They did an exceptional job on our new set of tires. I blew out a tire on the interstate on a Saturday morning which was beyond repair and they helped get us new tires from their warehouse installed and even stayed late to finish the job. I cant say enough about the friendly staff and we will be returning in the future. It was a simple act to help us but on a day that didnt go as planned it was great to have others go out of their way to help when they could of said they were closing soon and scheduled us for the repairs another day.

Truckload delivery go up the block to the warehouse on the left. Easy docking, fast unloading. Friendly faces. Overnight parking at the truckstop back down the road on the left before you cross the interstate.

My husband called and asked if they could do an alignment they said yeah sure bring it in we can do it! He takes off work and goes there and is told people are on lunch, he waits around for an hour there is was few of the shop guys hanging out in the office just chatting it up but no one had the time to do it so he had to leave and missed 1.5 hours of work! Really not impressed unprofessional

I enjoy working with this company. Makes scheduling fleet vehicles for an oil change way easier. They are very accommodating.

Not very helpful about answering what youre looking for tire wise just whats similar and/or on hand unlike most places that tell you exactly when they could have it but then give other in stock options. Not helpful at all when couldnt get in for an alignment as soon as needed and asked if they could recommend anywhere else to get ahold of.

I didnt have an appt but needed a tire fixed. They said it would be about 20 min until they could get my vehicle in, but drove it in the shop within 10 min. Very polite staff.

Have always done me right although the price for an oil change for a 4 cylinder engine is over $60. One and done for oil changes but for everything else they have always been good to me which is hard to find nowadays.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They patched the nail hole in my tire quickly and even put my spare back in its storage area. Thanks again guys, I would recommend you to anybody.

I have taken both my work van and personal vehicle here often, more so my work van. They are very helpful, do the job right the first time and answer any questions I have. I overall prefer this location to the North location in Dickinson. They work with you to get your vehicle in quickly for emergency tire repairs or swaps, sometimes within an hour. Great job Guys!

Had tires i needed in stock for my trailer. Had all 4 off,mounted,installed and back on the road in 45 mins from pulling in the shop. Fast friendly service!

Always have a great experience with mike and his crew. always quick to call if they find something else that might need fixed, reasonably priced and always polite and prompt. we dont take our pickups anywhere else.

I had a great experience here was in and out very quickly for 6 trailer tires, and a steer. Easy to get around with a semi truck as well.

Took in a flatbed trailer with a lot of issues they fixed it all, I got it back the next day and runs like a dream. All the shop guys are great, Mitch and Nick, and the shop manager, Allen, made it really easy. I’ll go back for almost anything.

The crack team at Northwest Tire was a godsend. In the midst of a Seattle-to-Minneapolis trek, I was barreling east of Dickinson on I-94 when my tire blew out. The good fellows at Northwest sold me a reasonable priced new tire and got it on my vehicle less than 20 minutes after I showed up - which was nearly closing time. Great service.

Great place to get tires from great service and I enjoy working for them.

Suffice to say this tire shop should stick to tires and leave lube to someone else. My last oil change there resulted in catastrophic engine failure a few days after. They cracked the dipstick tube while trying to remove the dipstick (top was missing) and it ran low on oil and developed the death tick (spun bearing). When I immediately took it back their fix was to add a quart of oil. A QUART within 2 days of getting an oil change. When I asked if it would be ok they responded with well it stopped making noise.

Were from out of state (way out...PA) and were in a pinch with a bad wheel bearing. We called Thursday and they got us in and fixed up on Friday. And for about $200 less than another local estimate we got! Needless to say we were very happy with their service.

Took my car to get new wheels on and they Broke 2 of my wheel stud studs for my car, they werent willing to replace it, even when I offered to bring in 2 new ones (which i have) they were still trying to charge me $100 for labor that they created by braking my wheel studs, ended up doing it myself only took 15 mins
