My experience with Micheal and the office manager was great! The office manager (so sorry I cant remember her name) was very kind and thorough regarding my current policy and how I was overpaying. Our initial interaction on the phone was a tone all insurance agencies should have. She treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable. That tone didnt stop there. Upon coming into the office Michael went through my policies with a fine tooth comb and explained what was needed and what I didnt necessarily need on my insurance and renters policy. I felt appreciated and like he really cared about me as a person. I am satisfied with the switch over I made and would recommend anyone looking to save money and be treated with excellent and professional service to this agency. Thanks so much for all you do!
