I came in and got the cheapest car wash with the $15 interior mini cleaning. After the Chicago winter, my car floor mats were coated in Salt and these guys took care of that right quick. For $15, they do a good job, Im not expecting perfection. I brought my moms car in the following week and she too was pleased. Good place.

Do NOT waste your money on anything over a quick 15 dollar car wash.

Great job - for $24 I got an exterior wash and then got out of the car at the end and they did the inside - even washed the car mats. Just make sure you empty out your car ahead of time. They did a great job.

I came here everyday, until I saw those machine they are not washing properly the cars . They took advantage of limo drivers but they lost a lot of them because of the services & Quality. very poor management !.from the owner to employers no one is professional!Good luck with this business! Got the $15 warsh, and $15 interior cleaning. There was, unfortunately, a lot of fur from my Anatolian Pyrenees in my Mazda CX-9, and the two gentleman that cleaned the interior of my vehicle did a great job!I used Royal Touch about 16 years ago when I had my little Subaru WRX, and they did a great job keeping that vehicle clean as well.Next time one of our vehicles needs a good wash, Ill take them to Royal Touch.

I love this place. My car loves it too, it’s always shiny and ready to hit the road. Prices are reasonable compared to other car wash and service is great. I got ripped off so many times from other car wash when it comes to full service, which costs almost 200$, till I found this place and started saving up money on that. If you want the best deal ask for a membership with them. It costs 29$ a month and you can get your car taking care of once a day at no additional cost.

Best car wash around !! I have a VW Atlas and a Grand Jeep Cherokee both black vehicles. I bought the season pass and I love it !! The car wash is super clean and well maintained. I would give it 10 stars if I could !!

Horrible service! Paid (over $120.00) to get a car wash, mini detail and a leather treatment. Car wasnt even cleaned. Car wasnt dried off after car wash. Car wasnt even detailed in cup holders it anything. I had to point things out and even after I did. It wasnt done... Staff told/pointed out a car that paid for the entire package ($400.00) if I had all day I would of done that. But who cares I paid for a service and it was not done! I showed up at 5 pm place closed at 630 pm... I was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. Car was done in 30 mins because nothing was really done. Its like they used armor-all to wipe down my seats. I called the next day and went back the manager/owner said he would go back through it all. Told me that the conditioning product that they use will get better in a few days. Its been a week and I took it some where else. Place told me that my seats werent treated with anything special but a product like Armor All that left streaks all over my seats. This place also did a driving Hazard conditions my mat with some oil that made my mats very slick! Dont take your car here. Waste of money and bad rude service! So many other places around that treat customers with hospitality and i tipped them very well both tomes even with the horrible job!

I wanted a quick auto wash. So I drove up to the self paying kiosk but then was then greeted by an employee. Now, since I thought this was going to be a fully automated process, and I was in my car, I did not have a mask on. So when I saw him I stopped my car a little short of the kiosk so that I could find my mask and put it on. He kept waving me up impatiently. I kinda wanted to yell out I am going, just getting my mask. When I pulled up he was in my window, trying sell me their monthly package and trying to get me to do an interior cleaning. I couldn’t select anything myself, I had to give him my credit card, and he had to do everything. Now, again all I wanted was a quick wash. Just please, let me pay and move on. Also, With covid, I don’t want to talk to anyone unnecessarily. And I felt there was no need to talk to anyone here. I can swipe my card and use the kiosk all fine by myself. The wash was fine, standard, nothing fancy. When I exited there was guy there with a towel to dry the wet spots that were left over. Which would have been a nice touch but I was in a rush and did not want to stop.

Excessive pricing with poor results especially with interior cleaning. I can only recommend this place for exterior wash but you can also get this done at any fuel station for half the cost.

Their machines leave scratches on your car

I had a $70 mini detail. It was quick and the car looked very good. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because some small details were overlooked like moving the seats to vacuum underneath, the cup holders were still in need of a little more scrubbing, but overall, for the price, I would definitely go again. Next time I go I will be sure to mention the seats and cupholders, to make sure they are done.

Cheap owner unwillingly to do cash back for tip after I already purchased a wash! Shameful probably pays his guys 6 bucks a hour those guys have to make a living! and my car sat 5mins and wasnt dried properly!

