I always get great service at BMW of Gwinnett Place. This was the first time Joe Martin was my service advisor and he did a great job. He was thorough in making sure what services I needed and communicated what was involved very clearly. I told him I needed to be out by a certain time and he made sure that services were completed on time. All in all a very good experience thanks to Joe and the great technicians at the dealership.

Tire prices here are the best in Atlanta for my expensive, hard to find ROF tires.I did not have an appointment and they took me as a walk in.Goodyear, Discount Tire and many others could not match the price. My experience was good.I love the waiting area in the new car sales area, this is where I hang out for Awesome snacks, coffee and complimentary water and soda.Staff is professional and courteous.I recommend this location.

I was in a difficult circumstance when my car broke down while I was far from home. They were VERY accommodating, rushed my job, helped with transportation to hotels, etc. And their prices for the repairs were very reasonable when I checked them later.

Adrianna, Annie and Rosemary are top notch service advisors and have been with Gwinnett BMW Service as long as I have been a customer! They know these cars like the back of their hands!! Even in the event of an unexpected repair, Adrianna has made sure I had a car to drive. Even if they are out of loaners, they will rent a car for you! Having the option of scheduling service on-line is also convenient and seamless. This is my third purchase at BMW Gwinnett and the service department has always been reliable.

They were absolutely amazing! I came in, they had the part in stock. They offered to install it and gave me a great price for the installation. While i waited they checked on me periodically, and provided snacks and coffee. Once the service was complete they had even detailed my car! I highly recommend going to this location. I typically shy away from the dealership and opt for local, independently owned service facilities. Im thankful my local was booked and I made the decision to come to United BMW(where I purchased the car) for brakes, oil change, replace a headlight bulb, and check on a washer fluid leak. The superb customer service started when I booked the appointment. The lovely woman that helped me informed me of specials and service plans for my car. I was immediately surprised to find that the oil change plan will end up being less than my local guy! My brake replacement fell under a special and saved there too. When I showed up for the appt, the check in process was easy and quick. The service rep assigned to my car kept me informed every step of the way. While waiting, I was offered breakfast by a delightful woman that made a great cinnamon waffle. The rep told me promptly that the headlight bulb replacement was a warranty issue, just as the washer fluid leak. Only a $50 deductible! He was up front about the time to repair, stating they didnt have loaner cars and offered a shuttle to anywhere Id like to go to pass the time. I opted to stay in the waiting room and work from laptop. Soon another employee dropped by to offer the waiting customers lunch from Jim and Nicks BBQ. Delicious! I was at the dealership longer than I anticipated, but the entire experience was made so pleasant by the staff and customer service perks in place by United BMW. This is the second car Ive purchased from them, first time using their service department, and I will be a customer for life now that I know how they show customers we are appreciated.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brent and Tony. They made sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I will gladly drive an hour just to get the exceptional customer service these guys give. The overall service department is clean and comfortable. I love how you get constant updates while you wait. I also like how there wasn’t any surprises throughout my visit. I’ve been to dealerships where they make up a problem just so you can spend more money. Not these guys in Gwinnett though. Totally awesome experience and I won’t be going to any other BMW because of the exceptional service I received. Thank you.

First appointment of the day. Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. Jennifer explained services, costs and other issues taht could wait for later. They were not pushy with trying to sell me services I wasn’t prepared for. It seemed like everyone in the service center genuinely enjoyed their job. I felt valued as a customer. Would definitely recommend BMW Gwinnett Place for service, and will shop there for my next BMW as well.

My experience with her was so much better than what I experienced at Nally BMW of Decatur! This is where I will get my vehicle serviced from now on. The shuttle service was also a nice accommodation. As for the service to my vehicle, it was completed and I am fully satisfied.

The oil change was fine and service good. They said they washed my car but when I got out to leave the car was wet and dirtier than before I got there. The finer details are important when paying a premium price.

Scheduled appointment for Monday morning took about an hour of wait time to be checked in and ready to leave car for servicing.Mechanics video cut out after 10 seconds. On the positive, the actual repair was completed satisfactorily.

Had a 8am appointment and took them 7hrs for an oil change. Kept calling and got the run around. The manager called me and and apologized but if I didnt ask for a comp oil change, thats all I would have got was an apology.The next day I realize, they didnt even reset my service light in the car so I had to go back up there 30min awayCalled and left a vm for the manager again and still havent got a call back. A lot of moving parts there feels like a zoo with 1 manager and no supervisors to take chatter when hes busy.I hope this gets fixed. Im a patron of gwinnett businesses and would never expect bmw to drop the ball like this.

Andrew (Tire Specialist) and Adriana (Svc Advisor) at BMW of Gwinnett were great in helping me get replacement tires for my 330i. I called several dealerships in town as well as BMW NA for advice on a tire issue and none of them were of much help. I called BMW of Gwinnett and put me I touch with Andrew who was very quickly able to assess my situation and come up with a solution that required very little of my time. Adriana was very helpful and communicated well with me during my visit. Highly recommended!

Transfer case replacement. The service department worked with us and knew what was wrong upon talking to my husband and taking it on short drive in the parking lot! Actually did not have to go far! I brought my vehicle in on a Monday with a flat that needed a tire replacement. I was told it should be done by Wednesday “worst case scenario”. My car wasn’t available until late afternoon on Friday which I picked up the next day! Taking over 4 days to replace a tire is a little ridiculous! I have a 2019 X3 with original tires, I believe as a dealership you would keep those tires in stock! This the first time I didn’t get good service at BMW and I hope it’s the last!

Syed did an excellent job advising me about the tire condition. I went in for checking out loss of air pressure in one tire but Syed had all my tires inspected and since they had worn badly including a puncture in the one losing air, advised me to get all 4 changed and get an alignment done as well to prevent further damage to the new tires. He also managed to get me a loaner for a day till my work was completed and explained the road hazard warranty that came with the tires including filing paperwork for the manufacturer rebates. He is an excellent service advisor and I received excellent service from the dealership.

Adriana is great! She has been our service advisor for 4 years and 2 vehicles. When I have an issue I text her and request an appointment. She is quick to respond, she helps me get a loaner if it’s needed and she handles my warranty claims without me having to worry. Yes this seems as if it should be done automatically but I’ve had other service advisors and other locations who were nowhere near as reliable so I’m grateful especially with a car that’s so expensive to repair I don’t dread going to the dealership for service
