I have used this insurance agency for the past few years, when I call with a question I don’t get answers. Just recently called two weeks again to have all my policies cancelled never received email confirmation. Called and spoke with Carol on multiple occasions and days who said she would take care of it. Still no email confirmation. Called Allstate directly today to find out my policies were all still active. All paid in full and this just delays my refund of over 7k. Stay away from this agency if you want or prefer Allstate go to a different agency.

Our experience was top notch. There were no hassles, and our price quotes were right in line with other quotes. We were in and out quickly, and we have never had any issues with the amazing customer service. We even brought my mom in and she also signed up. Sending spam mail to my house. Called to get a quote and was told they would call me back. I never heard back from them. Called them to see who I just gave my personal information to. Asked them to cancel and drop my quote. They probably wont and will probably use it to continue to spam. What a joke. Dont go here.

We called and cancelled our insurance over 3 months ago. They had such bad customer service. I called told Mike we canceled and he told me I had too provide proof of insrance. I told I am doing a courtesy by calling. They sent our account to collections for $69.00 that we dont owe. They are being investigated. I wont do bisiness with them ever again. Horrible people that work for Allstate.
