I highly recommend Bahia Cove apartments. My husband and I moved into the area last year for grad school and we have just started our second year here. The apartments are renovated and look great. The office staff is super friendly and helpful and they actually answer the phone every time we call. They keep the apartments in great condition. They pressure wash the hallways regularly. Every maintenance request we have put in (which is not many because there have not been many issues at all) is completed very quickly. We havent had any issues with packages either. They have plenty of dumpsters and they never get overfilled. They have valet trash which is super nice as well. They just built a gate around the complex as well. Its really been one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had!

If youre considering living here.. do it!! Ive loved it here. The management company has clearly invested in this property. Theyre now a gated community, they pressure wash consistently, and they added the valet trash service (which is soo nice). Their maintenance team is actually responsive, taking the time to explain things to you, and have always been friendly. The office staff has been so kind to me, and theyre helpful anytime I needed anything. They have a dog park, plenty of parking, and the pool area is so cute. My unit has beautiful wood flooring, stainless steel, marble countertops. Ive never once needed pest control. Ive lived in apartments and Ive worked in the industry, and Bahia Cove is truly a dependable choice for the LC/Dickinson area.Thanks for everything!

This is a lovely place that I absolutely recommend, has a beautiful renovated pool, a new gym room and excellent apartments, very quiet and clean. The office staff are very nice people and attentive. Rosana is always willing to help with any of my requests which are resolved in the shortest possible time.

Staff members are super helpful always on task and always willing to help you as much as possible. Management staff are also very understanding with you and needing assistance with anything they can help with. The application process was easy and quick very Efficient. Overall I love the place and the staff who works here. The only problem that I have is neighbors who smokes(cigarettes and weed) inside their apartments and the smell goes to my place, also dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and roaches. Yes roaches but I can’t blame the office manager for all that. We are adults and we have to learn to follow rules even don’t like it. I can’t force my neighbors to have good habit cleaning.

I’ll start by saying I was throughly surprised in this apartment complex. Nestled in League City/Dickinson this complex should definitely on your list. From the new upgrades in the units to the lovely pool this apartment complex has everything you need. 24hr fitness center with brand new equipment (in which no one uses so you’ll have it all to yourself). A game room with pool, shuffleboard and board games. Even a computer room which they turned into a gift wrapping room for the holidays. But above all else the staff at this apartment complex go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Shayla and Sean are some of the most respectable and caring people in the customer service industry I’ve ever met. They never once fell short or made me feel like they didn’t care, no matter how small the problem.If you’re looking for an apartment, give this place a call or stop by, I promise you won’t regret it.

First off this place has the best staff. My husband and I just moved into these apartments and from the moment we stepped on the property this has been the best experience. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. Shayla showed us around more than once and answered all of our questions. We were leaving a place that was horrible and had a lot of issues, and the staff at Bahia Cove helped us through that and answered those questions also. Once we moved in during our walk through we found a few MINOR cosmetic things that we took note of, things that could of easily gone without being fixed and would not have made living here any different. However, they were fixed the very next day, which shows how much they care about the people that call this place home. These apartments are very nice, clean, and spacious and we already feel so much at home. We love it here, and are so happy that we made the choice to call this our new home.

My husband and I have been on the fence about moving here because one hes a neat freak and expect perfection and to my children and I do NOT do rodents or roaches of any kind. Weve gone by the apartments weve talked to the staff, but the final straws were reading the reviews and to added effect we witnessed the bs going on in the office. So thanks but no thanks. Well take our business elsewhere.

First and foremost lets talk about Sean, he is such a positive and responsive person. From the first moment that he showed us the property and units, he was so attentive to every question and in such a happy mood full of energy. He helped us every single step of the way with a smile !. The entire property is remodeled. The units and the property are impeccable. They have a newly remodeled game room, pool and gym. The staff is so attentive here that we noticed the manager out at the pool at 9 pm cleaning wrappers up and placing all the chairs back to normal. Our main concern before moving in was that the community was not gated but after living here for a month we havent had any issues. Everyone here is so friendly that we had multiple people come up to us while moving offering help. We are just very content with our choice and the amazing treatment received by Sean.

