Called the man for a tow because my vehicles wrecked he said it would take a minute Which was in a hour. Looks at the car ask for the address it’s going to . And through out a number over $350 I asked what’s the rate per mile and everything he just gave excuses on how hard it would be to get the car and that’s why it was so high (wasn’t too difficult) when I pressed more about his method of calculating he simply said that’s his rate UNFORTUNATELY because police were involved I had to to work I went with the quickest option but I recommend you look around before shopping here.

Friendly, great service, affordable, and readily available. My car broke down and I called several places much closer to my location before calling 5 star towing, but they were ready to have me waiting for 4+ hours. Even though they were much farther away, 5 Star Towing got to me much more quickly and the driver Steve was very friendly. I recommend this service and will probably use it again if needed.

Had a terrible blow out going 70 down the highway with my three small kids--7 & under. I couldnt exit the highway so had to pull over to the middle near a wall separating oncoming traffic with 4 lanes of traffic blowing by me. I was so scared & had no idea what to do since Ive heard horror stories about these same scenarios. Five Star dropped what they were doing to come rescue us immediately. Steve got there quick and helped me take my children, 1 by 1 to his truck and to safety. He took such good care of us. I was just so thankful to hear he dropped the car he had in tow to take care of our emergency situation. Such a professional and we are very pleased. Call these guys for fast service at a reasonable cost.

Pricing was comparable or cheaper than every other 24hr service that I called.( I called after hours) He set realistic expectations for how long it would be before arrival and I really appreciated that. When he arrived he was very prompt and didnt waste any of my time. Clearly a pro. Needing a tow sucks, but he made it suck as little as possible. Will definitely call this company again when my clunker acts up.

Fabulous service! My sisters car broke down and she called my husband and I for help. When we found out it was a big problem, we agreed she needed a tow. Ive never had to call a tow before, so I honestly looked over this company a time or two, but when we were told high dollar amounts and uncomfortably long wait times from some of the larger names, we decided to try this company and I regret not calling them first. We bought a truck that the legal (out of town) owner had put in the shop for repairs. It had been there for 27 days. Steve had towed it to the shop. When we arrived (with the titled owner) to get the truck, Steve had moved it to an undisclosed location for storage. He drummed up some additional towing, storage, and repair charges. We agreed to pay a reduced lump sum amount. Then the shell game started. It took us 5 hours for Steve to finally produce the truck. He had us chasing all over Dallas to meet him to get this truck. First it was in storage in Arlington, then it had been stolen, then he found it and got it back, then he was too busy to bring it to us, He wanted us to pay him the agreed upon amount BEFORE he brought the truck to us. Then he wouldnt unload the truck before we paid him. He took off from the agreed upon meeting place WITH THE TRUCK. THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS MAN. It is my feeling that he was trying to keep the truck so that he could sell it himself, since it was close to the 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY! As you can see in the pictures, he only has ONE TRUCK! Definitely a fly-by-night operation.

Absolutely fantastic! I blew a head gasket on the outskirts of Dallas coming from Houston. I called and Steve came out as soon as he could and picked up my keys. My car was towed that night and delivered to the mechanic shop. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I called them on Friday, May 11 to come and tow my car to my mechanic because it had stopped on me. The gentleman said they will be there within 45 mins to an hour because of traffic. I said no problem I understand. Well one hour turned into 3 and after numerous phone calls stating he was close they NEVER SHOWED AND STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS!!! To say I was frustrated and disappointed is an understatement.

We were 5 min away from the location they have posted but it took an hour and that was not communicated. When we tried to cancel, he cussed us out.

My daughter had a blowout in the middle of the night around 11:45 pm and within 30 minutes Five Star was there!!very reasonable on price and very professional great service will always call on them in the future
