When you expect your agent to give you the best policy for purchasing a 20 year old home, they end up screwing you in the end. A customer would want an agent to give them the best policy to cover a full roof replacement and not actual cash value of depreciating roof. A higher cost of premiums wouldnt matter much to me as long as I get a good policy so I expect a good agent would make recommendations or put a policy in place that is in the best interest of the customer. This is bad business practice. A total money grab. I would not go with American Family Insurance or this particular office. Insurance companies are trained to pay you the least amount but this insurance company take the cake for being the worst. I will make sure to let the Vietnamese community know their business practice and recommend not to using this insurance company or this particular office. Im going pay for the roof out of my own pocket and then drop this insurance company like a bad habit.

Been having a tough time with the Covid19, and after talking to my agent I was able to get some inputs about the sba and other grant options out there, my agent didn’t have to go her way out to research but she did for that I’m thankful.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Lai Lila would not cancel my insurance without proof of starting another insurance, even though I sold my car. She then made me write and fax in a written statement that I wanted to cancel. She was very unpleasant the whole time and did not respond to email. I had to call and follow up with her twice. The first occasion she was clearly not in an office, though she took the business call during business hours, and asked for me to call her back. She didnt offer to call me back but insisted that I call her back at a time that was better for her. Ridiculous. I did. She finally cancelled my insurance but, instead of sending me a bill, she sent me to collections and I got a notice some weeks later. She seems vindictive and unprofessional, almost as if my canceling my insurance was a personal stab at her. I would highly recommend choosing a different agent.

Excellent service although sometimes I do get frustrated with the company but it’s not the agent’s fault on what claims pay out.
