The station is supposed to open at 5am, but often when I drive past around 5:15 its not open yet. That kinda sucks. The touchless car wash is pretty good (only air dry though).

Horrible!!! Just bought a mint condition 2010 Dodge charger. I went through the car wash once and received bumper damage, fender damage, Im missing headlight, and a huge scratch down the side of my car.The owner refuses to take any responsibility and so Im stuck paying a $500 deductible on the car about less than a week ago. If you know whats good for you stay away from this place!!!!!

Simply put, extremely rude. Friends and family told me that these guys were total jerks but I hadnt experienced this for myself so I kept going there.But man, today I prepaid for my gas and the guy at the counter started complaining about how I pump my gas! At first I thought he was kidding but while I was pumping, the guy friggin came out of the place began tapping me on the shoulder and started waving and pointing his finger inches from my face!Im not a violent guy but this dude definitely was out of line and boy did I want to set him right.(What I do is this: I carefully sling the hose over the top of the machine, then over my shoulder thus letting gravity make sure I get every last drop. I read somewhere that not doing this and just letting the hose dangle results in losing out on a couple gallons of gas over the span of a year!)Insane, Ive been pumping gas this way for decades with no problems whatsoever, until today. Unstable and downright nuts at this Citgo!I will NEVER go there again and highly suggest you dont either.Another thing, always go with your gut instinct. I was going to head over to Speedway on Touhy in Des Plaines (they usually have the best price in our area), but I thought, What the heck, Ill give my local station some business. Wow, I wish I hadnt!Sorry to talk your ear off, but heres another example:My buddy prepaid $10 early in the morning on his way to work. And perhaps being a little out of it at 5 am and before his morning coffee, he left without pumping his gas. He drove a mile or two away then realized what hed done, turned around, showed his receipt and told them that his gas gauge was still showing nearly empty also as proof. And guess what? They wouldnt honor the receipt or let him get his gas. True story.He lost out on his $10 and had to pay for his gas again elsewhere because obviously he wasnt going to give them any more business then or ever again.Another truth to remember...Mom really does know best.Because, (you guessed it) even my Mom had a problem with the rudeness and scamming over there!Mom, I promise to always heed your advice from now on! : )This place needs to close down (we probably have too many gas stations in Des Plaines anyway lol) or perhaps at least obtain new owners/employees/management that are schooled in the ways of civility, courtesy, politeness and customer service.Thanks sincerely everyone!

Gas was kinda cheaper. Not sure if this is a consistent thing.

Quick car wash. does the job

Beware very poor customer service on the night shift. Just had a bad experience with the car wash. Only half of the car wash sprayers and scrubs worked. The canopy would not open and I had to drive through it out of fear of leaving the car in there the car would get damaged. So I go to report the problem to the clerk. He said the car wash is not broke and I was lying. I begged him to take a look at the car. He finally came out and acknowledge there was something wrong, but refused to refund my money. Instead offered to turn on the car wash and have me go back through. I asked the man why would I go back through a broken car wash. The clerk had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He was clearly intoxicated and could not rationalize. So I had to leave. I will be back tomorrow to speak with the owner.

Its actually scrape a paint with a dirt, also the quality of washing is poor, I wouldnt recomended for your car. Be careful.

Ripp off, no receipts and no prices on some products...overpriced!

The car wash actually cleans the entire car no dirt marks left anywhere. Only this is if your car is lowered u might want to avoid it it may scrape.
