Inexpensive, but pretty run down

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to live since it was going to be our first time moving out, and we spent days looking for an apartment to live at. Then we came across Dickinson Arms apartments and its one of the best choices we ever made! The manager at the apartment complex Lesley Morales was so helpful throughout the whole process and was super kind. On top of that the community is calm and quiet. I highly recommend this place for any one looking for their first apartment!

From the new staff to the neighbors My experience living here has been amazing The new manager is so sweet and professional greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in makes you feel welcome The neighbors are respectful. My son is a 3 year old with autism and all my neighbors always look out for him greeting him and just putting a smile on his face every time they see him which means a lot to me. Awesome place to call home

Let me just say the office manager is the Bomb ! this will be my first apartment with me & my daughter and she made this process so simple and easy ! Thank u so much ! This women is truly a blessing. Can’t wait to move in next week :)

I LOVEEE this place! This is the first place I’ve ever lived at where it feels like home. The staff is amazing and the lady named Lesley was a HUGE help. I 100% recommend this place. I’ve been telling everyone that I know that they should move in here! I wish I would’ve found this place sooner. If I could give 100 stars I would !

My family and I have been living here for a while now and I have seen improvement with the new manager that was hired.I am very pleased on how she manages any concerns her residents might have. I absolutely love how she communicates with her residents, I would say her personality is great !!

The new manager, Ms. morales, is a great manager and facilitating the life of the renters as much as she can. She is also extremely nice and outgoing.

The new property manager is soooo helpful and is honestly very sweet and caring, made the moving process easier than I thought it would be.

No is ever in the office on time.... very frustrating when your trying to talk to the office about issues or rent. Especially for people that work from 9 am to 5 pm... every time you call, no one is there. If you wait until 9 am, no one is there until an hour or so later.

Ive lived in the Dickinson Arms apartments for the past year. The new management that has recently taken over seems to have genuine concern for the happiness of the residents and condition of the property. Movie nights and exterior/interior upgrades are just a few of the things I can cite. I would definitely be comfortable recommending these apartments to my family and friends. Hope they keep up the good work.

Very nice tenants

Poor management, have lived here for a year things break heater never works. Trying to move Into a bigger apartment to pay them more money and they are giving us the treatment like theyre 5 stars and you have to be extremely by the books even tho Im giving them more money and that the cops are here at your neighbors once a week. Definitely dont recommend find a better deal with bills included these are overpriced and run trashy.

Nothing gets fixed. We lived there two years and never had the A.C work properly. New owners took over and instead of improving it got worse. Not very friendly.

The management is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew, while not fluent in English are profesional, and capable of solving most problems in a timely manner. Grounds are well taken care of. Laundry room freshly redone.

This is the worst place to ever live! Seems all nice at first but after a few months of living at this apartment the walls start to leak out of the cealings over living rooms and bathrooms and when maintenance goes to fix it they put up a board to cover the bad looking wood plaster it up and paint it.I strongly believe this place is a few leaks away of falling apart the problem always returns and the same things are done.I wouldnt recommend anyone staying here there are a few other places in the area that have more storage in the unit have a gate to protect your things and are just about the same price.Definitely Look around!

New management Ofelia is awesome when I turn in work orders she is sure to get them done and to check back and see if they were done correctly. As far as pricing its a little high prices for the shape that the apartments are in but it is a very quit complex..

We found this place online and toured it. The leasing agent was very helpful and they had availability. This location is very close to my work and I look forward to moving in.

I lived here for a year n a half and was lucky enough to finally move!! There was a hole it the dining room ceiling from the upstair neighbors having a leak and they took 6 months to fix it! On top of that they wanted to raise rent constantly.Hope they put some tlc into this place it is much needed.

Havent been here a week and I already have a bedbug problem &- I hate that everyone smokes weed. As soon as I open my front door to go out or my car door when I return it smells like weed. I have a 7month old. what kind of living conditions are these!?

They steal out of your home and your deposit. These other reviews are fake like the thieves in the office. Dont trust management or people working for them.
