Took the car in for 3 recalls, had to make an appointment 5 weeks ahead as they are backed up, all of which I understand. But I took away 2 stars because my car wasnt pulled in for over an hour past my appointment time, I didnt expect my car to be pulled in right at 9 but why did I make an appointment 5 weeks in advance if it was going to go in over an hour after my appointment time. No one said they were running behind or anything.

I had been looking for a new vehicle and was referred to Rick Case Kia by a family friend. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Gregory Moore and his team and my entire experience was spectacular. I was looking for a new vehicle at a time when there was very little inventory and knew that I would have to work hard to not only find something my wife and I liked but also was affordable, given the price hikes in new vehicles over the last year and half (2020-2021). Mr. Moore not only helped me secure the vehicle I wanted but also worked with us to get a good price. Other dealerships wanted more than $4000 EXTRA above MSRP and yet Mr. Moore and Rick Case Kia worked with us without the extravagant mark ups.I recommend he and his team for any questions and potential buys, couldn’t have had a better time in such crazy times to purchase.

Take caution when purchasing a used vehicle from here. I purchased a Toyota Highlander and was told it was put through maintenance, having no reason to doubt them as they are a reputable dealership, I purchased the vehicle. Well a few days after I took it home I started hearing noises when I braked. I called the service department and was told to take it to Toyota. So I go to Atlanta Toyota and told them what happened they were appalled by the way by the fact that I just purchased this vehicle and I am already bringing it in for service. Well come to find out the brake pads on both the front and the rear are worn down into the red and need to be replaced. Not only that the rear pads are missing a piece that was left off the vehicle when it went through service. Of course I call the dealership and talk to Sales manager and he offers me compensation which I accepted because they are responsible for selling me a vehicle in this condition. Well it has been well over a month and I have yet to receive any compensation. I called back and they tell me they will only offer me $100 which is the cost of the part that was left off. The repairs cost me over $400. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Rick Case.

I had an appointment and they were ready to take me at the appointed time. They called Rideshare to give me a lift home. When the work was done later that afternoon they again called a Rideshare company to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. Im quite happy with the work that they did and the timeliness with which they did it.

Have tried twice now to schedule a simple oil change in a Kia purchased from this location. Each time its 4 weeks out before they can do a simple oil change. Either the cars they are selling are needing lots of repairs or they simply cant schedule their services efficiently. I never have these issues with Toyota or Chevrolet as I take all my cars to the dealers I purchased from.

Best car buy in experience I have had so far the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressed to purchase a car immediately then even offered to look for another car to be shipped to the dealership if I couldn’t find what I wanted in their inventory. My salesperson Littleton showed me around and showed be there inventory and connected with me so I felt comfortable discussing what I was looking for fully. He even drove to pick something i forgot but needed to complete the sale. I am extremely impressed with this location would strongly recommend

Took 8 year old KIA Sorento in for oil change and 60,000 MI maintenance. Service dept did all that was asked checked on other issues and gave an honest assessment of what needs to be done to maintain vehicle for optimum performance. No hard sell no nonsense add one except for ethanol treatment which I could probably do for less on my own but had them do it since I was there. Nice clean waiting area not crowded so everyone kept safe. Overall a good experience.

Took my Sorento in for software upgrade and headlamp adjustment. The software upgrade was done on a prior appointment, but I received a notice from Kia that it needed to be done. The tech said that the headlamp adjustment could not be done because the headlamp assembly had to be replaced at a price of almost $700. I came home, googled the adjustment procedure and did it myself. No problem doing it, and it is now correct.

The staff there is really nice and courteous however my vehicle still is not fixed. Ive been to the service dept four times for the same issue my car is still having an electrical issue. I just want my car repaired correctly. First time ever getting a Kia and Im not happy. Now everytime I call the service dept. I get the voicemail. Never in my life have I experienced a professional dealership who sends customers to voicemail.

Not happy at all with the customer service. I was working with Stephan on a truck. He was great. Answered all my questions. However I asked multiple times to put a deposit on the truck to hold it so I could get there since I was 2 hours away. I was told I could not. Well, while he was working a quote for me, and I was heading up to the dealer, someone else sold the truck out from under me and him. I just find it very unprofessional when one salesmen is working a quote to buy the truck and it gets sold. No warning, no heads up etc. beyond frustrating considering I was ready to buy. I suggest you change company policy.

