Had a great afternoon at crab island with captain Dave and his helper McCoy on Tuesday September 7, 2021. Met some great people and hung out in water. The experience was fun. Dave was very enjoyable and fun. One of the highlights of my trip

I really enjoyed my experience at Crab Island. The jet ski ride was the highlight of our trip. The staff made our encounter a very enjoyable & memorable. We will return very soon to your establishment. Thank you Bailey, Chelsea & Will y’all were great & very polite excellent job.

Very beautiful place to visit

Took a 3hr trip to crab island took about 10 min to get out there. They had food boats ice cream boats you can stand and walk in the water to wherever you wanted to go.the boat stays anchored out there while you have fun. They have storage on the boat for your belongings while you swim so you can bring food coolers whatever you need. Definitely the way to get out there without owning your own boat. Captain was funny and kept us laughing

Along with every other post. This company has no organization or integrity. Don’t let all the paid for 5 stars fool you. Find a different and more dependable way to get to Crab Island.

Boats are expensive to rent prices are double what they are in other areas.Crab island is basically a sand bar to swim off your boat . Water is shallow enough for kids.to swim safe. There are a few boats with ice cream drinks and floated for sale that are available . Didnt see any shells or sea life .

Reserved 5 spots with their crab island boat service which was nearly $300. Via email we were provided the the wrong address. When we arrived a manager didn’t know she was on loud speaker and was telling and screaming telling the teen at the front desk “I’m not holding the boat for anyone, nope.” The company refused to accommodate us and instead called the police rather than accompany guest that missed a boat due to their error. This place is a shame and a disgrace!! I cannot scream it loud enough how unorganized and non customer centered this place is!! DO NOT GO HERE! Spend money else where! I promise you won’t regret spending money with another company.

We had a great time! Our captains Sam and Christian were great on the tour as well! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also reasonably priced!

The water was amazing on the way out (turquoise), but both stops the water color was very disappointing (ugly green). The raft I paid $15 for at their store had a hole and was deflating so it was a waste of money. The trip was okay, would not go again.

Crab Island was so much fun...worth the transport fee...Dont step on a crab...ouch!

This was really fun and we really enjoyed the experience but the lady working the front desk was rude and when one of the ladies that was with me was trying to ask if it matter what size cooler but the lady just told us that we had to carry our cooler then walked off and started eating right in front of us.

Your trip to destin would not be complete without this adventure! Bring a floaty, or rent one!

Do not go here! Worst place ever! Horrible service after spending over $400. There’s a nice Parsi ling place next door that is work you’re money.

Very helpful staff. Went over all our options of how to get to Crab Island. You can reserve a boat or book excursions. We did an excursion and had a great time!

My husband and I we physically went there to the kiosk hunt the day b4,we bought our tickets online the day the cruise was leaving for 9am I was told yesterday by the unpleasant girl that works there,just find out we can’t get on the cruise & we can’t get our refund,being told by her no apology no refunds,that is was not the location,but we went on their website but website took me to a different automatically took us trip website but yet it by same company ,this is highway robbery by the company who has done this to the customers day in day out.we are unhappy customers.....

Tons of information about Crab Island and the local area. They also offer some deals for Crab Island vendors and can book any of the local boat rentals or excursions. Definitely worth visiting!
