Was looking around for a quick oil change and thought Id give this place a try. Guage answered the phone and was quite knowledgeable about what the specific parameters of my specific request: to Make Sure they didnt add more oil than was necessary, as measured by my vehicle dipstick. (Most oil-change/ quick lubes think they are doing you some kind of favor by topping off the oil ; in reality, by the time the oil drains back to the pan , they have usually added 0.25 - 0.5 quarts too much, thus causing extra crankcase pressure which can lead to premature wear faster than if the oil level is a little low--, which isnt always specified in the oil capacity specs on each vehicle as these specs are distributed to these quick lube places and even--i found out the hard way--to some dealerships) I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive Guage and Danny were to my request to not put in a topped off amount of oil, and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. (Dont worry, I always check the level of the oil afterward and put in any amount that I deem somewhat necessary). As an added bonus, they check your tire pressures as well! Definitely would recommend others to go here.

Went in for an oil change and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. They check your tires and top off all the fluids as needed. No appointment necessary. Definitely would recommend others to go here.

I stopped in expecting to have to wait 30+ mins and they were done in under 15! No surprise fees and they informed me of what they could change (bulbs and air filter) but I felt no pressure to add on the extras. Great experience and I will definitely go back

These guys are great didnt have my filter so they had to chase one down took em a day or so to find it but they did and let me know right away so we could get it done. Very reasonably priced and their staff is very friendly.

Super, super fast!!! They are efficient yet friendly. They do a wonderful job but you are not treated like a number. I would go here again.

Just good ol fashioned service and advice! I usually hate getting my oil changed, but everyone here was kind and fast. Not pushy with sales at all, unlike other spots in town.

A bit pricey w/o a coupon, but maybe kinda worth it? With a Groupon, we received additional discounts on further service, but with or without it, they did a full check. My husband said they were really nice, informative, and not pushy. We will likely go back the next time we need an oil change!

I had my oil changed then I noticed that my oil pressure was running way too high. I always use 5w20 full synthetic oil in my truck. I returned and talked with what I thought was a manager and she told me that my oil pressure sending unit gauge must be bad. I explained to her and another guy that no its the wrong type of oil. They never offered to replace it with the proper viscosity oil, they just pulled the dipstick and said, it looks like synthetic oil!!?? I had been a customer for 8 years. But never again. They also didnt put my valve stem caps back on. Very poor customer service experience. I wont be returning ever..!!

Fantastic experience here. Got right in, no wait. The staff was very friendly and personable, and they explained everything they were doing with my vehicle to me (I asked them to check my wipers and filters, and they showed me everything they thought should be replaced before replacing it). They offer a military discount, too. I will be back!

Came in at 4:30. They close at 6:00. Refused to do a tire rotation saying they did not have enough time. Will not return.

Great service, good prices, and overall quick. I know nothing about mechanical components, but I was told by my dealer (upon bringing in my car for a non-related broken part) that a bolt needed to change the oil was sheared. Still am going to this place, however, as I feel it was just a fluke. Great people! Will update if anything changes.

Kent and his staff are Rockstars. They have the best Lube place in the area. They are not pushy on the extras and are very professional. The new ownership has really put a good crew together. Glad I have come back! All four of my vehicles are now serviced by them.

Theyre usually pretty quick with an oil change, but the price isnt close to the value for me. They do offer discounts if you bring in your own filter or they dont have the right oil for your car in the grade you would like. So not all around terrible, just to pricey for me.

Got an oil/filter change there. After about 2000 miles we had to take our car into the dealership for a backup camera problem. We decided to have another oil change done early for convenience...the technician found the oil drain plug almost backed all the way out and leaking oil. Beware of these quick lube places and tge inexperienced people that work there.