Fred the manager is horrible. Does not know one thing about customer service. Not only would he not accept a gift card I received but waived his hand in my face and told me to leave.I received a gift card. Why would I not be able to use it towards services you offer.To top it all off, on my way out, their employees outside apologized to me on their managers behave. That says a lot.I will find a way to use this gift card and never come back here.I was also willing to pay $60 in full for a car wash plan.Fred is not good for your business. He is rude and has an anger problem.I will also report to BBB that I was unable to use a gift card for services.

They won’t allow you to vacuum your car. You have to purchase a premium car wash and plus 30$ to vacuum your car and interior cleaning. I’ve been there several times.

They charge me $15 for a car wash and when a wanted to use the vacum for inside the told me i need to pay $14 more, $15 for outside washing ? Plus outside washing it’s very very bad. I don’t recommend this car wash at all

At the start of this pandemic I bought a new CTS-V and was nervous about using an automated machine. The manager spent a long time explaining how it worked, and then when I got there he took his time, told me to go slow and relax getting it on the track. Excellent, friendly and professional customer service. Car looks AWESOME. One thing I want to point out, I went on Easter Sunday right around closing time and he was in absolutely no rush to get me through. OK Ive only been there once, but I will certainly go back. Some of the negative comments below describe services or facilities that this location dont even offer...did they review the right company? Thanks for making my car shine. First thing I am going to do when we are released from quarantine is sign up for the unlimited plan! Does anyone know if I can buy the gift card during these times,

This place was super cool I mean they had a really extensive high-tech wash and its really nice when your car is parked nearby in one of the OHare parking lots to get it cleaned after your trip service was exceptionally courteous and professional. They did my car on a really cool day and not a complaint or lack of attention to detail. They do have some nice wash package is inside. And prices were very competitive for the area I would definitely go there again.

Very good car wash! Better than most around.

The worst car wash I have ever been. I left my car for detailed cleaning but I don’t think they know what it means. I spent $270 and they didn’t even vacuum my trunk, there was still salt left. They didn’t open my cup holders and cleaned them, so everything was still dirty and sticky. If you need detailed cleaning don’t even go there because you spend your money and still have dirty car.

The staff was really nice to me and understanding about the fact that someone threw up on my backseats while driving for Uber. They were able to get me in and out quickly, my backseats look brand new and my car smells incredible. They were also reasonably priced for how good it looks & how efficient they were.

Paid 15 bucks for the Royal wash and 15 for interior. Car exterior was clean, inside looked good but not worth 30 bucks... Didnt have cash so had to buy 5 dollar Glade hanging freshener to get $5 back for a tip. So in all spent 40 bucks...

Always provide a great service with the royal touch and interior cleaning to my car. Highly recommended.....

Car wash is good, but not worthy to go for the option Extreme wash.They say tires and wheels shine but I could see lot of dirt on the wheels & tires

I go here every once in a while to get my interior cleaned. Overall they did a good job. The detail to the interior cleaning was just okay. There were still smears on the window and crumbs in the center counsel. For a $25+ car wash I expected better. There was also no one by the car wash entrance. I sat there in front of the car wash entrance for some time. It was a Satutday so they were busy & I expected someone to be there.

As far as the carwash goes, they do an excellent job. The hours are not accurate. I have monthly membership and 9 times out 10 they close way earlier the posted hours. As a professional chauffeur reliability is key. In most cases I have to go else where for a carwash. Not a good value and I plan to cancel...

I like the self wash station, the no touch car wash could be better. The car wash could smash your mirrors like it did with mine, so you have to fold them in before hand (normally don’t have to fold them in at other car washes) Did a okay job with the most expensive wash selected. Had to go home and finish the job which is the whole reason why I drove through instead of using my pressure washer and soap sprayer. But the self wash stations are great!

I appreciate the speed, professionalism, and quality of the manual service. It’s not perfect but well worth a few extra bucks. I find the mechanical wash expensive but the other reviewers are correct—competitors are equally or more expensive. Good mechanical washing service otherwise. I recommend these guys.

The wash bay was decent but the value for money was very poor.Reason: The basic $8 Deluxe wash does NOT include vacuum, not even self vacuum! They say the vacuum option starts at $14. I have never ever experienced a car wash where the basic self vacuum service starts at $14, that’s a rip off! Disappointing!

