I would not recommend Allstate, and especially not this branch. I had a horrible experience with the policy I received from Allstate, and since have moved any policy I had related to them. If you do decide to go with Allstate, ask questions about EVERYTHING in your policy, especially if their rate is much lower, or you may end up finding that there is a clause that they dont cover something.

Dan and his team are always responsive and willing to work with me on any issue or need. Insurance is insurance, but this team makes a difference.

I have never filed a claim, but I feel if I did, it would be handled expeditiously and competently. My experience in talking with the agents in the office the few times Ive had to for questions, they were always courteous and professional.
