Rachel and the other State Farm staff members are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They spend the time and effort to make sure they provide the optimal insurance quote and cover. Not only they are good listeners and detailed oriented managers and communicators, but they also go out of their way to help in fields other than insurances such as recommending local maintenance and other home management services. I recently had a major accident and Rachel and the other staff members were so kind and responsive as they were taking care of the accident management process. I would recommend Rachel FitzPatrick in a heartbeat to friends and other family members.

My husband was very against getting life insurance - thinks it is a waste of money, while I felt we needed it for our family.
