I love them!! My favorite Ford in the country. Got my car broken into and my keys stolen and they helped me get it in to the shop immediately and re programmed. Never had a bad experience here, every worker is helpful on the phone, in person, and they keep you very informed. I’ve been to about 10 other fords in my life and never to one that works as efficiently and cares about their customers as much. I was having a tough day when my car got broken into and everything stolen and each time I got on the phone with them it cheered me up hearing a helpful voice. Been going here for little things for my car for about a year now and never had an issue or long waits. They really do have exceptional customer service, quick operations, and I’ve never seen someone leave without a smile on their face.

STAY AWAY! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!Had a coupon for 49.95 oil change ended up paying 71.61. They’ve said I needed an extra quart of oil, and they have replaced my drain plug. (Without asking, so just charged me for it!) On the bill it shows topping off fluids, starting the truck with no windshield washer. Also no sticker to show next oil change date or milage on the windshield.

Tomas D saves the day! I booked an appointment this past weekend and upon arrival was informed that there was an error and the system shouldnt have allowed me to schedule an appointment. This meant they couldnt actually do the repair. This was obviously frustrating especially since it was a relatively small fix.Despite trying to clean up the mess of multiple people scheduling appointments in error Tomas went out of his way to come examine the car with me. Tomas then went so far as to take personal ownership of the issue and told me that if I was willing to the leave the car he would take care of it on Monday. As promised Tomas gave me a call on Monday, got everything resolved and did it at an extremely reasonable price! Tomas turned a potentially awful experience into a great one, hes the reason Ill be back to this service location in the future. Thanks Tomas!

Jorge changed the price on my oil change. Jorge quoted me $50 when I dropped my car off for a simple oil change. When I came to pick it up the invoice is for $70. The works package ($50 oil change) didn’t apply in my case, no explanation why.

Had my transmission fluid and oil changed here, and brakes checked. They got the car in right at my appointment time, and worked very efficiently to get me out of there quickly. I can be pretty persnickety and they did an excellent job. Crazy enough, these two services were literally half the cost of my local auto shop. 100% will I start getting other work done here.

Wow! Great customer service. I came in without an appointment because my breaks were making a grinding noise. They took a look at it quickly and gave me an estimate of the repairs. Called a Lyft to take me to work and one to bring me back once everything was finished. Great experience, thank you.

I purchased an o2 sensor (bank 1, sensor 2) for my 2007 Mercury Milan here. I had been having trouble finding the correct sensor for my vehicle (Mercurys have been discontinued for a while so its difficult to find parts sometimes, which is why I went to the dealership in the first place). I asked the lady at the parts counter 3 or 4 times to check that they were giving me the right one because they also seemed unsure about it and they dont allow returns on electronics. She talked to some of the mechanics and they ensured her it was the right one. I compared it to the old sensor and it looked similar so I purchased it. When I went to have it installed I found out that it was slightly different from the other one and it wouldnt fit. I went to return it and showed her the difference between the two sensors and she basically laughed at me and insisted that she sold me the right one anyway and it was some how my mechanics fault. I called up another Ford dealership and they straight up told me she sold me the wrong one. I purchased the correct one from them, installed it and it fixed my issue. Now Im out $80 because they sold me the wrong part. I would strongly suggest that you go to a different Ford dealership with your business because they were much more friendly and actually got me the part that I needed.

We should expect better from a dealer.Quick check in. Took nearly 2 hours for oil change though. I was asked if I wanted tires rotated and said yes. Tires were never rotated. Work done was never reviewed after completion. I had to ask for a receipt. Would be nice to know what was checked while in bay and condition items were found (air filters, brakes, tires, wiper blades, etc.) Felt like a rush job but took a long time. Makes me even wonder if items were even inspected. Car returned to me with greasy handprints on inside and outside of door.

