Took the time to explain everything and walked me through the entire process. We will definitely be coming back when it’s time to trade in my wife’s car!

Our family traveled to Texas City this weekend for a wedding and our truck broke down the day of the wedding. My husband stopped by McRee Ford with his fingers crossed hoping they could maybe help. He spoke with Brian in the Service Department and was told to leave his truck. Amazingly, the truck was fixed that day and we were able to get to the reception in time. The service was very good. They found the truck I wanted. I know that it’s more difficult now with the lots not having much to choose from. Have had Jeff Kuhl as salesman many times. My only complaint is getting a good warranty for a fair price. I think the extended warranty should be at a more realistic price. I would be glad to discuss this issue with whoever is interested. Extremely poor service. I dropped off transit connect on Tuesday for abs light. Wednesday called to inform me mechanic could not find anything wrong and there were no displayed messages. I said I would pick up Thursday. But Thursday john Becker said that I could not get vehicle because mechanic completely disassembled it although he could not find anything wrong and was going on vacation and did not know when he would return.

I purchased my brand new car last year right off the show room floor; fast, easy and quick purchase and no issues what so ever. A year later I was needing a leak repair in one of my tires, so I take the car to a tire shop. This is where my problems start with McRee Ford. My car came equipped with wheel locks and I discovered that the key for the locks was not provided to me by Mcree Ford. So the tire shop had to use a lug nut splitter to take of the tire that needed the repair.I called the salesman (Justin) who I purchased the car from. He apologized that the key was not provided but he would order me a new set free of charge for the mistake. An estimated time frame of 3-5 days was provided.I did not receive a call back after a month. So I decided to call Mcree Ford myself for a status check. I left a voicemail for Justin requesting a call back, but I never did receive a call back or an update on the new wheel locks.So once again after waiting another 2 weeks I called Justin back and finally got in touch. The locks were there and All I needed to do was pick them up and have them put on at the Quick Lane shop.So last Saturday that’s what I did; however, the Quick Lane shop informed me that they do no have the equipment to remove the wheel locks that were already on my car and I would have to take it somewhere else.Now I have to go back to the tire shop and risk the chances of scratches and damages done to my wheels when the wheel locks have to be broken off due to McRee Fords mistakes. This situation was beyond frustrating and I expected way better customer service. I will not be using McRee Ford for any of my future vehicle purchases nor maintenance services.

Clean facility and great workmanship. Was able to work out a fair deal that I feel was mutually acceptable. If they have the vehicle you want then they will treat you right.

I was very disappointed with their policy for service in regards to car loaners. If I bring you my full warranty covered truck to be serviced your getting paid therefore you should provide a loaner free of charge, I should not have to pay because I didnt purchase from you, the only reason we didnt purchase a truck from their lot was they didnt have any to my liking at that time (so punish me that I had to go elsewhere) Yes its upsetting to know I spend over $70,000 on a Ford truck, however any Ford Dealer says no to loaners except where Ive purchased.As to my repair ill update on the work when its completed, was told 2 days its now day 4.

They treated me fairly on my trade and made the buy process easy.

My car had a couple recalls, so we scheduled a time to drop it off and was told that it should be done in a day or two. I called back after 4 days and was told that they would check and call me back, they didnt. Then I called back again and was told that the tech working on my car had a medical issue, so it wouldnt be done until the next week. They also charged $1000 to put on two tie rods and do an alignment. Then they kept trying to add more stuff. Finally after about 2 weeks they said I could pick it up, but they hadnt fixed one of the recalls, because I chose not to have them do one of the repairs.When I got there to pay my bill, the clerk asked if I wanted to put it on a Ford credit card. She said it would only take a few minutes to apply and a few minutes to get approved. She said that if I did this, I could pay the bill in 6 payments with no interest. I have excellent credit, so I thought why not?Well it took her about 10-15 minutes to put my information in and then she said ok you should know in 7-10 days... I said I thought it would only take a few minutes? To which she responded, well sometimes it just does that. I paid my bill in full and left. While I was dealing with my stuff, it was hard to hear over one of the other clerks yelling at a customer about something. I dont know the details, but her behavior was definitely not exhibiting any sort of customer service.I dont see a reason to return in the future.To be fair, I feel like some of the people there are really trying to do a good job, but the place overall felt mismanaged.

