Didn’t get all of the remainings and scratched my car. Before they were no scratches until I saw what the brushes did.

Sure is a neat place! Takes just a few minutes and the cars come out shiny. Great invention! Automated inside vacuum is fast and at no extra cost.

Prices raised WAYYY too high! It’s definitely not worth $17 for the top tier was. Plus they don’t have the nice amenities other car washes have such as little air blowers to blow in cracks and crevices. Won’t return anymore.

The poor car wash guy seems like unhappy with his job standing for the longest time. He doesnt guide you to line up your on the track, so be careful fellas.The owner should provide him a rocking chair so he could seat and smile this place only deserve one star. Why??? Good question huh! $10 didnt even clean car.

Just a tip to all my fellow Wash Your Own Car people, this place can be a little tricky to pull into. If you are coming from the wrong direction, traffic will not allow you to pull in to get service. Worst case is youll have to make a U-turn if youre coming from the wrong direction, but it can be an inconvenience. It is GREAT though that there is FREE vacuuming for all customers and you can take as long as you would like.

After going to this place for the last 5 years theyve decided to increase all the prices. Not cool.

Fullers is always the best choice. I live in a new home construction zone and my auto was filthy. After talking to the owners they made a recommendation and gave me $10.00 off. We talked fishing while my car was cleaned inside and out. A half hour later my car was spotless. Kudos to the owners. Highly recommended.

First bay I went to wasnt working, took my money, no attendant anywhere to help me even though it was 9am on a Saturday. Next bay I used had dismal pressure. And multiple features werent working.

3rd time and last time no more chances for full service paid $32. How hard is to clean the freaking windows and seats? Every time i come into the car the windows are still dirty and seats not cleaned after the dirt dog brings, done with this place. Visible dirt in plain sight not cleaned, save your money go else where.

I stopped in to get a carwash and decided on the spur of the moment to get a quick detail. $75 and 3 men worked on it. In about 35 minutes I had a car inside and out that was basically brand new. I had all sorts of glitter and project debris all over the inside and out was all gone. Every bit of it. Thats not easy to accomplish. I wish I had taken pictures of before and after but I didnt. Alex and Berto were 2 of the guys. Im not sure of the 3rd guys name but all of them were really terrific. I highly recommend them.

Their express wash is the only decent service. Their inside and outside was is over priced for the service. My car was still dirty inside after paying almost $30! Also the techs are careless with your vehicle. My key has been held by super glue for some time (while I wait for the replacement) after a wash I came into my car with the key hanging by a thread. The guys just giggled and didnt say anything!! Better off driving to the city for better price and service. Never coming back.

Terrible location. They let cars go through too close together. Got rear-ended while going through the car wash, which pushed my car into someone in front of me, the other 2 cars immediately pulled off after the car wash was finished. The manager was no help whatsoever, offered a $75 gift card and tried to buff out the damage which did not work.

Nice place to take advantage of self service car washing. They keep their vacuum equipment pretty well maintained - no clogged hoses, no out of order hoses etc. The prices are relatively cheap, this is my go-to carwash.

CORRUPT BUSINESS! We paid for the $6.00 car wash which is suppose to include an exterior wash and under body flush. THE UNDER BODY FLUSH WAS NEVER DONE. We checked it immediately upon exiting and the car bottom was completely dry. This was the second time this happened so it is by no means an accident. We spoke to the attendant and was told there was nothing wrong. Stay away!

I paid for exterior and interior cleaning service. They did not clean many spaces inside of my car, just skipped. About cleaning mirrors and windows, they left dirt (small hairs) due to wiping with cloth, myself had to clean after them. I don t recommend here to anyone, will not return

We paid $38 for full service they were done in 5 min the car was fairly clean to begin with but had some dust and few white dog hairs .I called the manager who was very defensive and told me dog hair doenst come off sometimes and that I was confusing the full service with detail . But he admitted seeing the dust the doors were fuzzy after they wiped it and that’s it ! Total rip off and manager had horrible attitude I would not recommend this place

Lousy service and an attitude from the manager!Spent $90.00 for a detail job. When I picked up the car I pointed out that for $90.00 I do not expect to still see ice hanging from the wheel wells.He said: were about the body, NOT about under the car.If I can see the ice protruding from the wheel well, its not UNDER the car.Its a visible blemish that should not be there $90.00 later.That manager needs a lesson in Customer Service. Try apologies and a corrective fix, rather than deflecting blame. I will definitely NOT be going back to Fullers....