We love everything about living here! We just moved in this past April and everything is remodeled and has new appliances, flooring, light fixtures, etc. The grounds have been redone with nice sidewalks, new playground, new gym with new machines and a kids room, pool table and shuffle board, remodeled pool area with a new girl added in, and the staff here is amazing! They have been on top of every request we have put in and very professional and super friendly! Lobit School Village is also in the zone here and that was a huge win for us that added that cherry to the top! Definitely worth the walk through and we hope to be here for quite a while! So happy we were able to move in!

Weve been in these apartments for 2 years. We moved in just a few weeks before Harvey hit and the apartments were called Jordan Cove then. Weve seen many changes here but the remodel has been fabulous and we absolutely love it here. The office staff are very helpful and Jerry the maintenance guy is always there to help when you need it.

I initially moved in right after Harvey in 2017 when it was Jordan Cove because of my commute to work but now I am glad that I did because of the changes and upgrades in the community here. I moved into a new unit last year and the new place is incredible. Rossana in the office is always a great help and helped set me up to access the new gym and billiards room. Thank you all for you do in the office!

The office staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they made my move less hectic. Upon moving in the apartment was nice and clean and everything was in good working order. I had one concern that i couldnt get in to the storage closet but I notified the office and before the day was over the maintenance had addressed the problem and got it fixed. The maintenance man was very nice and professional as well. So happy I chose Bahia Cove

Shayla was super sweet @ first but when I was turned down for the apartment and she asked if I could get a co signer and I said no... her entire attitude changed she was just different and that is not customer service at all. I was actually stunned and hurt to be honest. Her entire demeanor changed. I’m actually happy I won’t be moving here.

Horrible unprofessional staff....... Applied with my fiancé thinking it would be a good idea at a ‘beautiful’ apartment complex.. After applying and spending $230 on just APPLYING... Shasta (assistant manager) assured us getting approved and it would be a “quick approval” which was great because we needed to move in that week as my current lease was up... they had a 3 day weekend, I already moved out of previous apartment due to security of being approved here. Got a response on that Monday, keep in mind I had to continuously contact them for updates on my application.. Turns out they go through a 3rd or 4th party because every time I asked for an update they “didn’t have a response yet” I finally get an update on my application after 4 days- they are requesting Bank Statements... which I kind of thought if I provided: since it IS sensitive data, I would most definitely get a move-in date.... NOPE. Another day goes by & I of course call “still haven’t heard back”????? Oh, ok... Because I haven’t just provided my SS, Pay stubs, Bank Statements and basically my whole life to them..... She than states she needs my fiancé’s bank statements and receipts of his transactions........ WHAT complex does that? She then stated I could get my deposit back... after TWO weeks of dealing with a cat and mouse game with them... I called for a refund of my deposit as she stated... Nope Mrs.Shasta says I can not get my money back. Although she said so.... In the end, very unprofessional and arrogance staff.

I have had some issues here but, overall, my experience has been positive. I waited seven months for the tub in my master bathroom to be fixed. Water was pooling under the tub and leaking under the wall into the next room. It was FINALLY recently fixed and actually done CORRECTLY this time!Ive only experienced roaches when the last neighbors to my left moved out and the new neighbors moved in. Unfortunately, I know this is something that can not totally be eradicated since I can not control the cleanliness or habits of my neighbors. No matter how neurotically clean I am, I still see one from time to time.Before I moved here, I spoke with a co-worker who used to live here and she told me that if I did move, to leave my windows cracked a few hours a day to allow ventilation and I would have no mold issues. None of my furniture is directly against the walls, nor are my closets packed tight. Things of value in my storage unit - (really, Christmas decorations) are stored in air tight storage bins. The only time I found mold in my apartment was when it got really cold outside and I kept my windows closed with the heat on for like two weeks. The condensation that builds up on the window will literally be so much that it drips onto your floor. I didnt realize it for a while since my blinds are always down, but the warm, moist environment is a known breeding ground for mold. When I found it, it was around the windows edges. I wiped down with bleach, went over with concentrated pine-sol and havent had a problem since. Im also mindful to leave the window open so the mold does not re-occur.I have not had any health or breathing issues, nor has my three year old. My AC went out briefly - they came and fixed it.The caulking around the edges of my floors is HORRIBLY done. It looks like someone did it with their toes. The wood on my kitchen cabinets is splitting - I have no clue what on EARTH the previous tenants did to get them that way but its the least of my worries.My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I feel the grounds are well kept. When I hear or read all the horror stories about this complex , I guess I got EXTREMELY lucky.My biggest gripe is that the playground provided is missing a ladder that leads up to the toddler slide and, welp - Ive got a toddler. The swings are also atrocious. I wish we had a playground set and swings on both sides. Right now the playground is on one side and the swing set is on the other side.Jordan Cove has a long way to go but I feel theyre making great progress seeing as the new owners inherited a myriad of issues due to poor management and neglect on behalf of previous owners.

