Ive lived here for a year and although I dont socialize to much the neighbors I have spoken with have been kind and very welcoming and are manager Jared is helpful,kind and you always feel safe because nothing gets past him so professionalism is something you can count on! Last but not least we have a lovely heartfelt lady named Susan who is highly educated and here to help in any way possible! Not to mention the great landscaping and maintenance of Al and Laia! Jackie walth is the worst property manager alive! The community is terrible, there are drug dealers, and drunks living there! The community is not upkept to standards and the neighbors are racist. There is a lot of noise at night my entire stay there. I had a lot of hot water problems and just much much more! I will never recommend anyone live here, because of the racism, by the property manager and neighborhood and drugs and so forth!
