I would like to commend this company for their wonderful service that they provide. I had to reschedule my date of service many times and they never gave me a hard time for it. They were in my office on February 14, 2014 and the technician worked on site with such professionalism. They tested all of my equipment and made sure it was working properly before they left. The ProTel team from owner to technician were very professional and helpful. I had questions and needs regarding a complicated internet telephone system but they knew exactly what to do looking like it was easy as could be for them. I highly recommend using these guys for your telephone needs and if they were only half as good at IT as they are telephone service, I recommend them for that too!
