Lorenzo has been a great help in finding the right insurance products for our family. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and explain the different products to us (we have only recently moved to the US so things here are a bit different to home). We spoke to and obtained quotes from a number of brokers and had the most confident in him and the price was great too. I would highly recommend!

This used to be a great agency, but when Eddie retired, it has gone downhill. Customer service is awful! Who has to call 2 times to get a change of address done? Both times it was not completed correctly. If you can’t even change an address correctly, how is one supposed to trust an agency that I am getting a good deal on my insurance and if I am in an accident that my claim will be handled correctly? No thanks! You lost my trust and Allstate lost a customer for over 20+ years.

Lorenzo has been awesome to work with! He even follows up multiple times if you are missing anything, extremely thorough. I have really enjoyed working with Lorenzo and Antonio. Highly recommend.

As the new homeowner, figuring out which policy would be best for me and my family was tricky. But Chris did a wonderful job explaining all of the pieces and parts of my policy and helping me choose the right one. He was very professional, responsive and showed that he truly cared about me and my home rather than me just another business call. I was very impressed with the attentiveness and service the agency provided, especially the follow up call checking in on how everything was working out.

This team is a pleasure to do business with. I have had all of my insurance with them for almost a decade and couldnt be happier. They are very educated on insurance and will answer any questions you have, and offer improvements to your coverage you might not even know you need. I will not recommend this agency. They made a mistake on their end when dealing with my insurance. I saw an outstanding bill payment due and I called them asking why. They told me that they made a mistake on their end and they corrected it. That’s why I got a new payment due. They told me I need to pay for that. They also try to justify it saying I should have got a higher rate from the beginning so that’s why I am responsible for the new payment due. What a great agent! Think about some day you get a new payment due and you be told to cover it yourself due to their mistake.Reply to the owner on 7/7/20:Thanks for the reply. Actually I didnt know your agency had the address wrong - I saw the outstanding payment due dated 10 months after I initially paid it in full (through lean holder account) into my policy. I called for reasons why I got an outstanding due and that was when I was notified the address was input wrong by your agency. I am okay with making a mistake because everyone makes mistakes. It is just something got secretly changed and affected my due, and telling me I am the one who is responsible to pay the due. No one told me about anything until I found it myself - who would check their condo policies after paid in full on a daily/monthly basis after all? I am glad I found it myself to avoid facing any debt collectors or dings on my credit.Just a suggestion - When making a change to your customers policies regardless why, keep them updated or give them a heads-up. A timely apology with correction to mistakes made by your agency will be a better solution.

Agency is ok, Allstate neglected a claim that was submitted Dec 5. Took over 2 months to get resolved. Poor service. Had to call agent twice to get things fixed.

I see there Toyota FJ s around town and there drivers on there phone. Some talking some texting. Really? Auto Insurance companies should know better ya think. I hope they get pull over by the police and get a ticket so there premiums go up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I was with Allstate for over 5 years and this agency ruined it for me. When I contacted Corporate they were no help either. False promises, failure to update information and policy changes, never bothered. I even sent requests in writing. More than 6 months after moving and they never updated my my auto policy address, even after several requests via phone and even written requests via email. This cost me late fees, that they refused to refund even though it was their error. Avoid at all costs. I switched to Liberty Mutual and saved 40% on my renters policy and $40 a month on my auto. Skip this and go check out Liberty Mutual.
