We blew a steer tire on our W900 right on the edge of Douglas WY. We called at 7am and the driver was there within the hour! He was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Chase is a good guy to work with!! Gibson’s was the best choice to hook up the semi, get us off the interstate and tow us back to the shop. Thanks, Chase and crew! We enjoyed meeting you, but we don’t want to see ya again! 😂 (But you’ll be the first we call if we do!)

I have been in a complete panic twice now. First time crying ugly because my car is locked, and running. Stupid handle. They came fast, and made me laugh, and smile while they unlocked my car. Made my day after moments earlier I was in a complete panic over my car. Having a terrible day. Second time was today. I went to go get my sick son from school, and again was locked out. The wonderful man who unlocked my car this time again came fast, and managed to make me laugh while he very quickly unlocked my car. Gibsons is always going to be my favorite, and I am always going to call them. They were quick, kind, and reliable in both situations. When I got locked out this time I knew who I wanted to call, and I am glad I did. Thank you guys so much. You really are awesome. 😁

I was moving from Cheyenne to Casper last night and had my last load including two cats and 2 small dogs and I ran over something in the road and my car was toast! Gibson’s was sent to me through my roadside assistance and Trevor came to my rescue! He was there 15 minutes before the ETA (luckily I made it to the truck stop across the street from their shop) got my car to Casper without any trouble! He was professional, friendly, and understanding even though I was visibly upset! My daughter was able to get there quickly from Casper and got the animals and I home! Thank you Gibson’s and Trevor!

A tire on our utility trailer blew and Gibson’s was the only company who said they could come out and help. They had to drive about 40 minutes to get to us, but the price they quoted on the phone was accurate and fair. My Jeep was broken down in the middle of nowhere 20 miles down an unmarked county road between Laramie and Wheatland. I spent days arguing with my insurance company about how to find it. They didnt even understand that Wyoming was a state let alone that places exist on Earth that dont have an address on Google maps. I finally got roadside assistance to contact a towing company. Even though the Jeep needed to go to Laramie, they put the tow request in to Gibsons in Wheatland. Despite this, Gibsons found my Jeep and hauled it to Laramie. Gibsons is awesome and went above and beyond! Thank you Aaron!

Good job towing. Very friendly but frustrated when about a week later told me to come take care of my tow bill and the reasoning was they just didnt have time to submit it to my insurance.

We were broke down with fifth wheel toy hauler hooked to a F350 truck. We thought we had blown a piston so we contacted our AAA and they sent out Mr Gibson personal . That in itself was was unusual as he owns 16 trucks.We couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy to help us. We were trying to beat a bad storm coming in from Canada and he was less than half an hour coming to us.We explained what we thought it was and he said before I deliver you to someone else, let’s run it by my shop in Douglas and hook it to a scanner. Maybe it’s not as bad as we think. Turns out it was as bad as we thought but we couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy to help us get into Casper. He even helped set up our fifth wheel before he took off. I think Mr. Gibson’s picture is next to customer service in the dictionary. Thank you for helping us!

No one ever plans on a break down. But if it happens in this part of Wyoming, you cant get a better towing service than Gibsons. We broke down at Glendo, exit 111, got in touch with Gibsons and within half an hour (exactly as promised), Trevor arrived, got our van loaded and took us all the way back to Casper, and was extremely friendly in the process. Our van sprung a major oil leak, so there was oil everywhere. Trevor helped us remove a cargo platform and get it all handled with great professionalism.

Mark and Trae are absolute life savers. Our RV broke down on the way home and they came to tow us and ended up fixing our problem. Thank you so much for making sure the rest of our trip is safe. We appreciate you more than you know. God Bless.

We couldnt be more pleased with the service provided by Gibsons. We had a very stressful emergency when our brakes stopped working while driving on the highway! They arrived in less then 10 minutes and were extremely professional and went above and beyond for us. We are from NJ and are traveling in our camper van with our dog. No vehicle means no where to sleep! Not only did they call around to find us a good mechanic but they also provided us a ride to a hotel. They made us feel safe in a very scary situation and would highly recommend this towing company!

Came and got our car unlocked and were very professional.

I had a loaded hopper bottom grain trailer sink into our field at our ranch. Mark came out and lifted the trailer so that we could get blocking under the landing gear and eventually, a truck back underneath it. Mark was eager to come help and was professional, not only me but his crew and equipment. While he worked quickly, Mark was always watching the safety of all included. I would highly recommend Gibson’s Towing whether you have a Prius or a Peterbilt, a fender-bender or a total, Mark and his crew will get you out of a jam and back on the road!!