This place is very pricey especially for a car wash that has pretty much everything automated and very few attendant s. I came over to get a full-service car wash for an Audi A4 s-line and ended up paying $34. I had to go through an automated system to pay for the car wash so since there was no attendant I would imagine that it would be cheaper but it was actually the opposite. Whats my car came out through the automated wash on the other end I was directed into a space that had vacuums and an older Hispanic man started working on the interior of the Audi.however once he was completely done 15 minutes later there was still sand embedded into the carpet of the back seatsand on top of that I had to ask him to wipe down the center dash which has sticky stuff on it from a spill of soda.at this price point I would imagine that people should not have to direct extra cleaning issues for a vehicle and should not have had to pay as much especially when theres everything automated so the overhead for the owner would be a lot less.besides that I think they did a good job it just took them a while and I was satisfied overall with the cleanliness

The home of the original $3 Car Wash and still the best one in the northern suburbs. Easy to get to and fine convenient location and seldom await. They do have free vacuums which were quite well. They do have a full service detail shop which I have used and it is better than others in the area and you can wait while its being done if necessary. I would skip the option on the Wheel and Tire cleaner as it did not do much for the additional price

I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. I get full service once and I paid $32 plus tip to make my car clean. But result was terrible. The guy finished my car in less than 30 minutes and first i sat in the car it smells good. There were car behind me and i start driving. Once i arrived at my daughter’s preschool and I checked my back seat. I was like 😮, it wasn’t cleaned well. He just vacuumed inside the car and put scent in there. He didn’t even vacuumed it properly. I paid $32+ $8 tip just for vacuuming my car and put spray. Come on, if the customer spent $40 to their car it needs to be worth. I am going to choose another car wash.

Very first car wash for my new truck, 325 miles. Bought it on Saturday.Left with scratches on the bed. Returned to be told the brushes only go horizontal, not vertical. Plus it would be down the whole vehicle, not just in a 2 foot area. We can charge you to buff it out.No thanks.Great place for old cars, new carsBEWARE!

There was a deal on their sign so i pulled up and asked for just that! & guess what? two men that “were helping” me were trying to stiff me out of more money! unbelievable!!! the deal was for a wash and clean for $30 something and these men were telling me otherwise and trying to get me to pay $150! that was just absurd! called the next day and asked more info about the deal they had going on, and it did apply to me!!! the worst experience ever! i wanted to try this place And i wasn’t even able to do that.

Best car wash service in the entire Chicago area!! Only downside are the steep prices for the higher tier car washes and also the fact that your car moves through the heated dryers too fast not allowing enough time for all the water to dry off which may lead to visible spots unless you wipe it off manually with a cloth afterwards.

I had my 7year old car with leather interior detailed for the first time. Fuller did a great job. I had made my car a mess including cofee stains and gunk on everything. When I got it back it looks like a new car inside!It was also convenient, they did the detailing right away when I dropped it if and finished in 2 hours as promised. Price was great too!

Good, fast carwash. However, the man that guides you into the carwash is usually smoking a cigarette, so if air circulation isnt on in your car, your nice clean car will smell like smoke.

Always take my cars here. In Chicago in the salt laden winters its nice for 6 bucks to keep your car from the corrosive matter. 6 bucks washes the under side and the top side. Quick simple and easy. Oh ya free vacums.

$4 car wash is ok, but if you decide to get a better wash where the staff is involved don’t do it. Over the years I did all levels of wash at this location and every time I was disappointed. Sometimes they forget to vacuum one side, sometimes they don’t clean all windows, dashboard is not cleaned properly. If you decide to wax, after it rains you can see they only did some areas and not cover all the paint. The staff is in such a hurry the quality is garbage. I think they should rename it the “incompetent car wash” or “we pretend to wash”

I’m in utter shock. There are signs saying go in this car wash at your own risk and it’s true. I went in for a simple car wash and left with a nicely damaged bumper. Whether the car behind me hit the gas or there was something wrong with the belt no one took responsibility or was made to. They wave people in and the cars are too close. It’s definitly a safety hazard- I was hit as my car was in the middle and couldn’t see anything. The manager could not have cared less. Now the damage is on me to repair. I would not recommend coming here. I used to come once a week and now I’ll never come again. I’m glad no one was hurt- it could have been a lot worse.

This place is great to go and get a quick wash and they generally do a good job at getting the car looking fresh. The prices are also reasonable considering the quality. This is located right on a busy street too, so it is close by your usual stores and not out of the way.

Now this is the place for a cheap and express wash on the go. Its fast and does the job. Price is great, in New Jersey same service is $9.

I get the $3 car wash there and it does a pretty decent job to get most of the dirt off. Not bad.

Automatic car washes are absolute garbage and damage the paint and body of your car. At least there are free car vacuum stations available for use first come first serve, that’s the only thing good about this place. This place is an excellent example why people should DIY when keeping your car clean, maintained, etc. Short review: Not worth it. Always wash your own car manually.

Cant go wrong with a $3.00 car wash and self vacuum.Vacuum area has a time limit of 10 minutes and video surveillance. Lines can be long on the weekends and if you have a problem you are pretty much on your own. Employee who guides you onto the car wash rails is a decent guy. Will probably not use when I buy a new car.

