L had an incident that happened December 2020 and moved out of Dubuque in August 2021. l was so disoriented when l found out l needed to contact my insurance agent. l called the office and spoke to my agent Paul Haverland , he made the process very easy by explaining the steps and procedures of filing a claim with me. He was also following up and very accessible whenever l had any concern or questions. l will definitely recommend their services to anyone. They are very transparent and professional.

Paul was personable, professional, and desired to get the best price for my family’s needs while being respectful of my desires in the details of making the decision.