Took over three hours to get an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Had an appointment showed up 10 min early, was told it would only take an HR and a half. Then at 2 hours waiting I was told that my car had not even been looked at yet, that others who didnt have appointments were put ahead of mine. Waited yet another 1 he plus before getting my car back without fixing the recalls because they ran out of time. The people at the counter were very nice and are clearly understaffed, service is definitely suffering.

Im glad I went to Rick Case Kia. They were able to diagnose the problem, give me a solution, when the part would be in, and will contact me so I can bring my Kia in for the repair. All in about 30 mins. The other Kia dealership was guessing about the solution and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours then they asked me to come back the next week and I waited for 1 and a half hours, said they would call me when the parts came in and I didnt hear from them. Its worth the drive to get good, professional service to me.

I am not impressed at all with Rick Case Kia, i bought a car from them the last weekend of April 2021, i kept telling them something was wrong with the car because the check engine light came on, i spoke with Littleton, Kendrick and Michael they told me to bring the car back in. They reassured me the car was fine they had to change the spark plugs. Well i drove the car to Florida and the check engine light came back on again. i took the vehicle to Midas and they had to put all new Coils and Spark Plugs in this vehicle, they told me when spark plugs are being changed they should also change the coils. I feel they do not care about the customer if you dont have the best credit and I always looked up to them because of their name. I will never do that again and now i am out of all this money because those things had to be fixed when they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle.

I have payed two months worth of car insurance, and still have not received any reliable information on when my car will be ready. They have told me to wait for a piece to come in. I was told when the piece came in, it would be an easy fix. After waiting an extremely long time for the piece to come in, when it finally arrived I have still not received any useful information. I was given a business card for an Orion Daniels, that leads straight to an answering machine that no one answers. I feel as though I have been deceived every step of the way, and wouldve appreciated a straight up answer as to when to expect my vehicle to be ready.

The 1st time I visited Rick Case Kia service department, Nathaniel was my service advisor and gave such horrendous customer service I knew I would have NEVER be back!!! Then, Rusty, a salesperson called to ask me about trading in my vehicle and he changed my mind about my entire experience. I made an appointment to meet with him, on Mothers day no less, which he graciously adjusted his schedule to meet me. Next thing you know, my engine went a week or so later...not ideal. I had it towed to the Duluth location and thankfully there is a new Service Manager who was not only helpful but a joy to work with!!! When I picked up my serviced vehicle yesterday I was assisted by Andre and again awesome customer service with a smile. I am so pleased with the customer service that I am even purchasing a new vehicle with my recommended salesperson Marvin, who has been amazing as well.I just wanted to thank Rick Case Kia for making the necessary changes in the service department and if not for Rustys genuine apology and sincere concern I would have written this company off and spread the word. Sales Consultant Marvin Harvey was very patient with me (Im 84) as we sat together in the car I wound up leasing. He carefully explained all the buttons and switches, how the car operated, and all the new safety features. He wound up having to do it again when I picked up the newly detailed Seltos, Marvin was never pushy, but always anxious to please. The processes for closing and leasing went very smoothly, and my wife and I came away feeling we had been treated fairly. Every interaction with the service department is frustrating and raises questions on the level of competency. I have had my Kia Sorento for years without any issues besides oil changes and a flat tire. One day in January, while driving on a major highway, the engine died on me, so I had to pull over. According to the research online, the vehicle went into limp mode because of an internal engine issue as designed by Kia. I contacted Rick Case Kia since they are the closest service department to me to have it diagnosed. They called me, stating it is probably the starter since it would not start. I informed them it was not the starter because the engine died while driving at 70 mph on a busy highway. They then said the paperwork only states that the vehicle does not start. I informed them that that is what the lady that schedules the appointment entered, even though I told her the issue was the engine. They then mentioned the battery was dead, which I said yes from sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.Three weeks later, after no communication from the service department, I called and inquired about the status of my vehicle. The individual informed me that it was the engine like I initially told them and covered under warranty. They were waiting on Kia to advise them on the required steps. I asked for a loaner which I received only because I inquired.Fast forward a few weeks later, in February, and I get a call that my vehicle is ready, I go to pick it up, and it would not start. They attempt to jump it, and the alarm goes off and preventing them from completing the jump. The individual then had to ask assistance from someone who informed them that the vehicle thinks it is being stolen and provided them instructions on jumping the car properly. Once started, I noticed the airbag light was on which it was not when the vehicle went into service. They checked and informed me that an airbag computer was bad and will cost $1000 to replace. I went ahead and had it replaced, but I believe it got shorted out when they tried to jump the vehicle.Fast forward now in June, and I have a ticking whining noise like a violin/banjo from the engine or transmission when accelerating while driving. I asked for their soonest appointment, which was three weeks out in July. I go to the scheduled appointment at 2:00 pm and was told by the service department that my vehicle probably would not be looked at until the next day due to the current amount of work. I said I would wait and cross that bridge if we get there. After waiting two and a half hours, I was told that they do not hear anything and said it was because of the rain when they test drove it. They asked me to record the noise and bring the vehicle back. I recorded the noise as requested and took the car back the next day at 8:00 when the service department opens. At the opening, one of the individuals came out and announced that they were fully booked until August and won’t help anyone without appointments. I ask to speak to the manager, Chris Wells, as did others.I informed him about the situation and what occurred at my appointment the day before. He immediately states that all he can do is schedule the next available appointment, which was the end of July, not August, as announced. He listened to the recording and told me it is just engine noise, and the car was okay if the check engine light was not on. That is the worst advice to provide someone. From this point on, I will give my business to another Kia establishment a few miles further. The worst part is that I had a local mechanic look at the vehicle before my appointment, and they test drove it and said once the car warms up, the noise is evident and gets louder as speed increases. They believe that it is a transmission pump but suggested I take I back to Kia since it could result from the engine replacement.

