Tried to simply get a ride for my family about 5 miles. Said they couldnt right now . I asked about later and they said nope not then either. This was at 10 a.m. So you call a taxi business at 10 a.m. and they cant give you a ride at any time during a giving day?? Zero explanation on top of that

I had scheduled an uber at 3pm to pick me up from my hotel and take me to crab island for a cruise at 4pm. The Uber driver canceled on me last minute. 😡No other cars were available 😖. I called City cab spoke to Jasper who picked me up in 5 minutes after rushing my request. City cab saved me from missing my cruise. They are very professional, reliable and I will scheduled them to take me back to VPS airport once my trip is over. Ty City cab/Jasper!!! 😀

They did a very good job. Showed up early, safe driving, and delivered at VPS on time. I will use the over Uber everytime.

Chris answered the phone and was very helpful. My flight was delayed and he made sure there was someone to pick me up. Pat was my driver. He helped me at baggage claim with my luggage and got me to my destination safe and sound!!

We had it confirmed to pick us up at 5Am for our first flight out in the morning and they never showed up!

Rude and all about the money I’m a local who called to get a ride check weekly flat rates and was told not nicely but Rudely we don’t do that when we have tourist willing to pay 80 bucks to the airport. I would spend your money on another company.

Arrived early...was friendly and waaay cheaper than other services in Destin...call them first and save yourself the hassle when the other co. cancels hours before departure leaving you stranded.

My car broke down I called my boyfriend to pick me up because I have some errands to do but unluckily His busy at work He ask his workmates if they knew someone to call and a coworker if Him recommended City Cab and gave me the number. So i immediately call City cab they answered so fast and told me just to wait for couple of minutes. The driver arrive ealier than expected i thank Him for that a lot!! cause I dont like waiting for too long. Thank you.

This was our first trip to Destin........... an absolute fantastic trip, thanks to City Cab.I emailed them 3 nights before departure, after seeing the good reviews. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and transported us to our hotel. The journey proved to be very amusing with City Cab. On the second day they escorted us to Sandestin in a lovely air condition taxi. We travelled as a couple and will be using City Cab again in the future as well as recommending them to others.

Terrible taxi. Cut multiple people off in traffic. Excessively speeding, and was at light in the FAR left hand lane, and decided to turn in front of everyone at a light in mirimar to turn right on that side road and beat the light back onto 98. This is just horrible service and dangerous to say the least. And this is not the first City Cab I have seen do these outrageous.

Was stranded in Destin... I tried to hail this guy down while I was with my 4 year old. He stopped, but I ended up having to walk 2 miles - all because this guy was too busy to pick someone up on the way to his next job!

I moved here from New Orleans in October and did not have a car. I used a few diff cab companies til I found Preslav and the guys at City cab. They took me to and from work on a daily basis. They were never late and always went out of their way for me. The guys are super professional and nice as can be. If you need a taxi in destin these are your guys. I am very happy with the 3 months of service and I will continue to use them in the future. thank you guys for always treating me right, never taking advantage of me, and always listening to me when Id complain about my job. You wont regret going with them.

Look at all these reviews, they are all eruos except for one. These people do not live in America full time, only 6 months out of the year unless they defect. All these reviews are made up lies. The truth is they are very expensive to use, unless the actual reviewer gets in your cab the he says it only costs 4 dolloars to take a cab in checkno....