Very poor quality of apartment. I and my family stayed here for 6 months out of 12 months lease, we had to break our lease because the mold issue was too much. My mom was coughing out blood because of the mold, and I had a friend that told me a baby died from the apartment of the same reason. #Mold

My husband and I lived there only for 3 months and we had to move out due to Hurricane Harvey. Christina is really nice, but I think they need to take their job more seriously...When we went to see the apartment, as soon as we walked in Christina sat on the couch and let us see the apartment by ourselves, which it does not bother me much, specially because she showed us the apartment even when I did not have my ID.The apartment was given to us with roaches and the apartment was not even clean properly... I did not complain because it was going to be something we could be taking care of.After the hurricane, they released us from the agreement as long as we would turn in our keys certain day. The deposit was supposed to take 40 business days to be sent over, and two months passed and nothing... I was patient because I knew a lot of people was going to get money back, and that was probably the reason of why it was taking for ever... two months more passed and nothing, I called and they always gave me the run around, called corporate and they ad well gave me the run around... it took more than 6 months just to return our money!!! I was very upset and I will not recommend the place, due to their irresponsible staff

This is the best place to live. The office staff was wonderful in assisting me with my move in. Christina was very informative with the apartment information, Rosana is very helpful, Patricia is on top of any work orders I put in, and Briana was very welcoming. Thank you Bahia Cove. These have been the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in. I have experienced a roach problem since I initially moved in 8 months ago and over the past few (winter) months the problem has become increasingly worse. Maintenance has attempted to do “deep extermination” and “address the problem” without resolution. My neighbors report the same issues. Office staff is polite but unsympathetic about the discomfort this has caused me refusing to allow me to relocate. I have never been in a more uncomfortable/miserable living situation. I have not been able store food in my pantry for months now while preparing for multiple extermination attempts I have been living on fast food. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is a major infestation issue... please read previous reviews, I wish I would have taken them more seriously.

Beautiful qplace excellent people on staff

Water seeping in through ALL of our windows causing mold to form on them. There was MOLD all in his carpet and on my brothers PERFECTLY FINE furniture and NOW IN MY CLOSET?! how does that make any sense. Started with the living room, water coming from through the wall??? What?? I hate this place, would not recommend. Very basic and not so renovated at all apartments.

I had a great experience at this complex. Kristina and Roseanna were very helpful and got me into my unit quick. The unit was very clean and neat. I am very impressed.

Ruth is really turning things around! I have lived here since May 2016- to be honest it started off very rough but lately its been getting better! The roach problem has definitely gotten immensely better. David from the Maintenance Team is always a pleasure to deal with! I recently made a list of 12 requests at once (sorry!) but they were all completed in a timely manner. I had been concerned because there had been a leak in the a/c from upstairs I wasnt aware of for a little while and it seemed to develop mildew/mold, I told the office and Roseanna and Christina sent a contractor to the unit within a couple of weeks, took care of all the vents and the air filter and had them shampoo my carpets just to sweeten the deal! I myself work in the apartment industry (Broadstone Walker Commons in League City- absolutely gorgeous!) and it is extremely hard Im sure to turn a property with a bad reputation around but they are taking huge steps in the right direction as a team and it will pay off tremendously for all the residents in the future. Great job guys!! :)