On the 4th of July my car broke down on the side of the road about 30-40 miles north of Casper, WY on my way to Montana. I called AAA and they sent Josh from Gibsons Customs Towing out to get me. Not only did he show up in a very timely fashion, he kept in contact with me prior to his arrival. Josh went above and beyond for me which I am sure he does for all of his clients. Since my car was toast and I had no way to get to the rental car location, Josh offered to take me to get my rental. He also stayed with all of my belongings until I got everything squared away! He was very professional and reassuring about my situation. He was also very accommodating with my dog who was along for the ride with me. Two thumbs up! I just wanted to take a minute and write a review about this towing company they are a great company to deal with I had a badge experience if you wanna say that and mark Im guessing one of the managers at this towing company worked with me and was an amazing guy what happened is my apartment complex had my vehicle towed for some stupid reason and I was able to get in touch with mark and we talked for a little bit and very nice guy very understanding gentleman was able to work with me on the price I could get my vehicle back in a very prompt manner and if I ever broke down or needed a tow truck hands down I would call this company very nice people very easy to deal with and I know though get the job done and no do it right so thank you for working with me on my vehicle and on the amount of money that I owed you that meant a lot to me and I hope that the people see that you guys just have a job to do youre not the pad guys out there most the time youre just doing what youre paid to do and we need to give you guys space and respect and not get angry with the tow truck company get angry with the people that had the vehicle towed or if youre not making your payments your cars gonna get repo dont get angry at the tow truck company again thank you for your help and I will definitely use you in the future if I need a tow

He was that good.He diagnosed my problem (my 5th wheel trailer had a switch for raising and lowering the rig for hooking up to my pickup that did not work. Had them do repairs on my truck. Bad choice. Took forever, horrible service. Just a joke all around.After being contacted on Facebook messenger by family of the owners the day after I wrote this vague review, I thought I should add some detail to refresh their memory. The front wheel fell off my truck just outside of Douglas WY, and I called them to tow it. They towed it to their shop and said they could do the repairs. My truck sat for over a week with the brake rotor sitting on the inside lip of the wheel. Had it slipped off, the wheel would have gone into the fender causing much more damage. When they finally got around to fixing the truck I asked them if I could pay the difference for a whole set of front brakes since buying half was almost as expensive as the full kit. They told me an extremely high cost for the full kit and when I questioned them about the price they got very defensive and accused me of accusing them of ripping people off. Shortly after that, I got a call asking what size wheels were on my truck since they are aftermarket. I told them I didnt know. The lady asked what size I ordered when I put them on. I told her I didnt order them, they were on the truck when I bought it. I finally had to explain that the size is stamped on the inside of the wheel, that they have and to go look. This lady was very rude and snotty during every conversation I had with her. I wont go into detail other horrible experiences my friends have had with this place but it is a horrible business. If you need a tow near Douglas, they can probably handle that, but I wouldnt have them touch anything I own ever again.

When they got to us we had been waiting a while, but that is because the rep from our insurance company was not intelligent and sent for a tow truck from Douglas, WY to come to Casper, WY (50 miles away). BUT I am glad they did. The guy was SO fast and knowledgeable. He got my BMW up on the truck in no time! He even took his dirty gloves and sweatshirt off when he had to get in my car. My husband even liked that he was gentle and didt slam the doors (which is easy to do). Overall VERY HAPPY!!!!!

I Was at Glendo Lake for the weekend boating and camping. On Saturday afternoon we had been jet skiing all day and needed to take the skis into town to fill with fuel. I get to my truck so I can load the skis and the truck would not start. I was screwed I had no other way of getting my equipment out of the water or my camper moved. I called AAA they sent Gibsons Towing. The young man shows up with in an hour and looks at the truck before pulling it up on to the flatbed. we hook up the code reader and diagnose the problem it had a bad crank postion sensor. He gets the truck loaded and we head back to Casper, he mentions that they have a shop in Douglas and could fix the problem really quick. I agreed to take it to their shop, we picked up the part on the way into town get to their shop and the truck was fixed in 20 min. I was on my way back to the lake by 5:30pm and was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Thank You Gibsons Towing.