This is where I usually wash my car. I love that the wash includes the undercarriage. I usually get the $10 package, this includes a thorough outside wash including the rims. However, the rim wash doesnt clean them 100% and I usually have to redo them quickly using a clean cloth.

Paid for interior and exterior cleaning. They didn’t even clean the mats. If I wanted dirty mats I would have just kept driving and not stopped in.

Best carwash ever! Open late for the automatic wash (9 p.m.) and till 6 for the full detail washes. Always gets my car clean!

Best there is they do an amazing job detailing they get every spot even if u smoke they will get the smell out and itll last even after u spark up again..amazing the wash is cheap and best of all they got free vacuums..be aware though when the weather starts getting nice theres a huge line that even blocks traffic outside of the wash but it moves fast!

Not happy with tbe service. They said just a simple wipedown inside and vacuum its $15. After I got my car back, the doors were not wiped , neather the seats were vacuumed...I asked them why, they said its not included. So, they charge $15 just to wipe your wheel???

Wash was average however the wash gouged my rim and put a huge scratch on my side view mirror.

Got the $6 wash. Did not get my car clean. Still had dirt on the wheel Wells and inside them and bird poop . Went to the office to show the guy, and was told that its a machine and they dont get everything and that I get what I paid for. So basically I understand this car wash has junk for equipment and change you the same price as others to do 1/3 the job, and wont stand by the product theyre selling. I will most likely be contacting the BBB , because this place is crock.

Horrible place.Ive been here twice. First time not so bad, but it also wasnt as busy.Second time, I wanted to go in for the complete car care package. Its the $50 deal. Its busy. The car wash attendant is urging me to move forward and Im hanging back. I know what happens when you pack a car wash too closely together. Accidents. Still, he persisted and I didnt want to come off as the jerk to the people behind me, so I went forward.Big mistake. The car in front of me hits a car in front of them, I hit that car. Im not sure but someone may have hit my car too. Either way I ended up with a lot of scratches on my rear bumper, luckily my front was pretty well off.Now, lets fast forward to me talking to the manager about this. I have never met anyone so rude who is running a business. He asks me what happened, I tell him and he calls me a liar. Then as he is becoming irate, he tells me he doesnt care and that I can call the police and try to get the insurance money.Here is where it gets interesting. I opt-in for the police since this guy isnt budging and Im voicing myself.. He then tells me that if I want to talk to him like a man, hell work with me or else I can go call the police. So Im thinking, okay, let me try to work this out. I explain to him what happens and again he calls me a liar and is questioning my credibility. Hes throwing out curse words left and right, outright calling me a liar and obviously is afraid of the police showing up.He then accuses me of aiming to get a freebie. Ive spent 4x that much money on just prettying up my car several times. So obviously this really ticks me off. In the midst of this he again offers up discussion (its failed twice), cash return, or police. Seeing as how Im fasting (yes Im Muslim - dont panic) for 16 hour days I really dont want to get so aggravated that I curse or anger myself or him and others too much. So I tell him, give me my money.I get my money back but not without him shouting out a lot more profanities with regards to me. I honestly wanted to give the workers some money for what they had done but first ... they need better training both in running a car wash and the manager needs respect training. You dont pack the wash, accidents will happen and you dont mouth off to customers when youre wrong.I came home and told my neighbors about what just happened. My neighbors wife immediately knew who I was talking about. I will never recommend anyone go there nor will I go there ever again. The manager also didnt want me there as he told me with a lot of profanity.

Just like all the other reviews said horrible horrible horrible customer service I have been going there for about a year two or three times a month with one of my cars being a uber car this place it a quick clean for a cheap price never had any issues today I did quick express detail and the lever under my seat is not only broken but its completely missing I took it back and the guy confronted me who wash the car becausee knew something was he lied straight to my face the owner just proceeded to tell me he believed his guys and that he was very rich and had several car washes it wasnt about the money well if its not about the money then fixed my dang car I told him that I was no longer going to come here and he just said it wasnt fair to lose their business. So seems all he really cared about was me going back they never once offered me a refund never once offered to fix it if he so wealthy and then he proceeded to tell me that my car was a disaster and a complete mess well thats why I took it to the car wash to begin with but honestly the part that pissed me off is I was kind of understanding that the owner was stuck in the middle is my word against the employers word but I still said they did a good job cleaning my car and I wasnt even mad I just wanted to get to the bottom of it but he kept on telling me that I was lying my car was a mess so he was pretty much set on that it was my fault and not looking at it from the customers point of you even though I was still saying it was probably just a mistake or whatever and the guy lied straight to my face when he came to me and said whats the problem how did he know there was a problem to begin with and when I confronted him with this question he just said he never did that
