Came here this morning hoping to be the first in the store. The website and sign on the door say they open at 10 today, but its 10:11 and no sign of them opening. What a waste of time.

Got such great support from Santiago and Tony! I couldnt be more thankful for their guidance and help with my purchase. Ive been with Boost Mobile for 8 years and am far more inclined to stay because of the service I got today. These guys know their stuff! I also didnt feel rushed. All my options were explained to me, so I was confident in what I purchased. I also feel very sure they would help me in the event I had further questions. great guys!

Switched over from t-mobile and it was the best decision ever moved 4 lines and recived 4 free phones i really loved how Adriana was so nice and explained everything from bill to promotions they had i got the iphone SE and in my favorite color. My husbands phone screen was broken. I went to 3 other places. Myra was the only one willing to try to recover his data.She was unable. I went home to discuss his options. 1 quote was for $179.00 to replace the screen. We have a phone, but she discovered that it was not compatible for Boost system. Myra helped me get a new phone and accessories. She even explained how to backup our data. Great customer service!

Lazy lazy lazy, I went in just needing to add a line, already bought the phone just needed it connected and added to my account. Dude working was just eating his pizza looked bothered that someone came in needing him to do anything, took one look at the phone and told me he couldnt help me. Said I need to call customer service and get it connected oh and they are closed at 5 so I needed to wait until tomorrow! So much for my daughters birthday present being ready on time. I really hate the fact they bought out virgin mobile. I would have NEVER chosen to come here willingly.

Great purchasing experience from this store!I recently was in search of a new mobile provider, looking for lower monthly rates and higher data caps. I was unsure of Boost at first, but the salesman named Alex really sealed the deal for me!He was so helpful from the time I walked through the doors until I left! He even went the extra mile to help me gather information from my previous carrier that was need to switch my number to boost!He made me a GREAT deal on an iPhone 6 and even set me up with an awesome Case and glass screen protector at little cost!!Definitely recommend this place of business if youre shopping wireless carriers!The customer service was AMAZING and have gained a repeat loyal customer, I will go no where, but this Boost Mobile store for any accessories or devices in the future!!

Well, I was in a situation were I was leaving one company and looking to get service from another - because I was unsatisfied with the care (or lack there of) that the company I was with, was showing. What started off as browsing turned into me actually signing up for service with Boost Mobile. The Manager Alex made the experience worthwhile. His professionalism, and knowledge of the devices held at his location was above and beyond. He even took the time to walk me through the basics of working my new S8.

Glad we found this location ! We have been with cricket for 5 years I have a family of 4 so we ended up getting 5 lines for the kiddos and husband . Staff was very friendly and helpful they even switched our stuff over for free . Made the whole switch easy , so far everyone is content with their devices and they love how they now include hotspot with our unlimited plan !I would highly recommend this to anyone if your looking to save money and getting a bang for your buck !

The only sales rep working wasnt there when I got there. I understood as I worked in wireless and there were times when youre there only one working and you have to close the store to take a break. When the rep returned he seemed more interested in getting rid of me than helping me (maybe cause he went and picked up lunch and brought it back to the store to devour.) He was quick & direct with his his answers to my questions and I felt like he wanted me gone so he could eat. I objected to a statement he made and he was done with me but I had more questions. By the way I was the only one there. 2-3 weeks prior I was at the same store and a lady, I believe her name was Ana, was also by herself, had a store full of customers but I felt like she cared in the way she was handling us. If I go back there it will be to see Ana.

I recently had a family member pass away and i lost my phone which made everything more frustrating because all the photos i had in memory where on my old phone . The gentleman here is amazing! he was able to help me retrieve all my photos from my lost phone with my email which i did not know was possible . i hope your able to read this kudos to you ! :)

Me and my sons have been with boost for years , Alex was very helpful he got me a good deal on 3 iphones for my boys . I am glad he was able to work with what my spending was and he also helped me transfer my stuff . takes a lot of patients but my experience was beyond good . i just moved my family from gainesville so good to know i found my home boost store !

Alex went above and beyond to get my metro line re activation so I would qualify for a free phone and set me up on auto reboost where I now save $5 a month so now Im paying $45 for unlimited everything!!I would highly recommend this store to any of my friends! Keep up the great work! (:

We seen the commercials on tv which brought us to the store , we have been with tmobile for 2 years so we were not sure about switching over! but the sales guy that worked was very helpful and knowledgeable on how we would save a lot compared to tmobile so we made our mind and switched / tmobile store on 380 was not helpful but overall the service to get us started was easy / thank you for good customer service , seems its hard to find these days .

Price ended up being more than I was quoted over the phone. Then I was told that I had to purchase additional items in order to get the sale price (phone case or glass protector) But the salesclerk was so nice about it that I went ahead and paid the extra.

Worst service ever. The new owners hired people who dont know anything. I have been with boost for 10 years and after today I am switching. They were sharing an internet stick so it took twice as long just to get them to pull up our account and almost sold us a phone without having the phone in stock.

Alex is totally unprofesional... told a customer that he threw away their $50 boost card.. next day.. after calling corporate... he suddenly finds the card.... I am a customer service rep with another company and when trying to help the customer and dealing with this rep... he kept hanging up... at this point.. he owes the custooner $50.

Just getting around to writing this a month later, though, Alex was incredibly unprofessional and rude when I had to call him in order to help out a customer. I was the original person to help said customer and when the company I work with didnt have the proper sim card and after many calls with Boost Mobiles Customer Care and Tech support we came to the conclusion that the customer would have to go to a stand alone Boost store. I then called this location, told them what was going on and they told me they had the correct product (sim card) to get the customer up and running. I joyfully told the customer theyd be taken care of and sent them on their way, hoping things would work out. I was surprised the next day that they came back to me with more issues than I sent them away with, and this is where Alex comes in. Alex had taken the service plan card, set up an account, attached a sim card to the account, given the phone/sim card a phone number, used the service plan card and then DISCARDED BOTH THE SIM CARD AND SERVICE PLAN AND GOT THE ACCOUNT ACTIVATED AND APPROVED. Meaning everything on the account said it was good to go when it wasnt, trashed both crucial items and told the customers that it wouldnt work. The customers were upset by the time we got them and since we couldnt do anything with the service card they purchased from us being DISCARDED I ended up having to call Boost Corporate myself after a very RUDE and INFORMAL phone call with Alex, as he had given the customers his card, in which he hung up on me and my manager MULTIPLE times within the next hour that had occurred all the while when we were talking to him he was stand-offish and rude. Boost Mobile Corporate/Customer Care were the ones in the end that resolved things and came down to a conclusion with me, kindly, over the phone and THEY URGED ME to write a review. Sad when Boost themselves tell me to write an honest negative review on someone who works for their own company because of how that person acted.Kind of happy I waited a month, Alex went and called Cindy and Is upper management to have her take down her review. I wonder how many others hes tried to bully into taking down their negative review?