I’ve lived here since September 2018 and ever since the day we’ve moved in we noticed roaches from the start... they’re steadily not going away we’ve had pest control in our home I couldn’t tell you how many times and they have infested some of our furniture. I’ve complained to management about this issue and the only solution they have for me is pest control... I also have fleas infesting my home which are affecting not only me and my fiancé but my 2 year old son who 24/7 has flea bites on his ankles, legs and even his stomach... shoot his whole body gets bites it’s horrible and heart breaking to see my son constantly itching himself because of the bites I’ve done everything I can... We have neighbors who smoke weed next door and my sons room reeks of it all the time; they have even left there door open to air out there apartment and the entire breeze way smells like weed, I have notified management SEVERAL times about this issue again nothing done all they do is apologize and say they will address it. I could keep going, but one of the worst problems I have also is kids that live above us that torment us by ding dong ditching us and smashing our pumpkin into pieces and leaving it at our door... again I have informed the office about the ding dong ditching ( I caught the kid in action) and nothing done. They have recently destroyed our pumpkin our son picked out last year we had sitting by our door, we can’t even have wreaths or anything out on our door without them messing with it... the property manager is very nice and seems very apologetic about everything we go thru which shows a lot, but I’m now 38 weeks pregnant about to have my baby and we’re still suffering from living here and have not been offered anything to help make our living here better.... I would like to get out of my lease and move somewhere else I can’t take this anymore I do NOT recommend this place they may be renovating it and trying to make it look nice but on the inside I’m literally living in hell.

Dont get why these apartments are poorly rated Ive enjoyed living in my apartment since I Moved in which was back in April of 2018. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to move in

Im beyond disappointed. Its almost comical just how bad my experience with Jordan Cove. As soon as I signed my lease I got a earful from Angela to shut my kid up. When I went to my apartment it had a wet moldy odor,roaches,no fire extinguisher,leaky faucet in master bathroom,a damaged blind oh and a patch job under the master bathroom sink that was done with cardboard. Thats just the first day.Roaches were everywhere,our ac leaked and ruined all of our towels,most of our blankets and the leak was so bad that my grandma and daughter had slipped and fell. The door to the laundry room fell off it hinges and all of my items that I placed in the storage outside was covered in mold. My garbage disposal and dishwasher stopped working and the light in the dinning room fell. All of these things I made work orders for the only one that kinda got fixed was the ac. Which only happened after I contacted the property management. I definitely felt not cared about and frankly I would never really recommend Jordan Cover to anyone.

Worst living experience Ive ever had. I recommend this complex to absolutely no one. Not only are the grounds not even remotely kept up. They have a severe roach infestation and do nothing about it. The management is a complete joke. Lies and steals from residents. Ive witnessed multiple resisdents payments lost. They entered my apartments on many occasions without permission or any valid reasoning. I could go on for days. There was two managers in the 10 months I lived there and neither was any better than the other. The current manager Angela lied to my face about serious account information and tried to pawn all faults off on third party companies. Bottom line, it is cheap but not even close to being worth it.

This place has made a huge improvement over the last few months. The manager is very helpful and I love my mom living here.

This complex is the worse one Ive ever lived at. The office staff are very rude. And the corporate staff (whos slogan is You matter) will not even answer or return a simple phone call. Half of the buildings have no exterior walls to hold insulation after 8 MONTHS of construction, so your A.C. wont go below 80 degrees during the day, so prepare for double light bills. The construction crew they chose are nasty day laborers(from a labor pool) that cat call/whistle at the tenants here. The air quality in the units is way less than subpar due to mold. There are hordes of roaches EVERYWHERE, inside and out. All of the support columns for the balconies are cracking and very unsafe. Im moving out this month, but due to how theyve treated me, one of my friends from the Galveston County Health Department will be escalating a case here.