My husband and I went in ready to purchase a car as this was the only Kia dealership in the Atlanta metro area that had stock of the car that we wanted. The poor customer service combined with the lack of engagement and interest from the staff quickly made us realize that we needed to take our business somewhere else. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and the great thing about him he wasnt pushy or overbearing, his a very positive gentleman. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived at the car lot. He worked tirelessly on getting me out of my current deal into this one. Great APR, warranties and stellar service! I purchased the Kia Stinger GT2 it has all the bells and whistles and he assisted me with the infotainment system set up and explained all the different drive modes and settings that the car offer. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles on lot especially on the technology side. He also called to make sure I arrived home safely! No salesman from a car dealership has ever done that so that also told me a lot about his get nature and character. Wrecked my car and didn’t change the oil!Apologies for the long review, but I regret purchasing a vehicle from and ever initiating business with this dealership.I brought a vehicle in for an oil change. Instead they crashed the car, and took over three weeks to have it repaired. I did not receive a single call the entire time they had my vehicle except for the one informing me of the damage, and asking if I would drive the wrecked vehicle until they got it into a body shop. Obviously, I refused and demanded a loaner. I received a very dirty loaner vehicle that had obviously not been cleaned since the last time it was loaned out.After not receiving a call, I reached out the following week for an update, and I was informed that they were awaiting a call back from the body shop. Three weeks went by before I was fed up with the lack of communication and called to check the status, and Larry the service manager told me the vehicle had just come in from the body shop yesterday, and he was just about to call me. I informed him that we would be out of town for a few days, and that we would retrieve the vehicle when we got back.When I got the vehicle home, it occurred to me to check that the oil change had been done. The paperwork states that the oil change has been done, but the dark brown color of the oil indicates that it has not. Had I not checked the oil and discovered the service department’s blatant Lie, I would have put another 5000 miles on that oil, causing who-knows what kind of damage, and risking seizing my engine. It has been more than a week since I left my first message with Larry, the service manager, and another message with the Sales manager. I have not received any return communication.I have spoken with Kia corporate regarding these incidents, and have not reached resolution from them. I will update the review if I do.

