We have been with Jack Sughrue Allstate Insurance for 23 years. We are always taken care of quickly and efficiently. The service provided isstellar and very nice, professional people work there also.

It’s been a nightmare trying to finish setting up my motorcycle insurance.Sent emails, called the agency, which, by the way, when I contacted them to quote the insurance, guess what, never replied back.Now there’s an error on the paperwork and I’ve called both customer service and this agency. Yup, you gotta it right... Haven’t fixed anything...

Customer service not the greatest. Had to drop my auto policy due to a poor customer service experience and they too expensive.

On 4/2/2020 I notified Somer Fay for on 4/2/2020 to not renew my policy. She acknowledged receiving it and never cancelled the policy. Now I have a collection on my credit report. Great job Allstate and Jack Sughrue!

My wife and I had a bad experience with Allstate and this was our local rep. We were basically promised a rate which we promptly signed up for and cancelled our home owners and car insurance through State Farm. Way after our car insurance was cancelled through the other guys and a week before our home owners went through, got a call from Allstate and was told that they snuck onto our property at some point to inspect our roof. They essentially refused to insure us unless we replaced our roof and tried to pawn us off onto one of their more expensive sister companies that apparently didnt care that our roof was damaged (which it wasnt. We were denied a claim through State Farm because our roof was fine after the hailstorm). The whole deal left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not to say that State Farm is any better though.

Very friendly staff.. Upgraded my insurance to include Renters and they called me back when I asked them to.. Followed up with me (no pressure); informed me as to changes as my requirements had changed. All i all.. a very pleasant experience

I started with Allstate and Jack’s agency in November, 2018. I was with Liberty Mutual for 20+ years prior to joining and wish I had stayed with them. I have two cars with Allstate now plus renters insurance and although it started out smoothly, it became a nightmare when I was involved in a hit and run. My Audi was damaged on the front end so when I made the claim and sent it to one of their shops for the estimate, it took over a week for an adjuster to come out. Ridiculous! Even worse, the Allstate adjuster noticed that my car had a salvage title and consequently my agent dropped my coverage to now only include liability even though I signed up for full coverage. So now if my car is hit by someone or I’m involved in an accident that is my fault, god forbid, any damage to my car wouldn’t be covered. Audi’s are not cheap to fix. When I purchased insurance, they should have noticed it had a salvage title by the VIN before I signed up. That way I would be informed of what I would be buying. They didn’t and FEEL LIKE JACK AND IS CREW SHOULD BE HELD TO ACCOUNTABLE AND RETAIN THE COVERAGE I SIGNED UP FOR!In the end they agreed to fix the damages because the hit and run accident happened prior to the drop in coverage but going forward my car will not be covered with either comp or liability. Even if someone smashed in my window...not covered.I’m very upset in how they handled this and would never recommend them.

Jack is not only a friend, but he has an incredible team working with him. Excellent auto insurance, home insurance and life insurance. Id highly recommend!

Though I havent had to make a claim, Ive gotten good response on the phone for a few issues, and the prices were good when I was shopping.

I like Allstate but when your policy cost changes instead of the cost going lower it goes higher I just dont get it

I’ve been with this agency for the past two years now. My renewal for my homeowner’s insurance came up due on the 8th of August. I received a letter from the third-party agency that Jack Sughrue’s office went through for my policy dated the 29th of July, which I didn’t receive till the 5th of August. The policy required a signature for renewal, however they wanted to drop all other dwellings from my policy, including the 2nd home I have on my property. Crystal Faulk at the office offered us a different policy through another 3rd party which was almost double my previous policy and this would only cover the 2nd home and not the other out buildings on my land. Each of the policies presented required a minimum amount paid in so if I renewed to be covered but then cancelled I would still have to pay over $600 out of pocket to these companies. Crystal took no ownership and wasn’t familiar with Colorado’s laws which require at least a 45-day notice to lower coverage on a policy. I couldn’t believe that this is how Allstate and Jack Sughrue’s office would do business but here I am, without even a follow up call from Jack. Not in good hands at all.

Don’t go there just a bunch of Stealing people that don’t want to help u out even doh I been with them for 8 years and one little issue and they couldn’t help me they didn’t even try to do anything Jack is the worse one of them all don’t go there if u don’t want to get screw.

We went in to get a quote for homeowners insurance and the next thing in the mail is a bill for Insurance without ever signing anything. When I spoke to the owner Jack Sughrue he informed me that this is the way his agency does business. Stay away!!!!
