as the interview started I felt like I was already not going to get the position. I have lived a life as an individual that has dealt with racism since I can remember. So why was I uneasy of this place once the interview was done and felt like I was being judged by the color of my skin? Please don’t go to this place as the management is racist and only chose employees they see “fit” for the job. Next time you go to this location take in consideration as to how many people here are of different cultures and ethnicity. Seriously don’t go to this place. I was probably one of the best candidates if not the most qualified person to work this position, yet I didn’t “fit” what they were looking for. What were they looking for? Someone that wasn’t going to stick out and look different from the other employees. Nothing but pure racist intentions that I felt throughout this whole process. Definitely not going to apply again.

Although it was busy, there were only two cars ahead of me and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. In addition to that, the lane next to me had four cars in and out quickly. Then they pulled the person behind me into a different lane to get serviced before me. I ended up leaving. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience...

Kind of expensive, but the speed of the service and convenience of everything keeps it at a 5 star rating. Especially liked the cameras they have set up so I could watch the workers reach in and change the filter, without even getting out of my car. Be sure to use their online coupon if you go.

Despite it being super busy, the guys all worked efficiently and were really friendly. Even as I left, all of them said goodbye which was sort of weird but also sweet and entertaining.

Very slow and condescending staff. The guys were talking in accents and messing with people the whole time. I get having fun at work makes the time go by but it came off very unprofessional. The wait time said 6 minutes on the phone and then ended up being over an hour. I thought I was paying double to price of a traditional oil change for the convenience? not convenient at all.

What started as a quick oil change turned into a nightmare. The technician brought my oil filter cap to me stating that it was broken, then said you cant drive your car until we replace this because you will have no oil presssure. They stated they called around and the dealer had 1 in stock that would be $118, the technician stated that they would pay half the price. Next thing I know they put my car back together stating that the dealer told them a easy fix because the dealer had to use the last one. I have never been so furious, I was speechless. They just threw my car back together and stated next time you get your oil changed that will have to be replaced. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman , my car it technically is rigged. I was just simply trying to get an oil change.

The people here are very helpful, and nice. I’ve mostly been here on a week day and haven’t had to wait long and would let me know exactly what is going on.

I have been a loyal member for years. During the warmer months I prefer to do everything myself but come the winter I will always choose valvoline first. They go above and beyond filling other fluids such as engine coolant for free with my oil change. Would reccomend to anybody.

Had them change out my rear differential fluid on my truck, I fear they didnt fill it up properly as it clunks now and again while slowing down. May just be my truck as its old, but for the price,I expected quality. I didnt hear this problem before the visit, now its all I hear. For an oil change I recommend them, as for anything else, Id stay go to a different place.

Usually slow turn around, was told 30-45 mins last time they didnt have it done for double that. Time before they said it would be an hour took 1.5 ish. Besides the wait the service is good they try to talk you into more services but overall best quick lube Ive been to in Duluth

This is not an place to go for an instant oil change. It happenes to me every time Ive come, I sit and wait well over an hour. This past time...One guy comes to my window and says 15-20 minute wait and then 10 minutes later another guy comes to my window and says 35-40 MORE minutes. Nice gentlemen it’s just the wait that is outrageous!

I went there for an oil change Saturday March 31st, waited 40 mins to get in which is fine. I had an oil change and they said one of my headlight bulbs on the side was out. I let them fix it but it took them well over an hour to do so. They had me leave my lights on for so long it killed my battery. So i sat for a total of 1 hour and 50 mins for an oil change and a bulb change according to the clock they have on the computers. Also while I was waiting, I heard them ask about bay 1(which I was in) and the manger who’s name was Adam, said “don’t worry about it move on” are you kidding me? You don’t say things like that around customers! One of the techs actually asked Adam if there was enough oil in it and Adam said “yeah it’s good enough” (by the way I went to my friends shop afterwards and he checked my oil and agreed with me saying it wasn’t filled so he put another 3/4 of a quart in it.) well now my battery won’t hold a charge I was late for work today and I’m trying to determine if they screwed up putting in my light bulb and it’s a hot wire or if my battery is just dead and won’t hold a charge. I’m in my garage with a new battery which cost me 150 dollars and I’m looking over my bulb wiring. All together I’m NOT happy, I will never go back, and Adam is a poor manager. As far as I’m concerned don’t even bother to contact me unless you’re looking to give me a refund for your horrible service.

After being a few thousand miles over my oil change, i decided to try out Valvoline for the first time. Upon arrival they were pretty busy (had three cars in stalls and three more waiting in line.) I only had to wait 30 mins before my service began. I was okay with this wait, as its first come first serve. Once they were ready, the attendant was very friendly. He informed me of my filter (engine and cabin filter) that needed to be changed. He also asked how my wipers were, and installed the ones i had in my car already for free. Great service overall. Took 15-20mins from when i pulled into the shop. Will be back. Thanks!!

This place overall isnt bad. The staff is Uber friendly. Due to them being understaffed sometimes the weight can be a bit long. Their prices are no longer competitive. For a four quart oil change with semi-synthetic here is about $56.00 whereas at Walmart you can get the same oil change for about $36.50.

Overall I like valvoline as a company, not this location. First time here was busy but I got good service. Returned a second time, 2 guys running 3 stalls relatively uneffeciently. Its OK every one has an understaffed day right? Oh they failed to give my credit card back, probably due to being busy. When I called to ask about it they said I left it there. Went back a third time today, again two guys running 3 stalls at 9am. One comes out and says it will be 15 min. Really more like 30. When I did get in they were helpful and overall I probably spent a little over an hour there so not to bad. Here is why I wont be returning, they found an oil leak, great thank you. I had an appointment in Minneapolis that i was heading to. After asking if it would be safe to drive that far I was told I should be fine if I stop at a valvoline to get my oil topped off in Minneapolis. Here I sit at a Toyota dealership in Minneapolis hoping there is no engine damage. No I didnt make it to get my oil topped off.
