Walked in today as an existing customer looking to upgrade 2 phones. Was denied service for not wearing a mask. Literally would not serve me so I must give 1 star. Very nice gentlemen and I told him I understand its not his policy but Ill be looking for a new cell phone carrier who wont deny me service for an illness I dont have.

Visited this location today. Walked in, and they were pretty busy. I was greeted fairly promptly so I could register for my visit. Waited around 7-8 minutes I was greeted by Cody Binyon. He was very helpful, and courteous. He made my visit so easy. I would definitely go back.

Stopped by to ask about getting a screen repaired and a battery replaced. We were quickly informed about the repair process and they helped us set up an appointment for a technician to come to our house and repair the device the next day. Fast service, fast solution. Appreciate how easy it was.

The young man scanned my drivers license and he said I cant help you the name doesnt match..... no other questions. I use my middle name on the account. Didnt ask for secure password, social, address.... nothing just wouldnt even attempt to help me.

I went in to add a device to my account. The first guy that helped me said he had to get someone else, so he did. This lady asked for my number to get into my account, then tells me Im not authorized to make changes without the account holders permission. This is MY account Ive had for 10+ years and no one else is on. She took my drivers license and tried again, but said again I wasnt authorized and I needed to bring in the account holder. I kept explaining Im the only one on the account and the only one with access, but she kept denying me. I went to the next store and got in no problem. I wont be back to this one.

Awesome experience all around! Shout out to Daniel who helped us through the entire process of getting two new phones! He made the process easy, even with our slight complications and coming from two different carriers! The staff was incredibly helpful, professional and transparent. Quick to say they couldn’t help me exchange a new phone. Spoke with AT&T customer service on the phone while in store and even though they were given instruction on what to do they claimed they were still unable to complete the exchange. The associate was also rude to not only me but to the customer service representative.

I had the best experience at this location when I went in to buy my new Samsung Galaxy S21. My sales rep was extremely helpful, pleasant, and informative. I think I was in there less than 20 minutes. He helped me right away and got me exactly what I wanted, the best deal for me, while informing me of all of my options. I highly recommend this store!

This store is horrible. They have some of the worst staff. Treated terribly. Came in for a screen protector for my S20 and since a new model came out they have completely stopped carrying anything for this model. The salesman treated me like if Im not there for a new phone that I was wasting his time.

Ive been w/ them 20+ yrs & the ppl there are very attentive when you go in. But it takes forever to swap anything out & to be fair lm not computer literate so they do have to teach me things. What l dont care for is ATTs not being clear on fees and not offering the same in store promotions that come by mail. I wasnt told that when l took out ATT TV that the credit card l put down a small deposit for the box of $20 would then be charged prior to the 14 day trial another months usage fee of $83. I thought it would be paid monthly from my bank same as my wireless bill. So l took it back bc the price goes up after 1st yr too & its a 2 yr contract which l wouldnt mind if price stayed same.CS w/ ATT is top notch though. But you pay for it so expect high standards. They should offer same promos not a day after l get home l get a promo for my deal + a $200 visa.Wireless since being on 5G w my new S20 phones my calls get dropped a lot. Sometimes 5 or 6 times before it goes through. I prefer my S8 to be honest. No dropped calls. So overall l give ATT 3 stars. They have corporate work to do to keep us.

Seriously stellar customer service. The employees at this store saved me $600 after my returned phone for an insurance claim was lost in the mail. Jonathan was AMAZING and worked with me to figure out who I needed to call and how to fill out the proper claims to make sure that I wasn’t over-billed. They could’ve shrugged and told me I was out of luck, but they took the extra time to help me out. I cannot thank them enough! These days every penny counts and they made sure I was taken care of. Thanks so much y’all!

I was frustrated the first day after making an online order with AT & T. I went up to the store after a few hours and my order still wasn’t ready and I was told to come back the next day. I came back today and my order still wasn’t ready BUT a representative by the name of Cameron helped me out sooooo well I couldn’t do anything but thank him! He was very patient, kind, and friendly with me. Also, a shout out to Brian the manager for sending Cameron to my rescue! Y’all are great and keep up the AMAZING work! I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Was so bad ! They clearly didn’t want to help us kept coming up with excuses . Went to the location at 288 got help in 5 mins . Wish I remembered the guys name yesterday he was so rude. He had glasses, I just never met someone in customer service so unhelpful. Razor ranch needs some new team members mabey ones that like to be in customer service .

My 85 year old father went into your store yesterday. He needed assistance setting up his new flip phone because his old phone stopped working. Unfortunately, he was treated very disrespectfully.My father had to wait outside of the store in the 50 degree weather. Other customers were allowed to go in front of him as he waited. Then, when he was finally allowed inside, the associate was rude and belittled him. He told my father in a loud voice that others could hear, you could have done [fixed] this yourself” as he tossed my father’s SIM card on the counter. 😡My father is a senior citizen, not a millennial. If he knew how to fix the phone, he would not have come to this store in the first place! We are in the midst of a pandemic and normally he would not leave his home, but his mobile phone is his only means of communication with his children. [None of which live in Denton.] 🙄Perhaps this establishment needs to be reminded that it is customers and good customer service that keep stores open. I have shared this experience with others and was appalled at the number of fellow Dentonites who have had similar experiences in THIS store! Shame on you for your pitiful customer service and disrespect to the elderly. You don’t deserve a SINGLE STAR. 😒

Forgo calling and adding or changing anything with your phone plan. We had no wait, and a knowledgeable tech help us in less than 20 minutes.Compare that to the over 2 hours on phone being bounced around and on hold to no avail.Go to the store . The techs know their stuff!!