Stopped in on my way back to Ohio with several problems with my truck. With being out of town and wanting to get back on the road asap. Vince Robles got my truck in fast and figured out everything that needed to be done and took the time to show me what they found. He understood I was trying to get back on the road fast and didnt try to over sell me on anything unlike other shops. Even though they didnt have all the parts I needed, Vince was able to track them down and get them while I waited. He even went the extra mile to recommend hotels and help me find the best deal. I would highly recommend Quick Lane to anybody in the area or passing through like me. These guys really know their stuff and fast at what they do. I was treated like a family member and they really took care of me. If I lived in Denver this would be the only place I would take my cars. Thanks again Vince and all the guys at Quick Lane

These guys are absolutely amazing!! When I purchased my car up in Fort Collins last year, I was given a coupon booklet for maintenance. Since I moved down to Denver, I didnt want to drive an hour north just for an oil change. I called my dealership and was incorrectly told they partnered with Quick Lane at Barbees Freeway. I arrived to get an oil change three days before my 17-hour drive to Michigan and was told that they didnt accept the coupons. However, they were still willing to give me a free oil change! Not only that, but they did a free front-to-rear inspection AND washed my car/vacuumed the inside!! The service was quick and the mechanics were friendly. I am now so loyal to this place! If you ever need work done on your car, I would highly suggest going here!

As far as service goes these guys are great Ive been using them for 2 years for my personal and my company vehicle no issues. However I wont be returning with any work after last week my work vehicle was left unlocked on the lot by one of the techs, and as a result I had all of my personal belongings and some parts stolen out of my van. This is such a simple thing, I have worked in a dealership/service myself before and no only did we make sure we locked vehicles but the ones we knew had lots of high value parts in the back we would leave locked inside.

I took my suv to get the wheel bearing hub assembly replaced about a year ago. I called and I was told that it had a 2 year warranty so I took it in because my car was making the same noise as before the repair they said if it was the same thing they would fix it if not they would do a diagnostic on the car and charge me. Well I left them the car and they charged me $120 for the diagnostic and no clear answers on what the problem was.but did offer me to buy new tires alignment balancing Ext. Which would start at 1000 plus. The point of the story is that they were more concern on making more money out of me then fixing my car be aware. maintenance is super overpriced too. Your better of taking your car to an honest mechanic or shop. Im never coming back here ever.

Jorge and the guys here do great work and go above and beyond. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and they caught an improperly installed part I recently had replaced at a different shop. This improperly installed could have easily caused a major failure in the suspension resulting in an major accident. He informed me he can perform the repairs needed, but also recommended I show the shop manager that improperly installed the part and demand a refund. I took his advice and got my full refund from the other shop and will be taking it to freeway ford service for repairs and everything else from here on. Thank you for the great work!

Taken my car for oil changes only. This place stripped the bolt to the oil pan. Management wouldnt even consider taking responsibility for ruining my car,wanted to charge me $500 to fix theyre mistake. Had to tow my car home. Never never never will i recommend this place.

Bad service, took a week to fix my car after an appointment was present. They were deposit to order a part and call when it came in. When I called to se what happned the man told me I rejected the repair. He hung up after O called him on it. I ed the manager and was told what do you want me to do? He ordered the part and dropped the ball twice more. Incompetent organization. And never apologized or offered any compensation for their actions. Sony months later my car is still not fixed. I have text messages to prove all of what I am writing.

I took my Ford cmax in for a new hose for the window washer cleaner and to replace the mobility tire kit. I was informed it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to do. 2.5 hours later my car was still in pieces. I had a class in less then 45 minutes. I told them to put my car back together. I couldnt miss this class. They put my car back together while apologizing. But my repair is not complete and I still need to go back. They did however say I could get a rental for free because the repair maybe all day

I made an appointment for service and received three email notifications/reminders of the appointment. When I showed up at the correct time, the technician said they had no record of the appointment. I showed him the emails and he said their online system doesnt work. He said I could leave the car for a couple days and theyd get to it. Sorry, if your scheduling system doesnt work then thats your problem - dont make it my problem. When a customer has an appointment I would expect you to honor it.

