Dont use these guys unless you want to wait 6 hours for a tow truck. They were dispatched through triple A and both Triple A and Budget towing kept saying 20 more min...30 more minutes...45 min to an hour.... I called at 7 am for a tow truck and at nearly noon they still hadnt come and said it would be 45 min or hour or so....this was my business vehicle and as a result did not get to the mechanic in time and cost my company 3 days of lost revenue because it happened on a Friday and needed to be in early (before noon) to order parts and have it fixed the same day. Simple communication to me on their part that they would not be here at 8 am would have avoided all this and I could have hired a reliable towing company.... as a result ended up getting another tow truck company to come and they were here in 5 min from my call..a local towing company that triple A will not use because the want to give this company business 30 miles away instead of a local company...simple ridiculous piss poo customer service from Budget and Triple A

Our truck was stolen and brought to this place.... not exactly the police impound lot that Ive seen before.... but the guy helped jump our truck so we could get it off his lot after having to pay their impound fees..... which seems like racketeering to a crime victim but I guess whatever its a border town was the excuse I got for my stuff being stolen.
