I had a pretty ignominious driving record in the past that was quite the albatross I couldn’t escape.Noah sat me down with deliberate conciseness and saved ( penny saved is a penny earned, right) me 25% off the bat! < maybe a poor choice of words considering the world right now ? 🤷🏼‍♀️Most people that know me well would tell you I seldom throw around accolades unless they are truly deserved.- Why do lifeguards get their picture in the paper for saving a kid in the pool they are working? Allstate has a very friendly associates working for them Ill give them a 5 . After a accident my wife didnt cause my rates went up every renewal and not a little but alot . I asked them are you raising our rates because of that accident they said no just price increases. . Let me tell ya after a year and a half I couldnt afford insurance my rates went up 100 a month with nothing on our records . Thank God we found another insurance company that would listen and they were able to bring are rates back down .

My old insurance company was just messing with our rates and had gotten soooo expensive. I went to Tim Dieters agency and Ashley Dieter took super care of us. We have more coverage for less money. Gotta love that. My son was leaving for a college thing in Florida, and Ashley offered to come in on a Saturday to take care of things if need be. Thats super service.

We will not use Allstate or their agents moving forward. The experience we had with this group and their underwriters is deplorable at best. Lack of communication, lack of follow-up, and lack of accountability are things that happened to us when working with them. I requested insurance quotes for several properties in the Dubuque area. They provided a quote which took time since they had to go through an underwriter. The dialogue had insinuated due diligence was completed prior to the commit of a quote. I even paid for the first bill. I validated everything was covered and set up for payment. More than a month later I get a letter in the mail from the insurance company they positioned (not a phone call from this agency) that coverage is cancelled due to issues with the structure that had very little verbiage.My wife had to call in to get additional information. They (not the Allstate Agent) showed up to inspect without informing me, so I can provide tenants 24 hour notice in advance. I am not sure who was supposed to inform me, which made things more frustrating.Sure Stacy (Allstate Agent) had no idea either, but why would an agency position a company to a client that they have issues communicating with. In my case, its obvious the focus wasnt on the client. What a shame.

Twice now Dieter & Associates has shown they are not interested in the wellbeing of my family. And because they have never called us to check in where we’re at in life, the lack of communication on their end and inexperience on our end has cost my family several thousand dollars because there were gaps in coverage. These gaps were oversights that any good agency would have recognized.
