First off I would like to say how wonderful this company is!! They went above and beyond to help me from the get go..I got a flat tire in my handicap van my insurance wouldn’t pay for the roadside assistance so when I told them I would be paying self-pay they knock the price down. They arrived in a very timely manner and got straight to work!! They truly were a blessing to me and my girls!! It was almost 9:30pm and the came to my rescue!!After getting the spare tire on he realized it was a little flat as well so he took me to the nearest quick shop and put air in for me and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the way they conducted their business they truly were angels in disguise 🙏🏼

He is the best for his customers and a great asset for his company! The service was great, we didn’t have wait long till Bryce came to change the car tire 20 miles south of Douglas, WY, on I-25.

Young guy helped us out a ton! He knew exactly what he was doing and was fast, efficient and friendly... Very impressed! I think he said he was a firefighter too.. he may have been 20 (ish) gives me hope for the future.. I have a 3/4 ton camper van so no small task and I was pulling a trailer, handled both with no second thought.. I would trust him anytime.

Watched Bryce work for this company for awhile now and I’m very impressed! For a 19 year old, he is very professional and always polite and kind. He will answer every question you have and if he can’t he will find someone that can. As for Houston and Katie; They’ve done an amazing job with this company. They go above and beyond to make sure that their service is the best that it can be. I’d highly recommend this company as they are fast and always on time. They take their job very seriously. Couldn’t get better quality anywhere else.

Had a stranded vehicle 49 miles from home. They picked it up and delivered exactly where I needed it to be with absolutely no problems. Excellent driver and service. Would recommend use to everyone.

If you need or want fast and friendly service, 307 towing and repair is the way to go.. I got stuck in a snow drift during our last snow storm/ blizzard.. I made quite a few calls trying to get some help but no one would come out to where I was.. I was thinking I was going to have to camp out in the truck till the roads got plowed because no one wanted to go out.... Then these guys without hesitation, during a blizzard at 2a.m. said they were on the way.. They made it to me quick. Asked if I needed a water or anything... Good people for sure.. So yea after being stuck for 10-12 hours Houston and his wife got me out in no time and made sure I made it back to town ok.. 307 Towing should have been my first call that day. My boyfriend and I were moving from Texas to Montana when we broke down outside of Douglas WY. It was going to be over a week before any mechanic in Douglas could check out our vehicle so we needed to be towed up to Casper. It was difficult to find a tow company willing to tow us and our uhaul trailer as far as Casper. Houston was willing to tow us and even went the extra mile by taking a look at our car and changed two of our spark plugs, getting us right back on the road saving us time and money. We were so grateful for his time and willingness to both tow us the 30miles and then check out our car. There is nothing more stressful than breaking down in the middle of nowhere, we were lucky to meet someone as honest as Houston. I highly recommend 307 Towing and Repair to anyone in the area.

Our car died a few miles outside of Douglas, WY. We called 307. Their technician came out and put our car on a flatbed, gave us a lift to our hotel, and dropped our car off at an auto shop. Couldn’t ask for better service. The technician was a very nice man, very polite and professional.

I had to have a tow truck after some lugs broke and I lost my whole tire. My insurance company set me up with these guys. The tow truck driver was awesome! He showed up sooner than promised, was patient with the communication difficulties due to me being deaf, had an awesome attitude, was very friendly and professional! Outstanding service for a reasonable price in the oil field. The owner was quick to get to me and very knowledgeable of what my issue was and made great recommendations for where to get it repaired as it was not a repair he could accomplish on the side of the road. When he had an emergency call for a truck in a precarious position requiring his heavy wrecker service he was able to hand me off to another driver with no delays for me.

Had my car break down way south of Douglas. I originally called a different towing service and was referred to 307. The driver arrived quickly, was friendly, and they charged a fair price.

My truck died on the interstate near Douglas. The guys from 307 showed up quickly in a brand new truck and towed me back to their shop. Houston began work on it right away and arranged a ride for me to the public library. The repair ended up taking a few days because a part had to be shipped in, but they did everything they could to help me deal with the unexpected delay. I picked up the truck today and drove it home to Montana. Houston sent me a text tonight to make sure I made it home okay. When was the last time a mechanic did that for you? Highly recommended!

Would never recommend this towing company to anyone. As soon as he pulled up he had an instant attitude. When he hooked the truck up he started dragging it and doing more damage (there’s pics to prove it) my father in law told him it wasn’t hooked up correctly his response was “that’s what insurance is for” he got into my father in laws face and yelled at him. The tow truck driver added way more stress on top of an already stressful situation.

Horrible service couldnt even get my belongings out of my vehicle or release it to insurance because nobody was there to open the lot!

I dont ever remember doing this review but after they helped me fix my car I am going to be telling my friends to get their car fixed by these guys

Fast and friendly experience at a great price

Very poor customer service, the driver was rude from the moment he pulled up, the driver did more body damage to our vehicle, and changed his mind as to were he would tow it to after he hooked up so instead of 8 miles to our house he towed it 29 miles to a different town, I would not recommend this company!

After a series of misfortunes and several hours of being on the side of the interstate, Houston and Tyler Showed up, got us to their shop and worked overtime to get us back on the road.

The guy was great! Super fast and efficient at his job.
