Awful experience. Not trustworthy. Hold out for a better property manager or a place to rent. This is my first negative google review. I try to stay away from negative and just move on but I want to warn other people so I am overriding my normal MO.

Literally the worst Realty company I have ever dealt with. Charges 200+ for late fees because their employees dont handle the responsibility of collecting rent and cashing the check. I dont usually ever give reviews, but be warned! Stay far away from this company.