Made an appointment for 10 am. Its was 1030 before I was helped. Then they put the wrong oil in my diesel truck. I had to argue with the manager (ask for Craig) about what oil goes into this diesel. I was reading directly from my owners manual. He insisted thats hows its done in Colorado. Then Craig says, either that, or I have the oils backwards Yikes! Take your diesel anywhere else besides here!!!!

Had a horrible experience at their quick-lane. When I got there they estimated 1-1.5 hours. Fine. Two hours later and they said it was done and would take 5-10 min to get the car and pull it out. 20 min later had to request where my car was, and got attitude from the woman working there. Luckily one guy was helpful and 10 minutes later finally had my car. But they couldnt give me the inspection because their printers werent working even though the first guy showed me the inspection before he must have left on break. Awful.

After bringing my car in for a routine oil change, they recommended items that were completed on the last visit (which cost me $2,500). Why wouldnt they review your previous services before making recommendations? Also, this is a Ford Dealership and I got a notice from Ford about a safety recall on my specific model. Shouldnt they be aware of safety recalls and ask if you have had that service completed? Now I have to go back to get subpar, I dont want to be here service.

First off, we had an appointment and made it clear we were passing by and had a time restrictment. Before we made the appointment they said they only had a 35 minute turn around. We went out of our way to get there only for them to tell us it would be a little over 2 hours. Completely matter of fact and unprofessional. I would understand if we were a walk in but that wasn’t the case. Don’t take your car there. Shady part of town anyway.

My boyfriend and I just came home from an inspection service, they told us nothing was weird or wrong with his car, we go out to buy a part they recommended and we realize they broke the hood latch. So now we cannot open the hood, and we attempted to open it multiple ways for an hour and a half. They could not own up to their unprofessional mistakes when we specifically asked if there was anything wrong. There were multiple red checks on the review, there were no comments, nothing. When my car was finished first, they told us his car would be done soon, 40 minutes later we receive an unworkable car. We are beginning to wonder if they even worked on it, or if they broke it and slammed the hood shut, so its not their problem. Ford is responsible for hiring people that do not know what they are doing.

I took my truck here for an oil change. I checked the levels the next day and noticed that the radiator fluid was low. I added a gallon!! I called them to ask why they missed it and the managers reply was it obviously happened after the oil change. There was no evidence of a leak or puddle in my driveway. I will never return here and advise anyone to go to a professional mechanic.

Took my fleet vehicle here for a scheduled appointment. They had no record of my appt. They said there would be a wait for approval from fleet company. I waited 2hrs then called the fleet company myself who said they had just received the request 10min ago (after me waiting 2hrs!) with an upcharge for service. Got the fees worked out, service performed in less than an hour and left 3 1/2 hrs after arrival. On Saturdays, it feels like they dont care about customers. One guy on the phone was telling folks they had no time for oil changes until Monday. Then, someone would walk in off the street without an appointment and they would have them in an out quickly. I wont even waste my time in their service department. Its even worse!

Took my escape for tune up and wipers change on June 9th. Unfortunately tech gapped spark plugs at 70 instead of 30 which caused multiple misfires damaging one of the coils. Rear wiper wasnt pushed in all the way and front wiper arms were adjusted for some reason and now only center of windshield gets wiped not the whole windshield which is safety concern!!! All that for $300 and 2.5 hours. Tech could not possible know how to do his job. Please save yourself money, time and nerves. This dealer is only excellent in oil changes. $550 to repair the damage caused and to get tune up redone by professionals.

Horrible customer service. We had a problem with our new Ford’s diesel fuel trying to gel. We added additive, got it going again, but the check engine light was staying on. Our dealership in Oklahoma suggested we have the engine scanned at a local dealership-it only takes 10 minutes they said. Pulled into Barbee’s Freeway Ford Quick Service in Denver and was told they were too busy. So now we have a 10 hour drive in front of us pulling a cattle trailer praying nothing is truly wrong with the engine.