First and foremost Ive been a resident in Bahia Cove formly known as Jordan Cove for almost 3 years. Since Ive been here its been 3 different apartment managers, and the turnover rate for office staff and maintenance has been too much to keep up with. The new office manager Gloria is a force to be reckoned with. Shes very unprofessional to the highest extent!!!! Almost two months ago the apartment next door to me was being revonated and the contractors busted a pipe in the bathroom and didnt notify the front office staff. The busted pipe flooded my guest bathroom at midnight that night and the maintenance guy Jerry had to come out twice that night and vacuum the water. The flooding was so bad the water came into my masters closet and ruined several pair of expensive shoes. Gloria has been giving me the run around about a check that the contractors are supposed to be sending me. Today my friend was moving out of her apartment and Im guessing she wasnt doing it fast enough to Glorias satification that she and her SON came and began to throw my friends belongs out in the parking lot. I stay on the 3rd floor and saw this from my bedroom window. I went downstairs and was on the phone with my friend and she told me she was pulling in the parking lot. It made Gloria mad to the point that she yelled and told me, She would have me evicted as well from my apartment... She also, told my personal business about my finances. This is UNACCEPTABLE TO ANYONE.. No one should be treated like this. I pray that things change around here. Ive NEVER experienced this type of customer service from a manager.To the owner or whomever replied back to my review: I didnt interfere with ANYTHING. I was talking to my friend on the phone about her belongings being tossed out like trash in the parking lot. Thats not interfering!!! Being that this is Land of the free world and speech I was in the right to contact my friend and tell her what was going on. The office knew exactly what she was doing. She waited until the lady had left with the movers to go to the storage and she came on a rampage!!!!! Your manager got very upset QUICKLY when she seen me outside talking to the previous tenants dad. I NEVER SAID ANYTHING DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE MEN. Everything I said was directly to the manager. She disrespected me first by yelling my personal business to a crowd out of angry. And I was NEVER WARNED about vancating after my lease is up. Again, the manager in angry said and I quote, She would find a way to evict me from the property..... And being that Im with child and graduating in October I was already planning and had already started looking for another place of resident. Wrong is wrong and right is right. Managers have lips that lie just like anyone else. She was no saint in this situation. And Im done with this conversation!!!! Have a BLESSED day

From a distance and the website these apartments seem decent enough, but living in them is another story oh and about 85% of the photos on the website arent even from this location.The biggest issue I have is that staff only pretends to care, Ive never actually had a problem fully resolved. Ive submitted work orders that have been marked as completed but never actually even addressed, Ive spoken multiple times about issues with the property manager, never seeing a solution actually be put into action.The residents and workers trash the place and it is very apparent that most of the people on site do not value their property/home. The bugs are unbelievably bad in most units from what I have experienced and heard from other neighbors. German roaches practically own the place and theres no getting rid of those while maintaining a safe living environment.I know the price of the apartments is one of the best in the area but honestly from someone whos been here 3 years, its NOT worth it. I moved in when rent was around $685 and it has since doubled as have the problems.

Friends live here, not a bad looking place

Jordan Cove, Bahia cove....Same garbage!! I lived there for almost 3 years and they only managed to get 1 nice employee. Been through 3 or 4 managers (all trash), late work orders, sloppy work during hurricane Harvey (3 flat tires from crappy clean up and still havent been paid back for that), ect. They redid our windows with out telling anyone and the contractors came in( without permission) and threw all our stuff all over and left it a mess, I thought i was robbed. I tried to be nice about all of that but the attitude the current manager gave me when I was just trying to get answers, drove me to write this review. Bottom line......DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!

I lived at jordan cove about 4 years ago and from what I hear it still havent changed. There are MANY MANY MANY roaches. There was once a baby rat in my apartment. Outside there was a bat hanging on the ceiling. There is also mold in the walls. My brother closet door was lose and fell of the hinges onto the ground and no one came to fix it. Id rather be homeless then live there again.

Except for the roaches, I dont think there is any problem with these apartments. With the new authorities the condition of Jordan Cove is getting better. Moreover it has plenty of parking space and is near to H-E-B and Walmart.

WHEN I CAME IN TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY MAY HAVE OPEN, THEY WERE NOT INVITING AT ALL. I felt like they were trying to talk me out of moving there, and I am talking about the NEW office staff. It was almost like no one wanted to help me, as if I was bothering them. When I called to ask questions I was rushed off the phone. I am not sure where the old office staff/m,anagement went but I would much rather deal with them than the rude and uninviting staff that is currently there. I gave them one star but I would have given NO STARS if I could have.

I have to pay people to fix the problem 🚽and more, All they did to me is hiring another person that wanted to treat certain people a certain way if they wanted to do that they just need to say it to peoples face and get it out the way if you just want Spanish people and white people and your apartments just say so!!! Cuz I wonder what happened to the black woman that was working in the office at first I dont see her no more. I already know Dickinson is voting for people of color to be moved out of this area cuz they dont want them out of the they dont want them in this area anymore and I already know cuz the Manager worked in Houston at first so I already know what shes hired for. She dont want anyone on the stairs thats black she doesnt want black people standing outside there was just Mexicans that are recorded outside yesterday they were all on the stairs white people beyond the stairs as well outside their kids run up and down the stairs and all over this place make noise but if black peoples children do it, We are kicked out of Bahia Cove!!!😢 or get written up to be kicked out!!