This was my first visit to Royal Touch Car Wash and Detailing. I read the reviews,called, and made an appointment. My car had several scratches and my carpetingwas a mess. When I picked up my car it looked new! I got several compliments from friends and even the service technicians from the auto repair shop where I get my car serviced. The detailing shop did an awesome job. Its great to drive a clean and shiny car! I think I even get better gas mileage!

Cant go wrong with $29 monthly pass. They call it the (unlimited $29 pass) but in reality it isnt unlimited. Its limited to 1 wash a day. The hand dry isnt included but my car dries off by the time i get home so no biggie

I have been going to Royal for almost 2 years now, over all Excellent service. They pay close attention to detail, and if you notice something that might have been missed, bring it to there attention, they are more than willing to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend this place, I have a new vehicle and not a scratch on it. I would like to say though, tip generously, those guys work extremely well.

Modern equipment, fast service...$15.00 for automatic wash which did not clean car, or remove snow at all. Car had minimal snow and the manager told me it was not his fault the car had snow on it. I asked why they were open and he turned his back and walked away.All I replied was last time Ill come here.Poor business and no ethics...shame pretty new business and evidently no concern of customers satisfaction.

Quick and easy. If you get the inside vacuumed, they do a pretty decent job with that too. I rarely have any issues with this place and Im in and out in less than 5-10 minutes.

The worst place to wash the car, they are irresponsible !! the machines that they have to wash are not safe, the first time we went, the first day we also hired the monthly washing, the machine got stuck causing a great damage to the trunk of my vehicle, the pieces went to the well they claim to have and The part of my car was destroyed, and they were not responsible for saying that it was a machine error, it is too risky, too bad service, the worst and lack of responsibility with the machines that run risks! They never took responsibility for the damage caused!

My cars interior was very dirty from driving it to a work (construction site) and they were able to get it looking good again!

I recently got the monthly car wash deal for $29.99 a month with unlimited washes. Just got a new car last summer & was super excited to have a car always looking clean. Problem #1; I went one day to get my car washed to find out that they do not dry the car after the car wash because “it’s not part of the package I purchased.” I was told that I can cancel at any time which shows me they do not car about my business & for their workers to dry the car is labor. Well who are you to say I’m not going to tip them?Problem #2; took my car to get washed today & even added the interior wash for an additional $12. Got into my car to see that my center console was not cleaned & nor was my rear hatch.Beyond unsatisfied

Stay away from this carwash “management” and employees do not care about any car or person that goes through their wash. My car was stuck on their track and they blamed me for it when cameras proved them wrong. Worst run business I’ve ever seen, there is not one employee that cares about anything at this terrible establishment. I hope to see this car wash suffer from their terrible customer service.

They did a great job cleaning my car from inside to out. Plus they have a nice waiting area. Another perk is they sell Yankee air fresheners which I love! Staff is friendly.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been in.. it literally scraped the paint out of my bonet.. plastic like brushes.. they dont use water at all.. worst of all is the management.. I had interaction with the owners and they are the most unprofessional and greedy people you will ever deal with. They dont know the c of the customer service.. I feel extremely pity on the limo drivers who hand over their expensive cars to them.. I will never recommended this to anyone.. even if he is my enemy.

Its close to work, so on the days I drive instead of taking the train, I go here during lunch to get a quick wash and clean. Theyre quick and professional and the prices are pretty reasonable relative to other places for the services. Would recommend.

Automated place. You arrive and choose what wash is neede and pay. Drive in and its one of those automatic car washes. They do undercarriage wash so I was happy with that. Prices are well priced. Take advantage of there winter specials.

Manager is a sad and pitiful human being. He is beyond rude and obnoxious acting like a third world dictator who thinks he owns everyone.He wouldn’t answer what the fees include. When I asked the question he responds and says “ let me handle my business” and walks away. I had to remind him that I was his business and put him in his place.Terrible way of handling clients. Won’t be back here again ! Stay away if your dignity means anything to you otherwise be prepared !

