Today is terrible clean my car. I spend almost 30$ and inside car looks like pay 5$. I’m very disappointed 😖

Straightforward old time car wash! Incredible job!

Stopped in to get the interior of my car detailed.Was told they weren’t doing detailing today, February 25, which is a warm sunny day.I asked if not today then when? Didn’t get a direct answer and was asked to go back and look/ask for Carlos.Hmmm... or how about I just get in my car and go elsewhere? Which is what I did.For the record the detailing bay area was open and there were no cars there... really disappointed to be turned away.

They didnt do a great job on my car + I pay 25 dollars they wet all my back sit of my car 😠😠😠😠

Very good hand car wash. Workers are very nice and very detail oriented even on a basic car wash. If you are going within a couple hours of closing time, call ahead because they close down early occasionally if business is slow.

THIEFS!!! Make sure you dont have anything in the car, dont matter if it is valuable or not. My prescription sunglasses were stolen from my door pocket along with hand grip. The value of those items is not much, but it costed me inability to work for 6 days until my new glasses could of been made which costed me a lot. I am not able to find anyone over the phone (as far as I can not drive back there without my glasses) for a whole week now. I left numerous messages and nothing. I will be proceeding with legal action for sure. I dont recommend this place for sure!!!!

I was there today to clean my car. I saw two of their employees not wearing a mask, (the rest of them were wearing it) not even when they interact with customers. I asked them why they dont wear a mask, specially if you are going to get inside someone elses car, I explained to one of them that I dont feel comfortable they not wearing a mask and getting into my car. His answer was WE DONT WERE MASKS, YOULL HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Im happy to say that not all the employees are rude and careless about themselves and of course customers. Weve been living in the area for 20 years and this car wash is a minute away from us. Is the one we go to, every time we need to clean our cars.Thank you,

Good place for a car wash

Very VERY happy with the service here. This place really takes the time to make sure their $28 dollar wash is worth every penny. Door, trunk, all the hidden places get tended to. They don’t just run your car through the ringer and call it done.

Hours are incorrect. Arrived at 7:55am in anticipation of opening. Two guys pulled up, one appeared to be in training. Waited until 8:10am and the workers walked into the building completely failing to acknowledge the customer. At 8:12am I left. This business/workers clearly do not respect the customers or their time.

Was looking for a new car wash after a the closing of Busse’s in Mt Prospect and was pleasantly surprised on completion. I opted for the Full Service car wash which was badly needed after a long trip. First impression the upgrade to Full service from basic was a lot prior to the wash. When completed it was well worth it, they took their time and did an exceptional job inside and out. The outside cleaning was great, taking care of all the built up road and bug issues often missed after a long trip.. The inside was spotless, cleaning areas easily missed. I would recommend.

This place is excellent and they really clean your car in all spots. My car really needed a wash and I never really had the time to do it. They have reasonable prices and they also take time to make sure your car is clean. They dry your car by hand, clean windows and inner frames of your including your tires.

The worst and most unpunctual place ever. I called to a make an appointment for getting my car detailed for 8am and am still waiting for somebody to open the damm shop. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional.

Greatest car wash in chicago area... great job on the interior and I have 4 kids. I dont even live in the area but get a wash as often as possible when near prices are as good as the wash highly recommend

These guys are awesome. My car was covered in mud and mud water from a bit if off-roading and even before the car went through the wash they took a brush with soap over the dirtiest parts so my car ended up sparkling clean! They also took my car antenna off for me since I could never get it myself.

Ultimate Washes are the best thing I could do for my car being that I use it for work everyday. I went to Des Plaines Car Wash today got the Ultimate Wash and he did a Great Job and one thing I noticed he did that blew my mind is that he polished my exhaust tips and whiped my seats really good.

My parents always go to the car wash so when I was looking to get my car detailed I went there and was the worst experience.paid $210.00 for the better buff, polish & wax along with interior detail for my Dodge Intrepid.All they did was use a orbit buffer to put polish on the scratches when they were supposed to use a professional buffer to buff out the scratches and then wax the car.I can see swirl marks and I dont feel any smooth wax at all.They also polished my head lights! Which will ruin then because it eats away at the plastic material that the head light lens are made from causing the head light lens to fog up and stay that way.I also paid them to clean the whole inside and shampoo the carpet. Got it back with wet hard carpet that had white salt still there from winter.Looks like they used a can of carpet cleaner like you would use to get a spot out of your carpet at home when they needed to brush soapy water into the carpet and then use a wet vac to vacuum and suck the soap along w/ dirt out.They did not clean my windows or use leather conditioner on my leather seats all they did was armor all the dash, side interior doors and tires to make it look shiny.When I got there I had to ask them to vacuum the inside of my trunk.... They put my floor mats in the trunk because the carpet was drying, when I got them out at home I found out they didnt even clean my rubber floor mats?After spending $210.00 and waiting 7 hours for the car to be done. I went home and did everything myself the right way.No wonder I dont ever trust others to do a job like this. LolIf your going to have your car detaled..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE :)
