We used Black Taxi service to pick us up from the airport in Destin Fl., the driver Gabriel was on time, very polite and sociable . He got us to our destination on time. We also used the service to pickup us up and take us back to the airport and our driver Craig was also polite and friendly and on time. Each time our reservations were confirmed and the drivers were on time and very professional and friendly we will definitely use their service again and recommend to others.

Great service to and from the airport, as well as some trips in between. At a time when Ubers and Lyfts are hard to come by, it was great knowing we had a confirmed ride.

Called the day before to schedule a ride to the airport. Should have listened to the other bad reviews. I was told they would follow up with me prior to the arrival of the taxi. Well the taxi never arrived. Just use Uber. Cheaper and more reliable.

On Saturday mornings in the summer this is a great airport option! Fast service, clean large mini van for bags and better than an Uber. Even with Uber and Lyft prescheduled nobody showed up for our morning trip to VPS. So thankful for this excellent company. Will use again!

The worst Airport taxi service experience! Driver showed up late with No people skills and very Rude. Drove almost 2hrs without conversation on the location we were going to. Ends up dropping us off with all our bags at the wrong location. Not Sure where they found this Clown but he needs to Go!!

Almost hit on the road, drivers are unaware, or unwilling on using turn signals, extremely aggressive driving, fortunately I was able to avoid an accident today. Id stay very very far from a company that employs aggressive drivers or does not care to follow the laws related to driving.

It was a terrible experience. Were not from in town. Our driver arrived 15 minutes late and was very rude. He took us to the wrong address too and when we called the manager to complain, he was also rude and dismissive. I absolutely don’t recommend!

We’ve been coming to Destin every year and I suggest booking a ride in advance because the traffic is horrible and uber is not reliable in the area.This taxi company never fail us! First the car was over 20 min late and the dispatcher kept telling me “he is almost there for the whole 20 min”. Driver told me he was overbooked and it was dispatched fault he was late causing us to almost miss our flight. I called ahead of time and asked about having them bring a car seat back to their offices after dropping us off so a friend could pick it up from them (not asking them to do anything with it) and requested this accommodation prior to the service. They agreed when I booked it but were unprofessional and gave my friend a great deal of issues when retrieving it. I would recommend avoiding this group as they will make agreements with you and then claim they did not. I won’t do business with this company again.

I was going to accident on the Destin bridge not too long ago, which total my vehicle. I called and explained my situation and that I needed a ride home to Crestview. I was rudely told they dont service Crestview from Destin and then they hung up on me. I understand if the company doesnt service has a certain area, especially on the Saturday night taking business away from the local Destin traffic, but to hang up on me after I explained my situation was not professional

They were very unhelpful and refused to give us a ride that was less than a mile out of their way because they only will run in Destin. Definitely wouldn’t recommend because they couldn’t even make a small accommodation to help us out when there are literally no other cabs, Ubers, or Lyfts available and it’s almost 1 am and we’re stuck at the airport. They aren’t friendly or helpful. Don’t waste your time calling this company.

All the rental cars were sold out at the Pensacola Airport so I had to figure out another way to get to Destin with my co-workers, but my schedule was weird so I needed to schedule the times. Chris responded within 3 minutes to my email and gave us a great deal. The Pick up, Ride, Conversations, and drop off were above average. Thanks Man!

Chris the one who answered the call was very responsive to the request, noted down what was needed and informed me the details I needed. My taxi arrived 6 minutes early which was great (a couple of years back, I booked a taxi from another company for an early morning flight to the airport but it didnt show up). The car was great and the driver was also attentive fo the needs of the passenger and even asked if the heating was okay.

The owner is extremely rude... of course after they take your money. Dont waste your time or money.

I was going out to dinner with my wife last night and we needed a Taxi. A friend recommended Black taxi, so i gave them a call. I can only say...WOW what a difference from other cabs i have used.Car was like new, smelled nice and the driver met us with a smile, opening doors for us. Our flight was delayed two hours! He took us to his office to drop our luggage, 11 people and he helped all of us with our luggage and dropped us off at the harbor and came back just in time, we’ll that’s what he said now we’re tryin to find our luggage that he put somewhere and might miss our flight do not use this company !!! This is a great taxi service. They are willing to work with you on the cost of trips and you can schedule a pick up and they still arrive early to make sure your on time to meetings or work. I was sick had to go home driver Ben was great. Got to fort walton from Destin charged me 47 dollars for 13 miles. My average taxi and Lyft is 25. They did not charge me the average rate even when he read it to me his words came out trying to justify the price. I had to fly out of Panama City yesterday and needed a taxi, so i listened to my friends recommendation. The driver showed up early with a big smile on his face and took my bags to the car. Black Taxi was definitely one of the good experiences from my vacation. We flew in to Fort Walton Beach and did not have a rental, so we needed a reliable taxi. The lady at the front desk recommended them, and boy was she right. Their cars are new and always clean. The driver knew how to avoid traffic and got us to the restaurant in 5 minutes. Their rates are reasonable. Call them if you need a taxi in Destin.

I was vacationing in Destin last week, and Black Taxi were my go to for getting around. The first time i called them, they said a car will be at my hotel in 5 minutes, and by the time i was out, they were waiting for me. The taxi was extremely clean and it smelled nice. The driver was very polite and he gave us some good advice for a restaurant. I used them 3 more times after that. Definitely the best Taxi service in Destin!

Let me tell you about this shady crooked place. First off to go less than 2 miles it was 14 dollars! Uber and lyft is SO much cheaper!! Secondly, because of the price i wrote a review so the owner called me begging me to take it off if he returned some of my money. So he did and i edited my review THEN 2 weeks later charged my card the amount he took off!!! This place is foreigners and crooks. Do not use them. Its scary the fact that he held on to card info and lied to me to get me to remove my reviee all knowing in a weeks he would charge me back. (this was all over 8 dollars by the way as i told him the price i thought was fair that he should return). I hope the 8 dollard charging back to my card was worth it dude. Right before tourist season picks up. NOT SMART. Bottom line use uber or lyft unless you want to pay insane rates then be lied to.

Even though traffic makes it hard for them to get to you at times, they are well worth the wait.We tried other taxi services and they didnt measure up to the standard Chris has for his company and drivers. The driver came and picked me up promptly, was very courteous, and ensured that I had his card for a ride home from my destination.

Just witnessed this driver barreling through the intersection of airport and main street in the right lane, then cutting off traffic and almost causing wreck to get into the left lane on legion. After this, the vehicle turned onto Indian Oaks traveling at high speed almost hitting a cat. He then took a right onto bent arrow without stopping at the stop sign. The way he was driving made him a danger to himself and anyone else on the road.

Car arrived only 5 min after i called. Super clean and it looked new. They had a fare meter and price waswasvery affordable. Deffinitely a great experience.

OVERCHARGED. AJs to Okaloosa island, 6.1 MI $35!? DUDE. Even at your posted rate of $6 pick up $3 a mile doesnt add up to that. Youre giving the taxi business a bad reputation. Literally no one else charges that.
