The payment center service blah.They act like they can’t tally up what you owe if your account manager is not available.They don’t let you be late for even one day in the beginning and if so they added $100 to my car note for repo. Money grabbers. Trust me really needed a car then but now that I’m good I won’t go back.

They worked with me on replacing my motor. I expected it to take weeks but it took 2 weeks(1 week was due to waiting on me to pay for it). I thought I was going to have to get a new car and I didnt want to start over and have to pay a car note for another 3 or 4 years. I was really surprised how fast they worked. This is so stressful not being able to get to work, but yet they want their payments. Sadly I wouldnt recommend this establishment to purchase a vehicle. Especially if a pandemic is occuring it dont matter, they only want your money, have the sales people talking a good game to get a nice down payment out ya but the finance side do the intimidating part making you pick and choose your livihood. Never ever buy a car from these folk!!! When i say rip off.. that’s what they are and they don’t notify you of anything.... they are rip offs and they sell lemons ... and charge you as if you are getting a brand new vehicle with no miles on it.

I had put down $300.00 for initial down payment was $1300.00 for a 2013 Chevy Sonic. It had like 137,000 miles on it. Who ever had this car before I did not TAKE CARE OF IT NON WHATS SO EVER! I was sold a lemon car it BROKE DOWN ON ME less than a month. Ive already made $600 already for the payments of that car. I would like to have my money returned to me & good faith please. They are CON ARTISTS . I needed a car to get back & forth to work & they took ADVANTAGE OF THAT!!!!!!! Also I called a tow truck company to return the car back to that so -called dealership!!!

The only good thing I can say about JB BYRIDER is that once you pay off ur vehicle, you can still use their Mechanic department, as long as you still own the vehicle you purchased there. The two things that I don’t like, and these are the most important things. First, I paid off my vehicle in three years , didn’t miss a note, never once was I late! There was a couple of times I didn’t receive my paycheck on time, instead of me getting paid on my regular friday, it was going to be the following monday, so I asked for a two day Extension on paying my note, TWO DAYS!! They could not Promise me that my vehicle wouldn’t be picked up over that weekend. I couldn’t chance it, So I had to borrow the cash to pay the note because of that Particular policy. Second, BYRIDER Assured me that they reported to the credit bureau’s. Once I was ready to buy another vehicle from a different dealership, I found out that that wasn’t the case. I will never buy another vehicle from JB BYRIDER.

We have been with them the last few years and have never had an issue with them until now. In the past we have paid off 1 car so far with them and currently working on another, we have a perfect record with them with payment history, issues beyond our control happened this week in regards to payment, we let them know a week before of our situation and even gave them confirmation in writing that we would have difficulty with payment and needed more time, they had no sympathy what so ever. I understand they have a business to run but at the same time they should be more supportive during times like this. We promise this will be our last contract with them.

The service center is questionable.Leticia is not pleasant.After receiving an oil change, moments later the car starts overheating. It never experienced this problem before. Robby and the service team clearly dont know what there doing as for the past 6 months my wife has been back and forth trying to get this issue resolved and still not resolved... Cnc is a joke the only care about your payment but when confronted about there service team they are quick to say the service team is part of them but still want there money... This location has horrible customer service... Especially when you almost have the car paid off...Hey tom nice to know you are so concerned on google... My wife and i have reached out to you guys several times even have a number that leads directly to you... If you guys would learn to call someone back when you receive a voicemail this wouldnt be a issue... So excuse me if i have to call bs on how serious you guys take these matters.

I have never been more disappointed in a car lot in my life. I’ve had my truck for a lil over a year and it’s been in the shop 6 times for basically the same reason. This past month it’s been in the shop basically the whole month. When I got the car back within a hr the check engine light came back on 2 days later the fan and the radiator blew up while I was driving. The service department doesn’t fix your car they patch it up so you can drive it off the lot. And when you confront them about it they get upset with you. I’ve had 2 compressors put in my truck in the last 9 months. I advise everyone to not get a car from them.

To start, you guys know how frustrating it can be at car lots with credit issues-it can be a real pain. My salesman Adam helped me to the fullest extent with getting a vehicle and I’m very grateful. They first told me they could do an extended finance term to lower my payments to where I needed them to be per month. Waited all week long to get the car only to find out the day I was suppose to get it that they needed an additional $1000 on top of my $500 I already was told to have. Just gave me the runaround for nothing. Will be calling corporate on them to let know how they treat potential customers.

Because of their excellent 24 month or 24,000 warranty I decided to go with JD Ryder and I am so glad that I did. My fuel pump went out and they fixed it for free and paid for my tow truck bill which would have been $189 alone. Being a single mom, I was distressed about costly repairs, but they did me a HUGE favor by extending me this courtesy.Will you be buying your dream car at this place? Most likely not. But if you want help re-establishing your credit, this place will help you. Since my first payments, I’ve noticed my credit gaining points. That’s what I’m most concerned about, getting my credit on track.If you can’t commit to making on time payments then PLEASE do not come here. They are upfront that they will repossess your vehicle if you miss a payment.There is no grace period here so be realistic with your expectations.

So Ive been calling all this week because I lost my job and I’ve been trying to get relief for my car payment. Everytime I call the I get told the lady is gonna call me back but never does. This has happened for 4 days straight.

I bought a 2012 cruze about 2 weeks ago, had to miss wrk to take it on for a tire replacement 2 days after, yet the car is shaking even worse . The engine light came on yesterday and how the engine is beginning to stall on me. I never expected to purchase $15000 lemon.. now I have to loose more hours from work just to get it to the service center to be checked out... Im highly disappointed and am now regretting this purchase from JD Byrider.... continuation..... so after 2 days of repair they only fixed the thermostat, they totally disregarded the issue with my turbo sensors problem, didnt fix my drivers window , nor the catalytic converter issue, nor the major stabilitrack malfunction thats make the car undrivable at times, they fixed non of the issue that have my engine light on, light has been on since I drove home in it the first time and Ive gotten the run around ever since I signed the papers... but they want their payment on time.... Im giving them this car back soon ant well battle in court...
