This agency knows me by name. They really take time to understand my situation and needs and always give me a quality product. When I am shopping, they are honest and if they can make me a deal they do, but if they cant, they are honest and offer suggestions. I feel like I know each of them personally and they care about my business.

I originally purchased my insurance online through Allstates website back in April of this year. I liked that I was able to navigate what I needed and select my policy the-day-of online. I completed my insurance quote, and Christina sent me a Welcome e-mail the following day.My policy was set to renew on Oct. 19 this year, and I assumed that I would be driving a bit more, so I wanted to edit and change my policy. (when I had purchased my insurance policy, I wasnt driving much- due to the pandemic, I was working from home and to following stay at home orders here, in Denver, so all of my shopping was online and wasnt drive my car at all.)Unlike Geico, Allstate allows you to submit only a REQUEST of the changes youd like to make to your policy and does not show you what your new total cost would be monthly. I understand that Allstate is old school and likes to partner you with an agent, which is totally not a problem- and part of the reason they dont show you pricing on their website, I assume.But this is definitely necessary! Especially since I submitted my request with the changes and did not hear from an agent as the website stated. So, I reached out to Christina via e-mail and asked if she could provide me the total with the changes I had requested to ensure it was within my budget. She responded and said, she could not see my request. I sent her over my e-mail confirmation with my requests and said she STILL couldnt see it, and if I could just e-mail her my changes. At this point, I was annoyed that not only could she not see my changes but that this was taking longer than I assumed.I began to shop around and remembered that Geico allowed you to make changes and edits on your policy AND also provided the price amount difference as you make these edits. I was already bothered by Allstates whole process that I decided to renew my insurance policy with Geico. When I e-mailed Christina about this and to confirm she had submitted the request, she responded with done. JUST done.Dont get me wrong; I appreciate her canceling my policy right away. But my point was that I didnt and wasnt going to cancel my Allstate policy. In fact, I just wanted to see what it would cost for the following changes. Though, by Christinas responses via e-mail- I just felt like there wasnt enough done to value my time; not giving me a courtesy call to try to find out what those changes would cost me, find support from her IT team to see if she could see my requests that I sent via there website. BUT was so quick to cancel my policy right away- I knew then that customer service isnt something that was valued here.Ive been an operations manager for the last 10 years, and one thing I do with all of my customers is value their time and money.Sadly, I would not recommend this place based on this interaction.

I would have to say I have encountered in a few mishaps that shouldn’t have happened. This will include payments coming out that was already paid, the way the bill should be paid monthly and the issues with the billing department. The raise of insurance payments then adjusted to the proper amount. This was not my fault at all.I like that my insurance is the cheapest thus far. I like that when I have a concern it gets resolved.
