We have had insurance with Paul Kern for many years through multiple houses and vehicles. We live in cedar falls, we moved into a brand new house and after finishing our basement we upped our coverage...to our dismay Paul left out the sump coverage I know I specifically requested. So now when I finally needed my insurance to protect me it was not there for me. And since my communication with him was all by phone I have no written proof for recourse. I feel like I was a piece of paper to him instead of a client. Especially since I was out of town I felt like I was always doing the work he just sat back and collected. Customer Service...what a joke, he wasnt concerned about insuring us and protecting us, we were just an out of town paycheck.
