Always a great fishing trip on the Sure Lure. Captain Don and Tom are top notch. If you want to catch big fish this is the place. This team won’t let you come back empty handed!!

These guys arent fooling around and will get you to bait fishing pretty quickly even with 6 of us on a early take off...Heading for deep water was even better and Capt. Don knows just where to go for the big bites. Cant wait to get back and fill up with some of our catch right there at the dock restaurant where all or some can get fried/grilled or wrapped for fixing later.

Don and Tom were great. Took 10, 8, 6, and 1 year old kids fishing. Kept the kids catching fish all morning and managed to mix in a shark for me. Boat was clean. Excellent experience.

Very simple. Capt. Don is the best out there. AND HE CARES. The Sure Lure is a family friendly boat and very comfortable. If there are fish to be caught DD will put you on them. It doesnt matter if you are on a trip during your vacation or winning the fishing rodeo (which we did) you will not be disappointed. I have been fishing with Capt. Don over 15 years and hope Im lucky enough to get another 15 years on the Sure Lure!!!

We went out with the Sure Lure on Father’s Day, and we had a blast, Captain Donnie definitely kept us on the fish, our grandson had a blast, he the caught the most and biggest fish of his life, and he also caught his favorite of all time, a Mahi Mahi !!! Tom the mate did a great job as well, We will definitely go out with the Sure Lure again !!!Thanks for the great trip !!!

We have taken over 15 trips with Capt. Don and been loyal Sure Lure customers for over a decade. Wish they had 6 Stars because they deserve it. You always get more than you paid for and fishing is what it’s all about . Don does it with perfection every time. I have also fished for Cobia during the Cobia run.

My sisters and I went out on Sure Lure for a day trip and had such a phenomenal time. Caught lots of fish, (mine of course was the biggest)! Released some, and kept enough for dinner. The deck hand Tom had filet all of our catch - afterward we enjoyed a big feast that consisted of our freshly caught fish grilled, fried and or sautéed, with all the trimmings like cole slaw, bbq beans and corn. Back-deck mate Tom was awesome and didn’t make us feel weird about being lady anglers, nothing weird about lady anglers we are super fun - and I am thinking of designing fishing skirts!! Totally loved it. Not intimidating at all !!!! Will be back.

Sure Lure and Capt. Don is something I really look forward to every year. Some buddys and I get to fish the Fishing Rodeo every October and always bring home enough fish to last most of the year, Cant say enough about Capt. Don and staff, if you want to catch quality fish Hes your Man.
