Rod was a lifesaver for us!!! Not even 24 hours in to our road trip we had broken down in the Roosevelt national park. He was the tow company assigned by our insurance company. As he was towing us we explained the problem and he was pretty sure he get us up and running again. He worked on our van on a holiday weekend and got us back on the road so fast. He even offered us a car to use while he was work on the van. He gave us such a great price too!! After such a stressful situation , Rod really helped us more than we could have imagined and saved our road trip.

We got connected with R&R through AAA Roadside Assistance when our car battery had a meltdown on a Sunday afternoon and NOTHING was open. We were stranded for hours in 97-degree heat. Roger drove 100 miles to come get us, thinking we needed a jump-start and not a tow (a miscommunication which was not his fault). He had to drive all the way back to Dickinson, quickly help another customer who was waiting, and come back with the flatbed - which he did. And after taking us and our car to Glendive, he charged us the standard towing rate and nothing more, despite it now being late on a Sunday AND how much time/effort the two trips required. He was our hero… on day two of our honeymoon. Thank you Roger!

Super friendly people. Actually talked to me and explained exactly what was going on with my car and what kind of things to look for next time. Squeezed me in this morning while I’m on my way back to Montana. -32 outside and my thermostat went out. Frozen windows and I had dogs with me. Would definitely recommend.

Travelling through North Dakota we had the water pump go out of our car today (Saturday). Even though R and R were not open today a mechanic happened to be in the shop. They diagnosed the problem ran to the parts store and installed the new water pump. The mechanic even picked me up from the motel when the car was ready. Service was above and beyond my expectations. Price was more than fair for an unexpected after hours job.

Rodney was absolutely rude, unkind and unfair to myself and my wife. Our alternator went out while we were on vacation in dickenson 7 hours from our home. He towed our vehicle to his shop. He informed us that it wouldnt be until the next week that it would be fixed. So, since I had to get back to my home I found a different shop that could get the work done sooner. This enraged Rodney and he went off on myself and my wife, calling me a son of a you know what and using other fowl language. AAA can verify, since they recorded our conversation, that Rodney raised his prices higher and higher the more he got upset about the situation. He refused to release my vehicle so I could take it to another shop even though he didnt perform any work on it and demanded $150 cash only to get it out and AAA was ready and willing to send another tow company to take it to the other shop. All of this, along with Rodneys vulgar language is all recorded by AAA and they have since dropped him. In person, this man yelled and screamed at myself and my wife in front of my children. Now, we are stuck in town longer because that man was bitter and stubborn. I highly suggest nobody go here EVER.

Older man with glasses that came to tow our truck just a few feet was absolutely rude and unprofessional. First off he was arguing with my husband on the phone because he couldn’t find our address. Then he continues to complain about how “Americans” are so lazy that they can’t push their own vehicle. He also felt the need to cry about his pay and that he doesn’t get paid enough to move people’s cars during winter? This tow was probably the easiest one hes had in a while and he was just as awful in person. Horrible customer service sorry.

AC quit working on my Accura driving across ND. Stoped in and asked if they could fix it. The guy out right lied and said NO ONE in town would work on it...only Ford & Chevys and told me to go to Billings MT. I would suggest anyone to avoid this guy.

Called to get estimate of fixing something & asked about dropping car off one evening so it was there the next morning due to work hours not being able to go before closing & person was very rude & said they had enough to do . Very rude !!!

This is easily the most honest and efficient shop in the state. Rodney actualy reworks alternators ,1 of 2 in the whole state. Thier also good people. Volunteers for shriners ,etc.