Had a horrible experience with curbside pick-up at this location yesterday. First, I was told they didnt receive an order from me. Then, after going over my order number miraculously the order had just come through. Mind you, I placed it the day before. Well, I presented them with my licence for verification and manager BOB told the associates that it wasnt real and to cancel my order for fraud. After speaking directly to manager BOB and presenting him with another ID, I was belittled and called everything but a liar to my face. I told them I would go get my U.S. Passport for further verification, which is exactly what I did! When I returned I was told they would have to start the order all over again because manager BOB told them to cancel it. I have now been in contact with corporate to escalate this situation because now manager BOB has fraudulent attached to my name when apparently 3 forms of ID wasnt good enough for him. Customer service at this store was poor to put it nicely.

Although AT&T does not have the customer service Cingular had, they are significantly improving. Daniel Naffarratte is one way AT&T is improving its customer relations. Daniel was extremely helpful. He took the time to learn our needs and the issues we have with providing technology to our son. Daniel helped us find the best possible deal for our family (including a unique solution) and walked us through setting up our sons phone with all the restrictions and features we desired.

This store is the reason I give AT&T 4 stars, the people are nice and helpful and I havent had a bad experience with anyone yet. Let me tell you though..., I have the new Galaxy Note 20Ultra and the service is soooo bad! To give you an idea, I was clicking to write a review and Googles telling me that Im offline with 3-4 bars LTE this isnt because of the phone, its the best out there, and I even restarted it and it was still the same service. I mean its not like its a video on Hulu or Instagram...Im on an unlimited plan and Im told that the service will be bad when a lot of people are on the network, which is understandable, but it shouldnt be so bad that I cant do anything that requires the smallest amount of mobile data. Its also extremely difficult to make insurance claims with AT&T, or even do promotions. I dont understand why AT&T online offers promotions that the store doesnt, but then the store offers promotions that AT&T online doesnt. It makes 0 sense to me... I like AT&T when my service works. I go into rural areas a lot, and where most other carriers dont provide service they do. There are definitely pros to AT&T but there are also cons, I hope this review was helpful.

Two or three weeks ago my husband came in with an issue with his phone and we were treated poorly by Dwayne. He told my husband to figure it out we recommend this store but not Dwayne. He needs to go through an instensive training on Customer service.

This store was extremely helpful. There seems to be a huge difference between a Corporate store and an authorized dealer. Christina helped me reset my insurance replacement phone when the other store refused. She did not seem to be irritated when it took longer than she expected or put off by my questions. I appreciate good service and this store will be my go to even while driving past two others.

Update : the general manager called me and asked to go over the problems we had. He was honest about what could have been done differently, and promised to review everything with his employees. Also, the store by the mall treated my wife great. They got my wife the phone she needed on the spot and she is now happy.Horrible customer service. We have had many problems getting moved from Verizon. This guy Dwayne gave my wife a phone with a defective screen without opening it. When we came back he tried to send us to Apple. I had to have customer service call and tell them to give us a new phone. That is very poor service. When the phone never came in, I called the 800 number and was once again told the store could have helped me but did not, and they had to annotate my account with instructions. The store finally ordered my wife a phone to be shipped to us. Then it never came. When I called to ask them to reach out, Duane brushed me off. When I asked for his name so I could go up there and talk to him about his poor attitude, he hung up on me.

This store is awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this corporate location, if you can. My mother and I visited this location twice in one day and ended up leaving, having bought nothing, only to visit the Alliance Town Center location the next day and buy 3 new iPhone 11’s and more.The salesman Dwayne straight-up lied to my mother about how the trade-in policy operates either in order to make a sale or due to lack of knowledge of company policy. The manager, Mike (I think), sat around doing nothing while a line of customers waited for service. We waited for 2 hours and then left. The people in front of us in line had been there for 4 hours.Mike could have helped someone out or at least walked over to check on ANY of the customers, but he didn’t. Having worked in management in retail in Rayzor Ranch, myself, I would have been embarrassed to say I was the manager of this location. I can tell you that this place is so poorly managed and their customer service so lacking, that it’s worth your time to just drive all the way to Fort Worth. If you aren’t opening a massive business account, you can expect to be ignored and/or disrespected.I took the time to write this and I never do that. That’s how bad this location is. Just drive to Fort Worth.

Place always only has 2 people working max. And they don’t have much in stock and tell you need it ship, I can do that online order. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars to wait for something to come in the mail. Go elsewhere to another store. Not worth the wait and waste of time sitting there. They also don’t greet you and take your name. So you gotta play the I think I’m behind this person.

Poor customer service. Had a man named Dwayne try to help me. He said sorry we cant take that card, go get a new card and come back. I told him it was a Capital One Credit Card thats accepted everywhere and didnt want to get a new card. He said then bring cash and proceeded to get up as if that was that. Highly suggest another store if possible.

I’ve been to this store numerous times. Each time has proven to be a waste of my time. Their answer for anything and everything is “oh I’m sorry to hear that, you’re going to need to call ATT customer care. We can’t help you in the store with that.” If your an ATT customer, then you already know what a joke their customer service line is generally. You can expect for them to mess up your account. Empower your employees to do the right thing.

Went in to take advantage of a BOGO deal. Our representative Mason was the best. We came in the day before and there were two belligerent customers that were arguing with one another.