Ive given this place many chances to prove me wrong. Never again. They have proven themselves to be thieves and liars. I will, on occasion get a coupon for The Works which is basically just an oil change with tire rotation. Today i went in with a coupon for the works for $45. I was charged $56. I asked why the difference. The counter guy told me that those coupons arent really the price they charge because shop costs and labor vary! Whats the point of the coupon?The previous time I went in with the same coupon, the counter attendant told me that they could honor it, but wont rotate my tires because they are bald (they arent) and it would be pointless. He also said I have to flush power steering because the fluid is burnt and dark in color (its not). I asked today if my tires were okay, because i wanted to see if the guys were even looking. Counter guy today said yeah tires will be fine through the winter and will check again when summer comes. What about the power steering fluid? Counter guy: its good too .Today i got my car back in 20 mins other days for the same service 2hrs! After pulling the car into the bay!Broken lugs, greasey hand prints all over my glove box and leather seats and oil warning light still flashing when i pick up my car. I could go on but i think ill just call the problem solvers. This place is a scam. Take a coupon in and see how they try and sell you a bunch of lies why they arent valid and prices changeOh another kicker.... i called the week prior to schedule an appointment and the guy said they are slammed until Thursday so i scheduled. I am giving Barbees 2 stars and heres why. When I first bought my Ford Focus in early 2009, the experience was great and the service department gave me exceptional treatment. The staff has consistently declined in customer service quality since then, which I suspect is due to a number of factors including staff turnover, pressure from management to upsell everything, and the fact that my Focus is now out of factory warranty and from a money making standpoint, not their problem. My Focus is still running strong with 112,000 miles on it and has been a great purchase, but every time I go in to SPEND MONEY, the staff treats me poorly and acts annoyed. Ive also called the service/parts department for simple requests and they act annoyed. One even hung up the phone on me. Also beware that certain fixes and parts are a rip-off. Ive managed to complete these myself through simple Google searches and buying the parts online for much cheaper (Original Ford Parts from other, out of state Ford Dealers, no less) saving me hundreds of dollars.

I had a recent problems with Big Mike Naughton Ford with Griff so I decided to change to Freeway Ford Ive had nothing but great service with them, was getting an oil change some on my truck and while I was waiting i needed a mirror so I went to parts they got me the mirror great service there went back to my truck and was attempting to get it on right and was failing, Colin the tech came out and was grabbing my truck and saw what I was doing told him I was having a problem with getting it fully on he asked if he could try got it on in one try and told him thanks, they got a great crew there if I was at Mike Naughton Ford they would have told me I needed the whole thing for 300$, Freeway Ford has great people working there, Quick lane people there are great.

***STAY AWAY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!***Cliff notes - they dont value customer time, like to ban customers, and claim extortion!I had an appointment made during the week for a recall on my F150 and an oil change. I was told this would be a one day repair so I dropped my truck off in the morning and by 4 pm I didnt hear anything so I called them. They said they were backed up and werent able to get to my vehicle yet (would have been nice to receive a call about that) and wanted me to come back in and get a rental as they didnt know when it would be completed. I said I understand that mistakes happen but that means I would have to come back to the dealership to drop the rental off which is all the way across town making a total of 3 trips instead of 2 due to their mistake with not being able to work on it. As a result of this I asked for a discount or free oil change for making up for my 40 min one way drive to the dealership. They denied a discount or free oil return and I expressed how this upset me and I would leave an online review about my experience. When I arrived the Service Manager (Oly Novinsky) said he would not do business with someone extorting his company and said he wouldnt do the recall or oil change and to take my truck and leave. He claimed that me leaving a review about their service was extortion and now wont service me or my families vehicles!

4 hours + for an oil change and brake pads. No multi point inspection sheet like Phil Longs Ford gives you after and no sticker giving you an idea when your next appointment should be.

Overall experience was fine. Just took several hours for a battery replacement on a Saturday (the battery is in a location innaccessible to the common man).