Bought over 6 vehicles from them over the last decade. 6-7 years ago they had the BEST sales team new and used. The best service, over prices trade value to help if needed, and unbeatable pricing!Then the new building was built.....99% of financial team, sales team, and management GONE!Id love to be a loyal customer cause I was part of the whole thats my dealer BS but .......Now they are 5k-10k over priced and 2k-4k under on trades and pushy horrible salespeople and have taken away all reason to do business with them!They need to remember their small town Dickinson roots and not try to be a big flashy dealer cause now Im shopping elsewhere currently and not getting a penny from me unfortunately

Went in on a Saturday afternoon knowing what I was looking for and was assisted by Mo. they were pretty busy and still I was in and out in about 2 hours! I had to go back Monday to finalize title work since my credit union was closed by the time I left Saturday and was there no more than 30 mins! This was by far the smoothest and carefree car shopping experience I’ve had!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle here earlier this week. The process was a good one. We actually bought it sight unseen. The salesman send us a video of the car inside and out. I just bought a 2021 New Ford Escape. Scott Hebert and Carlos Torres did every thing they could to give me a good trade in deal and a smooth transaction. They performed a state inspection on my classic pickup 23 yrs old, that no other franchise oil change places could do.The OBDP is different than the latest version and the young bucks that were not born when my truck was built at the fast lube franchise didnt want to research and discover how and what needed to be done to inspect the late model truck.But! Sanjay at Quick Lane with Mcree Ford did! He figured it out. I was there an hour and five minutes, but well worth it to get passed state inspection.Ill return to Quick Lane for both my F250 Superduty and F250 Heavy-duty truck needs.Thanks San Jay!Randy.

They contacted us about a couple of recalls on our Ford Fusion 2011 that needed to be fixed. The air bag was one and the power steering was another issue they mentioned. They gave us a rental car for a day and had it fixed the next afternoon. We picked it up and drove the car about 5 miles before the air conditioning started blowing hot for no apparent reason. We found this suspicious since we have had zero issues with this prior to dropping it off. Now, the power steering they supposedly worked on has completely gone out, two days later. This is now a scam in my book. Bring your car to them and start having random issues all of a sudden....you know why. Im taking it to another mechanic locally to see what they did and can update once I have this info.

Not to happy...Service Manager never responded to me. Purchase a new module for my Ford Edge and now the back up camera screen is showing view upside down. Service department said the only thing that they would be able to do is drill into the back of my car and flip the back up camera to reflect correctly. I am done with Mcree Ford.

Working in sales, I was quick to leave the table from a potential purchase at the first glimpse of any shady/pushy/dishonest sales tactics - of which there was no shortage throughout my search. However, McRee Ford, and their salesman, Kelly, provided me with the hands-down best experience I have had at a dealership. They were nothing but honest, forthright, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial call through driving off of the lot. To others who find the car-buying process particularly loathsome: save yourself the stress, and just go here first.

The customer service was excellent and Burt was amazing, but after purchasing my pre owned vehicle I noticed my alignment needed to be done. They were happy to get that done at no charge. After dropping off the truck I came back to grab something from my truck and they were not able to locate the truck, but that was later addressed and taken care of. The following morning I came to pick up my truck I noticed it had issues starting up. After further inspection I noticed that both batteries were drained and I had to replace them out of pocket. After doing that the next day I was driving and I hear a loud pop from my engine, so I pulled over to inspect what it was and noticed that one of my inter cooler pipe was busted which I now have to get fixed. While under the hood I checked all my fluid levels and checked the oil. The oil looks like it had not been changed since the day the truck came out of manufacture. It was all thick and dark, and extremely low. Had 3 issues occurring back to back all within 3 days of each issue
