Really missing Infiniti service and regretting getting a Ford. I called several times to schedule service, I was transferred all over. Finally they told me I needed to speak to the specific service scheduler. She never answers her phone nor calls back after a thorough message. I couldn’t schedule online because the website shows no availability, I looked forward into next year and it’s all grayed out, hence why I called them. I also attempted chatting with their online person and she said she couldn’t schedule it, that someone would call me. It’s been over a week since I tried multiple avenues to contact them and haven’t gotten any response. Was able to schedule service through AutoNation Ford, we’ll see how that goes.

Absolutely wonderful service, like most dealerships, its more expensive to have work done here unlike taking it to your Uncle mikes house that does automotive work for Fun or you doing it yourself(depending on what the issue is of course), well you get what you pay for ...Friendly, knowledgeable, servicewriters....Go see MARVIN...he is one of the best...he stays on top of the work with the mechanics he has a vested interest in keeping you happy. Not every one is perfect, but he comes really close to it.

Pretty slow repairing. I guess since my truck is 7 years old. The people working here are not the friendliest people representing a major company. I’ll probably use a different dealer next time.