Whatever You do, DO NOT MOVE HERE! :( i took a chance & moved in even though i had been warned about the TERRIBLE ROACHES & MOLD PROBLEM, the management convinced me that it was all lies & i had nothing to fear! THEY LIED TO ME about it all. my NEW king size bed MATTRESS was completely destroyed by MOLD & ALOT OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS THAT CANT BE REPLACED AS WELL AS FAMILY HEIRLOOMS & MOMENTOS ,all DESTROYED BY MOLD!! the manager is CRAZY & has an insane temper i only stayed there one year MOVED OUT AS SOON AS MY LEASE WAS UP but without my family photos & NEW MATTRESS as it was destroyed in the MOLD ,mold growing up ALL OVER THE WALLS & DOORS its an insane place to live!! IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN IN YOUR HEAD DO NOT MOVE HERE!!-- IF YOU DO THEN YOU WILL THEN KNOW WHY THEY STRESS THAT YOU NEED TO PURCHASE RENTERS INSURANCE!! AS IF THAT WOULD REPLACE THE FAMILY PHOTOS THAT CAN NEVER BE REPLACED!! SHAME ON YOU JORDAN COVE!! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! :(

I recently moved out of Jordan Cove Apartments because of Hurricane Harvey. I would like to thank both of the ladies in the apartment office especially Christina (My girl ) for the support shown in our situation. I am blessed to be in another apartment. These ratings that I am reading are not accurate with what my personal experience was. I did have a small roach problem, but I made sure I left no food or trash out to make the problem worse. After the exterminator came out twice, the problem completely disapoeared. The only issue I did have was a few times they came in my apartment when I was not there but to be fair I was told in writing that they would be coming in. I had an issue with my refrigerator where the generator woukd stop all of a sudden and my food would thaw out. After this happened three times it was replaced with a new refrigerator. I am not saying the apartments are perfect but for the money I thought they were very decent. I did hear complaints about mold from my neighbors. They were very concerned about it. I did see where there was mold in the apartment after the hurricane came and the sheetrock was removed. Try not to post so many negative things on the internet but try to solve the issues with the complex one on one. I am not sure what the intent is but problems are better resolved head on rather than slamming someone on cyberspace. I am just glad for everyone who came out of the hurricane safely. Please keep me in your prayers because I sure can use it. And I will be praying for you as well. God bless.

Maintenance is always good to me

If I could give them less than a star I would! Ive been there a few months and its horrible!!! When I first moved in the door knob to my front door was so loose my 1 year old pulled it off. It took them days to come fix it. About a month later out came the ROACHES!!! I saw them when I first moved it but thought nothing of it because it was only like two or three but OMG!!! There are soo many and theyre all over the place!!! Coming out of the vents, hiding in the cracks of the walls, crawling all over the ceiling, coming out of the sinks, JUST EVERYWHERE!!! Now theres a moldy smell coming out. My son was playing and kicked the wall and a big gaping hole is there. The walls are WET! I was feeling another side and what do you know...A HOLE!!! I took pictures and sent them to corporate! I also showed my doctor who looked at it and said to move instantly because thats whats causing my kids sickness. Ive taken them to the doctor at least two or three times since moving in. Now Im stuck here for the remainder of this lease. SMH...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate these apartments lower than 1 star I would. This apartment complex is by far the worst place i have ever stayed in. The management is the most unprofessional, it is not safe for children to play because the people here speed down the driveways and no one cares. They will be getting sued soon im sure because they dont inforce anything properly. All the chicks in the office are lazy and nasty. Obviously they lack schooling due to the huge money mistakes on peoples rent. The workers they have here to fix things do nothing orderly but repaint sloppy and half-ass fix everything. Its terrible here. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST

Mold everywhere dont do it and if you move they will charge you for there mold problems find another place because this place has mold its nasty