The price was fair definitely but I had several issue from here.1. I do not think you do inspect the car. I have visual defect on car seat. It is manufacturer defect. I purchased this car after 2 days from delivered date. You should found this defect before selling. My sale associate told me i can go any Kia dealer. I felt he doesnt want to care this defect. Then i tried to make appointment but service department told me they cant fix this defect on Saturday. They told me only weekday they can do. I CANT UNDERSTAND. That is not our fault. Cannot we choose the service date even it is manufacturer defect? OKAY. We had to use vacation due to your fault. Thanks.2. All sales associate has to wear mask. We were uncomfortable because my sales associate did not wear his mask even in a car during explain in a car until i request him. It is not only his problem. Most of sales associate never worn mask or any face cover. Please dont forget !! We still living in a pandemic.3. We spent over 4 hours on a same day. We had to wait financing manager more than 3 hours even we were done with the sales associate. We were so tired.4. We ordered Telluride on January. First time estimated delivery date was on 4/20. I got a car on 6/27. It was delayed third time. You should have told us. All the time we had to ask you it was delayed or not. That is not right.I waited 5 months for this car. You just gave us only one time oil change service. I felt inconvenient and tired from these several problem. You should improve your customer service then you will be perfect.Thank you for your time.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I CANT BELIEVE.You replied If you wouldnt mind, please contact our general manager, Kendrick, so we can make things right.I sent e-mail to general manager. The service department is amazing! And Andre is TRIPLE amazing! I drove out to Duluth from Decatur to get there, and he took such good care of me..excellent customer service at every step! I went in for a routine 60K service when my intown dealer couldnt get me in for 6 weeks. I called Rick Case and they scheduled me right away. (!) And my car is running so smoothly! I would recommend these guys and gals to anyone.

This was my first time shopping for a new car! I was so excited and nervous at the same time. My salesman Garrison was just the right person I needed to help me through the process. He made me feel like I knew him for a while like an old friend. Everyone there was nice and very clean place. My first car buying experience was amazing. I had a wonderful experience dropping off my Kia Soul at Rick Case Kia. The staff were very professional and answered questions about my concerns in a knowledgeable manner. The service time was also a plus. The attendee told me about a hour and a half for the service and it was done within that time frame. I will be back again!

Excellent purchase experience. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no pressure at any time and I could take the time to make informed decisions. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours including test drive, financing and detailed explanation of the vehicle. I bought a Niro EV and what a car! Will not be going back to gas cars. I left my car to be examined. Its a used 1 owner 2019 kia Rio S. I was first told there was rust on my rotors and I needed new breaks. I was then told it would be ready the next day because parts had to be ordered. I get a call the next day saying the rotors still arent in but not only that it wasnt actually the rotors but the tires and a couple of other parts which was only realized by the service manager after the car was raised up. All in all it was a very expensive and time-consuming and frustrating process. I just hope the issue is fixed. Otherwise Im changing this to 1 star

The only reason they got 2 stars is because the Sales rep Trip was so friendly and had GREAT customer service! However, if you are in the market for a Kia there are many better options surrounding this area. We were in the market for a Kia K5 and when they brought the initial offer over to the desk it was 2K over the MSRP and the sales mangers (Kendrick) response was I know what I have here, and I will be able to sell it at this price. Short story, even shorter... that weekend I purchased the same car with more options for way less than their deal... I have heard great things about their service department so I might be updating the review at a later date, but I did not have a good sales experience!

My son purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Rick case less than two months ago. August 7, 2021 while on his way to get me from the atlanta airport with his fiancé and their 5 month old, the vehicle broke down on I-85 in the heat. My son popped the hood to find the vehicle bone dry with no oil. He hasn’t even put 2,000 miles since purchasing it in June. Being stranded is one thing but being stranded on a busy interstate like I-85 with a 5 month old is another and just purchasing a car from a dealership who you trusted is insanity.Luckily my son was smart enough to purchase an extended warranty. We had the vehicle towed to the nearest Kia dealership which is Sons in McDonough, Ga. Today, we get the call from them that the motor has to be replaced. While on the phone, they tried to upsale my daughter n law on a engine package w/engine replacement for $400. That covers radiator hoses, two heater hoses, air filter and throttle body cleaner. So, I called Rick Case Kia to speak with the service manager because I felt that they sold my son a faulty vehicle that blows up less than 2 months and requested Rick Case meet us halfway on this and pay for the package! All I got was a “No”, we don’t do that and oh we are sorry!I then asked him if they complete a transmission fluid change on vehicles with 45,000 miles or more prior to placing them on the market to sale ans that was a big fat “NO” too. He told me that all they do is make sure car runs and change oil otherwise they wouldn’t make any money on the cars. So, in a nutshell, what he was really saying was “We don’t care anything about our customers who purchase used vehicles and we make our money off the extras so sorry your son don’t think about all of that!Shame on you Rick Case Kia! I’ve owned more than my fair share of vehicles and have never had an issue like this. Thank God, I’ve only owned Fords and Nissan.We will never purchase another car from your dealership or Kia!BUYER BEWARE!
