For some reason when I got insurance with State Farm they stuck me at this branch which is not close to me at all. Ever since I switched from Geico (SF was going to be significantly cheaper) they have been an absolute nightmare from the start. The girl at the front desk does not seem to really know what she is talking about. She says uhm a lot and in general is quite unprofessional. I asked to be transferred to the branch that is closer to me, and instead of complying with my request she spoke very negatively about the location to which I wanted to be transferred and tried giving me the run around to get me to stay with them. Finally I got her to send me the email to get me transferred, but I do not recommend this location at all.

This agentWith his employees they do not have any experience, And they try to charge me extra for no reason, And when they try to do your insurance, They tell you about low prices and stuff and they charge you more. They do not know how to work with a customers and they try to cheat them. They give them one price and then charge them extra.