If I could rate this complex lower than a 1 star, I would. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. Lets start off when I first moved in. My move in date was on the 18th. I was informed that everything was done and the apartment was ready to have stuff moved into it. LIES. I come the 19th and my apartment was FULL of workers. Scrubbing the carpets, everything. Need I state, we had alllll our families take time to help us move and had borrowed multiple peoples cars and trucks to help move. So when I get there and see this, we couldnt even step foot on the carpet(almost the entire apartment) because the floor was soaking wet.ANNOYED. 2 hours of being there, BAM! Let the roach infestation begin. Out of the air vents, out of the shower heads, out of cabinets, sinks and even the dishwasher. EVERYWHERE. I cried the entire night and ended up refusing to sleep there because they were all over the ceiling. First thing in the morning, we call and they refused to do anything about the bugs. We spent $200 on bug chemicals just for that week to survive. Nothing worked. MISERABLE. (Few weeks go by, getting my children dressed and theres roaches crawling in my childrens hair. GROSS!!!!!!!!!) Fast forward a few weeks, I have a neighbor growing marijuana and smoking it right out of the apartment with their front door wide open. I look inside and theres an infant and a few other kids sitting in the apartment full of smoke. So sad. Fast forward a few more weeks, a murder few doors down from our apartment. Guess what the murder was about? DRUG DEAL. Fast forward a week, black mold start coming out of the paint on the walls and out of the air vents. DISGUSTING. My two children got very sick due to the mold conditions we were living in. (ALL OF THESE INCIDENTS WE COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT MANAGEMENT AND NOTHING HAPPENED. NO ONE CAME OUT.) Fast forward a week, washing machine is leaking INCHES of water in our entry way. FINALLY someone came out, tightened the pipe. Later that night, same thing happened. Woke up to 2 inches of water on the floor. Someone came out and did the exact same thing and then BAM, that same night more water. NOTHING EVER GOT DONE. Needless to say, due to the safety of my children and I, we got up and moved in one day. They state that we owe them money for leaving but shouldnt they be the ones paying my childrens doctor bills because of the conditions of the mold in THEIR complex that they refused to fix. Im sorry that my children and I had to walk out to a murder scene right outside our door. I STATE: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Hi okay this story gets worse before it gets better so please read to the end. :) So I lived here a year and the old building management was a nightmare she sent people into our home to take pictures of it 2 weeks after we moved in and said she would fix things after we unpacked she called us horders, mind you the house was still packed with boxes from Moving in. That woman wouldn not send someone come and fix our leak in our toilets for the full time she was here, she did not care that the dish washer drained into the sink, it did not seem to bother her, that bugs crawled in though the crack in our wall, and she didnt didnt care that the rent would be well over a thousand dollars in water bills and electricity due to shear amout of leaks and holes. We were able to get our bill reduced to 800 by the really understanding lady in billing but the stipulation if we fix it and the bill is still high youll have to pay back fees while completely warranted was quite frustrating because we begged for at Least the two toilets to be fixed to save water and money and all we got were empty promises from her. Needless to say I was going to leave this apartment complex and pint a big sign telling everyone to say clear of this hellish place buuuuut(and here is the good part) The new manager came in and Man she is nice and not just compared to the Other one shes genuinely understanding and kind the first day I went in she took a list of all the problems that we had in the apartment (it was way more than just the toilets) and she was very patient with our concerns, she explained that our work orders as well as many other renters had been lost in the transfer and she helped us put together a new one. Not only that but she had someone in the apartment the next day for an assessment. The house was put back together the new gentleman really knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. So now the toilets dont drain water constantly, the showers are fixed, our dishwasher doesnt drain into the sink, the sinks were all fixed they dont leak from the pipes or drip from the fauset, the sheet rock crack was remaired, and my closet is no longer collapsed, ^_^ its like a whole new apartment and we decided to stay. She really gets things done and we appreciate her very much. Our home is a pleasant and calming place to be we are very happy. Thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!!!

Horrible!! They do not fix leaks and they are rude! They paint over it like it would fix it? Theyre bad businesses over there. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay, save your time.

I see im not the only one regretting moving in there mold roaches and they still wont take care of the issues. And apparently im wrong and i dont know what im talking about BS. Top it off they upper my rent on the last month smh i guess they need every penny to fix there property. Right hmmm... DONT MOVE HERE !

