Never posted a bad review before. Based on the high reviews for this agency, I purchased a homeowner and auto policy from them. The agent I worked with Ryan gave me a great quote for auto. BUT i found out that it was for a policy that my lender would not accept. When I asked her about this she replied that she didnt know I had a lender. She never asked!!! So now I have to find another policy and I certainly wont be going through this agency. I feel like it was a bait and switch technique to get my business.

Mike took over my account about two years ago and I never heard from him and in conjunction to that my bill rose about $100 incrementally over a year as for me not to notice it but I did notice it when I asked him about it he didnt give me a good answer I tried to cancel my policy and he charged me for the month after I already notified them that I was going to cancel and they needed something from the new insurance policy place. They stated that they never received any of the faxes that I sent over or that the insurance policy place sent over and I had to physically walk in paperwork in order for him to initiate a refund which I still have not received.
