We used 654 Limo, Inc. on our trip to Florida this pass June. Excellent service. They picked us up on time from the airport and got us safely to our resort. Also on the returning trip they were very early knowing that airports you have to arrive early. Would defiantly recommend them and would use their service again! Very friendly and knew information about the area.

Used this company to book a pickup from the airport to the Sandestin Resort, and another booking from the resort back to the airport on departure day. The ride from the airport to the resort was fine. However, we no longer needed the ride back to the airport. I called two days before (about 40 hours prior) and was told there was a 48 hour cancellation window. I told the lady on the phone that I would NOT cancel the ride if I could not be refunded. She told me since I was so close to the cancellation window that they would be willing to work with me and refund and cancel the ride. Perfect.A week later, no refund. Called the company and was re-informed about the 48 hour window. I explained the situation and how the original lady told me she would make an exception, and I would not have cancelled the ride if I wouldnt be refunded. She tells me that the person who told me that did not have the authority and no longer works for the company...I understand policy, but if Im told there can be an exception, and that person does not have authority, thats not my problem. A business has to honor an employees mistake. I own a multi-state business and I cant imagine handling a customer like this.Very shady and unprofessional. This is not how you do business.

I called to cancel since our trip was cancelled. I understand that the down payment is non refundable but when I called I asked for an email confirming the cancellation so I wouldnt incur additional charges. No email confirmation of the cancellation was received. I then e mail the company twice (a week apart) stating my 2 reservation numbers, date, name and letting them know that after my phone call no cancellation confirmation was ever received. After my 3 attempts, still no cancellation confirmation. Its hard enough having to cancel a family vacation due to the covid pandemic numbers rising again but taking all this time, calling this company, then emailing repeatedly and not having a cancellation confirmation is upsetting. Im.disappointed in there lack of empathy and response.

This was by far the best chauffeur service I have ever used on any trip. Both of the drivers going and coming to airport were superb!! So nice and informative. I highly suggest this company. And if going to watercolor/ seaside ditch the rental car and take a driver there and rent golf cart as it is way easier than getting around in a car.

This company is awesome. Their reputation wining Best In Destin definitely shows with their professionalism. From cars to limos to party buses they offer some really good packages for occasions and I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation in the area. They travel far which is awesome for anything flying into the area but staying in a neighboring state. Uber, Lyft and even renting a car in this area is becoming slim to none and even though it’s a bit more than one of those transportation services you feel like royalty riding with them! Definitely will keep using their service!

I had the pleasure of having first class limo provide our ride for our wedding a few weeks ago. These guys are amazing. We had the Stretch Escalate and it was awesome. Our wedding party had 16 people and we all felt comfortable. Our drinks had been well prepared and stock full of ice. Our driver was extremely professional and a lot of fun to be around. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time and made sure our ride was smooth and safe. I highly recommend these guys for any event!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely miserable experience on our wedding day - a June wedding in Florida and the limo had a broken air conditioner. The lighting in the ceiling was falling down and the drivers phone (that he was using as a GPS since he was clueless to where he was going) died 5 minutes into the ride. To top it off - the driver said the hummer limo that we ordered always had AC problems. When we spoke to management they denied any AC issue history with the limo and still haven’t given us the full refund we deserve. Don’t use 654 limo for any event that you care about having a positive experience with, especially not your wedding day.

Used their service for pickup at my wedding. I reserved a Escalade but thats not what showed up to pick me up. They sent a suburban. When calling and talking to Andre he gave me 3 options. Cancel the service, keep the suburban while not receiving any reimbursement, or upgrade to a limo and itll take an additional 30 mins which is later than I was to be picked up. I HIGHLY recommend using another service. This is something that I shouldnt have to deal with on my wedding day.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. We paid $800 for an evening. The Limo that showed up was embarrassing. It had been wrecked, and instead of properly fixed, it had duct tape that was painted black over the wrecked portions. On top of this, we were told one thing at booking, and then another by the driver, which caused half of our passengers to not be able to ride in the Limo. We contacted the company after the event, and they were not sorry, nor willing to make things right. DO NOT use them, there are far more professional services in the Destin area.

We had a great time !! It was my sons 12th birthday and we are running out of different things to do so we rented your limo for two hours.The limo was clean, the stero worked fine, the lights didnt work (they didnt change colors or whatever they do....but 12 yr olds dont care they were just playing with buttons !!)The limo was white....wanted black but I never stated that, didnt think about requesting a color, so no problem there. Like I said it was still very nice and very clean.Chris was awesome! He was ten minutes early for pickupl, knew his way around, and went anywhere we asked him to. He picked up each child at their home and opened the door every time too, the kids got a kick out of that ! After picking up all the kids he requested an evening agenda which was a quick run to the beach and then the arcade then home. Perfect timing, very polite, and again opened the door for us all :). Overall we had a great time, thought it was a reasonable price and would recommend your service to anyone looking. Great name by the way, it got me to call you in the first place....we see you everywhere ! thanks again

We were in Destin for a funeral and did not want to deal with renting a car or dealing with directions to/from places. 654Limos team of drivers went above and beyond. Before each leg of our trip the driver phoned and introduced themself. They were on time, even a bit early which put my mind at ease. From the first phone call to the last communication, this team exceeded our expectations. In a town like Destin that is uber casual, this company was uber professional. Strongly recommend 654Limo.