I have stayed in Jordan Cove for 6 months and I must say these are the worst apartments I have ever lived in or seen in my life. There is a growth of black mold that no matter how u clean and treat it always comes back. The mold also gets on ur furniture and clothes. Manager is very unsympathetic. Roaches, gnats, & all sorts of pest reside in this complex. Will neva reccommend these apartments to anyone.

Bad place to live its not safe for kids to play out here... the manager can be a bobblehead sometimes. They are roach infested, mold problems,.. Ect A Shooting occured just yesterday and its just not safe anymore... TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!

Horrible mold/mildew problem. Trash everywhere, hallways and stairways in awful shape as well as unattractive smell. been here 7months. When we moved in, there were still about 10 things that needed major maintenance. And I had to call twice a day for three days in a row for them to even come out here and fix one thing.... the other problems are yet. To be fixed. Realized a week after moving in that roaches are a major issue. After complaining 3 weeks in a row, they finally had a worthless company come out and spray what Im assuming is water because it did NOTHING. They have sprayed 4 times, its dont nothing. I. Continue to sqwash bugs on a daily basis. Nats are out of control. We have recently gained a new house guest, I named him Jerry, yes hes a rat. Although terribly unwanted seeeing as how I have a 4 month old as well, the rat is yet to be bothered with as we approach week two of his stay. My neighbors children run rambunctiously up and down and up and down and up and down the stairs no matter what time of day or night, Ive complained numerous times, because they wake my child every time and its still going on. Its actually happening as I type. In addition to these lovely attributes of the property, my fiance was held up at gun point in broad daylight, forced inside our apt where my then 2month old and his 2year old and I were resting, and his life threatened if he didnt give them what they wanted. Although the apts were informed and told that we would like to relocate, they wanted to charge us a fee just to saith apts within the complex as well as maybe raising our rent because of the other apt and accused us of lying about the robbery. When we told them we were going to move to another complex they caused a scene In front of other residents saying we must give a 30 day notice and pay 80% of the remaining months rent (5) which is a normal situation unless under the circumstances that we are under. They also said crime happens everywhere. (Yes but thats why people leave those places if they can, and most places get their crime under control one way or another) There has been 15 robberies (doors kicked in etc...) since we have lived here, but those are just the ones wee know of. Even tho we were told of a police officer living on the property. We have been told the roaches and rat have traveled with us. Ive never had a Roach problem in my life. And I guess the rat remained silent and unseen for 7 months. The people working in the office are complete idiots, and have lost several residents proof of payment including ours, thank god I keep every receipt. bottom line DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Everything Ive said has been very true, these people are rude and unprofessional as well as careless about the property and residents. It has been the worst living experience Ive ever had, and Ive never felt so disrespected or invaluable in my life. I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE.

THESE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! THE RENT SHALL BE REDUCED DUE TO DEALING WITH ROACHES. I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ROACH PROBLEM SINCE I MOVED IN, THANK GOD MY LEASE IS ALMOST UP. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THERE WERE HOARDERS IN MY APT, GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE WITH THAT LAME EXCUSE. IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WHY RENT IT OUT TO TENANTS? RIDICULOUS! ROACHES CRAWLING IN BEDS, DRAWERS, BATHROOMS, FURNITURE, EVERY WHERE. ITS SO DISGUSTING. ROACHES ARE WALKING AROUND ON THE CARPET AS IF THEY LIVE THERE IM GOING TO CALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS HASSLING SOMEONE ABOUT RENT BUT DONT CARE ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THERE. NOW I KNOW WHY THESE APARTMENTS ARE NO WHERE NEAR FULL. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS UNTIL THEY CAN FIX THERE INSECT PROBLEM. THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE MY APARTMENT WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH ROACHES LIKE IM A DIRTY PERSON. HELL NO, SPOTLESS AND STILL ROACHES. EVEN IF I LEFT FOOD ON THE COUNTERS HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU EXPLAIN MY BED SHEETS OR CLOTHES?? THESE PEOPLE ARE HIDIOUS!

This place sucks! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! There are rats roaches and mold in almost everybodys apartment! The staff is aware yet they do nothing!

I live here for a couple months now office staff is the best I had a pest issue had pest control come up and spray the next week my neighbor sprayed the following week I had them spray my apartment again and she had them spray her apartment the same day and the problem was resolved you do pay for pest control so if your having a problem they are out here every week They have done a lot of updates since the new owner has taken over I love living here