Really good exterior wash. I go several times per week.But DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE INTERIOR SERVICE!They did a horrible job on the windshield. I went to the manager on my next visit...id have gotten a better response if I pissed into a fan. So he is a jerk but maybe the guy working on the car has an off moment. EXCEPT it happened 2 more times! So its not an oops...its the way they do business.

I have been using this place for few years now and was never disappointed. Very friendly customer service and they do great job. The only thing that I dont like is the new system for the tire dressing that is being applied by the machine. It leaves the dirty tire dressing marks on the whole rim and I have to clean it myself every time I run my car through the wash. If I dont clean it, it looks dirty and it attracts break pad dust really bad.I am leaving 5 starts for all the guys that are doing awesome job all year round! I highly recommend this place - best automatic car wash ever! Thanks

I have been going to Royal Touch for quite some time now and have never had a bad experience. The workers are friendly and do an excellent job no matter how busy they are. I would recommend this car wash to anyone.

I was there today for my car to be cleaning, I paid for full service $27.00 dollars and my car doesnt look clean in the interior. Floor mats still wet and some areas not even cleaning. They used to have better service.

Cracked and broken windshield in addition to the broken driver side wiper blade. This is the second occurrence of a broken wiper blade for me at this location but this time it cracked my windshield. I’m done with this place. Beware.

I wanted a hand car wash, which they do offer, but the guy kept pushing me to do the automatic car wash. I told them of my concerns about my rims scratching due to the belt clamping on and he promised that it won’t. Guess what? I came out of the automatic wash with my front left rim scratched up because of that belt that clamped on to my rim.I guess I should’ve followed my gut and left with a refund instead.

Car comes out in very good and clean condition. Great location and always fast service. Sometimes the car isnt dried as well as one would like, but overall very good service.

First timer. Experience was just so-so. Black smudge still on the front left hood. Wiped it off myself with a towel. Customer service by the interior cleaner was less than what I would have expected. Guy said my car ready, waited for his tip (I already had it in my hand to though). Then he disappears without asking if I was satisfied with his work. He was no where to be found when I wanted him to fix something he missed. I wont be back.

This review probably wont change anything but hopefully theyll make a change for the better.Ive been paying for the monthly service for about 8 months now. 80% of the time the service is good but lately, no one has been out to dry the car or open wit in the operating hours. I called and spoke to the manager whom was very rude and short with me. He didnt care to take any time to listen to my complaint and hung up on me. For an owner/operator to treat their clients this way is extremely bad business. However, this is just a car wash and you obviously get what you pay for.With that said, hopefully the owner wakes up and changes his attitude for the better because it is rotten nasty. They tried to charge an extra fee of $10 because my car had a little bit of mud on the left side. I told the employee this was not fair, so he answered me So dont wash it. The worse part was when I found that he was the manager. I cant believe that this type of business could be managed by such a bad and rude manager. Definitely, I will never come back.

Royal is the best place in Chicagoland for a wash and/or detail. I have tried places from Kankakee to Rockford to Chicago and continue to go back to Royal.They are the most thorough, the team doesnt miss any spots inside or out, and they never play finders keepers with items that have slipped between seats or on the floors.

Thought since it was on the way home from work i would stop and finnaly try it. 2006 Monte Carlo there is nothing but a tiny spring that holds the gas door closed. When i went through the dryers it came open, as i tried to close it discovered it had broke. The employee I told chuckled about it so i spoke to the manager. He said i must have been broken befor i got here and offered me a free wash for next time.....next tume? Im not coming back. Manager acted arrogant and condacending towards me. $29 for a wash and quick interior. Still had to get them to reclean the windshield to get the bugs off. Never get anymore of my money.

To the owner of the car wash. First thing you should fire the manager he treates customers like a piece of s**t. He Annoys peopke and does not smile at anyone and his arrogant beheiviors made me cancel my membership and many of my driver friends think in the same way and considering to cancell their memebship also. If you do not believe me do a survey one day and you will see it for yourself. Rather then being helpfull he is extremely disrespectful. Has absolutely no manners. And I will never step foot to this facility ever again. This behavior is completely unexeptable. This issue should be adressed immediately.

Avoid!!! Expensive, unfriendly, unprofessional place. $22 for an automatic wash is funny. After that you need to go to a real car wash to re-do the wash cause your car is half unwashed. Save your time and money, and find a better place to wash your car. Avoid!
